Desserts were decent, but the cooking was slow - I can understand if we had multiple of same thing, i.e they only got one equipment, but we ordered multiple stuff and there was more then 1 staff number to help out - we ate in, but felt the Delivery orders took precedence

Decor is very nice, but the prices were quite steep for 4 doughnuts it is £9. They were lovely but a bit on the pricey side. We had to wait a little while for the doughnuts, but they were worth it in the end.

We ordered from Uber eats and were left very very disappointed. Honestly wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star. We ordered the strawberry kiss crepe and it was completely burnt with hardly any Nutella and soggy strawberries. We ordered the Oreo cookie dough which wasn’t even cookie dough, it was literally a cookie! And then we ordered the karak chaii which was absolutely awful, it was like they opened the tap and filled the cup up. Totally unacceptable. Never have had desserts this bad tasting in the past. Will not be ordering from here and I advise you guys not to waste your money either. Look elsewhere

i have visited , had a good experience. And it was absolutely heavenly. I tried donuts it was fresh and cripsy, the balance of flavours was perfect. The staff Was so friendly “I highly recommend for anyone who loves delicious desserts”.

I visited this place with my children and found it to be one of the best dessert shops in the area. The Doughnuts, Apple Fizz Mocktail and Milkshakes are fantastic, and the staff are very friendly.

Their Pistachio Milk Cake is a delightful indulgence, perfectly moist and bursting with flavor. The Classic French Toast is also a winner, offering a comforting and delicious experience. Ordered dessert in the evening 5 min before close because of a big late night craving, and bless the owner, he made all the efforts to deliver it, he could’ve thrown the strawberries on but he laid it out in the signature pattern and took care in making the waffle and cookie dough. He also delivered it himself, so although it was a bit late I appreciate the quality of food, certainly was delicious, much appreciated!

I recently visited your dessert shop and was thoroughly impressed! The donuts are superb—tasty, fresh, and perfectly crispy. The Biscoff donut, in particular, is mind-blowing. I recently visited Le blanc and was blown away by their Lotus Biscoff doughnut, which I would rate a perfect 10/10. The rich, caramelized flavor and soft, airy texture made each bite a delight. Food is incredible and have decent prices the shop inside is stunning with mine blowing decorations.

Went with my family yesterday for dessert and there were quite a few of us and I can't complain on how efficiently they served us. Customer service was great. Beautiful decor inside too. I believe it's fairly new, so wish them all the best with it. I'd happily go back again.

The cookie crusher Crepe And the Ferrerorocher Milkshake was a huge delight to me and I will definitely consider coming back.

Very Poor Managment! Went on a Saturday and there was only one person working a brunch spot! Went with a group and we received bits of our order after an hour and a half. One plate had no sausages, one plate had no toast, half the group didn’t get their food till the other half finished eating and drinks weren’t given until the whole table finished their food! An absolute joke very dissatisfied!

Unfortunately there’s no option to give less than a star. This place is absolute w@nk. Only one member of staff, ended up waiting over 2 hours. Not even an apology. Avoid if you are hungry or have a party of more than one person.

Lovely little place tucked away on a side street - excellent service, delicious fresh food!

The waiter is the chef too. She didn’t know the price of items on the menu and asked me to check the price and tell her. The chicken panini is pre-made and packaged and they just warm it up on the grill. The iced drinks taste like water and coffee only. The bathroom had a nasty gutter smell which put you off even eating. They need to invest in a real chef to make fresh food. The interior is nice but the food is awful.

Our group was 2 adults and 3 children it took about a hour till we was served our food as there was just 1 member off staff there this was very disapointing also it was so cold inside, the gentleman was really nice however they defo need more staff how can 1 person do everything. I got karak chai and desi breakfast the food was average i dont think i will be going back again

We were served by a wonderful lady, food served promptly, lovely and hot, cappuccino was lush as well as the bubble tea, we were given the bubble tea late so we were given a large one which made up for it, was nice and quiet in store lovely afternoon brunch. We had the breakfast, the potatoes were nice and crispy, the egg was runny and the toast was perfect, we also ordered the French toast and the crepe which was really nice, the woman was alone that day we were very impressed with her service thank you.

Friendly service with a smile on face, had a Tapioca bubble tea, loved it

First time experience was good. We dined in and ordered brunch. Service could be faster but food was tasty and reasonably priced. Second time I wanted to take away, panini was hardly toasted and made differently. Lady on tills also tried to overcharge to prices stated on menu.

Took takeaway from this cafe after reading reviews about the corn dog!! Very disappointed brought two cheese and one ramen they all taste the same with half a sausage in there filled with soo much cheese very sad not worth the money!

Such a beautiful cafe, very nice place to visit in small Heath. I bought the plain corn dog and you can tell that it’s fresh. Very amazing staff and the manger is so sweet, she gave me a corn dog for free. I will definitely return here again!

I have used this cafe regularly for months, big fan of the coolers on a hot day, coffee on a cold; and the cheese-licious corn dog. Can't wait to try the highly recommended breakfast!

Staff had no customer service skills & were ignorant. Place was cold. 3 of us eating. Portions small, had to get a 2nd breakfast from Yuwies a few doors away after (great place). Menu is misleading- Arab breakfast £8.50 was meant to come with a ‘selection of breads’, but only came with 2 small Shana pratas (stick to Damascena for the Arab breakfast guys). French toast with fruit £4.50 was just one bread cut into half and 1 strawberry cut into loads of pieces-such a joke (Ladanas is good for French toast!). The traditional English breakfast £8 was the only decent buy. Never going back again, not worth it at all.

Eventhough it was a slight wait for the food which was understandable with one lovely lady working by herself, the wait was absolutely worth it!!! Food was lovely (tried the arabic breakfast which was recommended by the lady herself!, definitely will be coming here again,

The atmosphere is very nice, location is pretty. We were a big group and it was too much to handle for the sister, they were overwhelmed. We waited over 1 hour for drinks and some from us had breakfast. I ordered a passion mocktail and get water with some minz leaves and a litchi syrup for £4. All was very unprofessional and not delicious, but I must say the staff was really friendly. I was second time there and both time disappointed.

Omg !! Me and wife came to this lovely place called blanc . First thing first, we were serve by the store and social media manager (qainaat) . Amazing person and she really looked after us. We are amazed by the breakfast meal we had. At the end we had complentary tea which was very nyc . I recommended everyone to go and enjoy the food there i am sure you will not be shocked and disapointed .

Went in for the first time today and I can honestly say that I have had one of the best experiences ever of visiting a cafe. The staff were amazing and the customer service was outstanding. Some suggestion - very slow service but I'm guessing the chef was probably not experienced. But don’t worry practise makes perfect. - it was too quiet try play some nasheed or something halal - milkshakes deserve a bigger glass not small latte glasses as we are paying £4 - chicken tikka didn’t taste like chicken tikka, try using a bit of chicken tikka seasoning.

New cafe Here you can taste heaven. friendly staff great customer service .The meal I had was wonderful every ingredient tastes incredible and put together they complement each other perfectly to the point where you feel complete. The ambiance is very fun and bubbly and the colours really pop. Great place will definitely be coming back, and so should you! breakfast was on point tea was something else unlike some places. see you soon.
