Disappointed at the way customers are treated. I asked if the food is halal or not. Owner said it’s halal. Then I asked for certificate as most shops do possess, I reiterated that the door doesn’t say it’s halal. I asked for certificate and the owner rudely replied it’s Haram. Manager was absolutely rude and I didn’t eat food.

Fast efficient service and tasty food My office now order pizza from here instead of a well-known company.

Don’t judge a book by its cover, at first I was reluctant to walk in, but then I caved in to my partner’s wishes. Let me tell you the way I devoured that skewered grilled chicken (not the actual name on the menu) my partner was in shock lol! Give it a try guys!

Was charged £22 was a large chips and cheese and a donner kebab. Portions were so small, food was dripping with grease, not sure what they were passing off as kebab meat but certainly wasn’t what you would get anywhere else. Get a look around the place before you order, pretty disgusting. Picture attached is what i opened for a ‘large’ chips and cheese. Never again will i order from here. Not sure how they can be open.

Ordered a pizza (meat feast) and a mixed kebab. Unfortunately, the pizza was burnt to the point of being inedible, and the kebab meat wasn't cooked through completely.

Staff very pleasant however food was dry… chicken kebab was like sawdust. The pitta bread made what I eat slightlt edible however wasn’t much… unfortunately will give this place a miss going forward

also forgot to mention how dirty this place is, spotted a rat running about the floor, wouldn't be surprised if it was found dead due to the health hazard this place has to offer. Dirty minging tables, the crevice in the table are absolutely ATROCIOUS with congealed dog aids all splintered in the holes, UNDERSTANDABLE- as, bossman doesnt even clean his restaurant the lazy basta. How do you expect me in ma boys to enjoy ourselves knowing we've got an STD from touching the dusty tables. Fast forward, upon going to the toilet, i saw a decomposed rat, which tells me the prick had been dead for ages (not surprised as bossman doesnt clean his joint the wenka). Upon taking a wee, there was deed rat swimmin aboot the place performing top notch breast strokes. Let's not get distracted here now lads. Next thing i know , Ratatouille's up in the kitchen cheffing up my food and actually offering me a drink WITH my meal.

Visited here 1st time and the food was delicious. Even the staff was lovely and hardworking. However didn't like the way, male staff was talking with her, he sounded too rude and harsh which basically makes the environment suffocated. Other than that no complaints :)

Very good chicken donner (shawarma) large portion enough for two, side salad, only £6.50 till 10.00pm. Seating for 40 people, basic but fine for fast food.

Worst kebab I've ever tasted. It was £9.90 and a can of juice is £2.50. portion was tiny and my receipts came on scotmid paper. Didn't effect the meal just confirms the shadyness of the place

Great food and good portion definitely worth trying. Got the chicken shwarma did not regret that decision. Decent price for a place in central. Little annoying to get parking but that's to be expected as its in Central.

Bunch of con merchants. Prices listed as one thing on the menu, and at the tills - yet they'll say it's "more after 10pm" and charge you more. Save yourself the experience of being ripped off and go somewhere else.

May not look like much inside but an absolute must when I'm in town. Food is tasty, staff are friendly there can be issues with staff understanding however they are quick to rectify in a very humble manner

I had a Peri peri Chicken Burger which was Delicious and Fresh so 9.5/10 for That Burger. Would recommend.

Overpriced for what is given, the meat is dry and hard like leather for the kebabs and the pizza is decent though otherwise id have given it 1 star yet it was still overpriced. Also Feels like Staff did not understand what the customer was asking for when i was ordering. Not coming back again.

Horrendous man. Over-charged for drinks, 2x kebabs (small and dripping with grease - see photos), sweet potato fries, 1x 10” pizza (burnt) and a small chips, cheese and curry sauce… £56! Kebab was rotten, sweet potato fries came 10 mins after kebabs as were ready to leave. Spoke to staff member who wore glasses and he wasn’t interested as ‘the boss makes the decisions’. Complained again on the way out and asked for a refund of some some. The guy laughed and offered a free can of coke. Toilet are absolutely clatty.. looks like a 3rd world country.. Avoid man… minging, bogging sh@thole!

Scammers. Food is a certain price one night and then almost £3 more another night. Won't be back. £11.30 for a kebab, you're at it.

I have ordered chicken Doner kebab today and it was great , but worst customer service ever . Only one staff were there and only my self as a customer. Never go there …

Kebab too small, and lamb very dry. Tasteless. Pita very dry as well. No recommendation.

Some dishes are nice. Ask them to add an extra dip if you like spicy. The portion size is good, which I noticed in this place Bistro. Try regular first and if you like it then order large. ( just a suggestion so you don't waste food). And make sure you keep your dips aside if you are trying for the first time rather than pouring on the chips or meat. Have a good meal.

I am a customer for this restaurant for about 5 to 6 years and had never faced any problem except today with the guy work there who works on Monday 13/06, the guy was very disrespectful and with a bad attitude, he also tried to embarrass me in front of other customers, I was really disappointed and never expected to face this attitude, I will never come to this restaurant again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Very disappointed

The men behind the counter have a strong look towards young women especially if they have revealing clothes! Seen a few school girls in it was very uncomfortable to watch!

The prices have really shot up they dont value loyalty. They’re donner pizzas used to be amazing but now you pay for 12 inch but they stretch the dough so much that its soo thin and hardly any donner last time it had 4 stripes of lamb donner its crazy n they start cutting it into small pieces its ridiculous. So when you get the pizza just looks like a basic cheese pizza. N not constant with how to cook it either its soggy n under cooked or they burn it till the tiny amount of donner its soo crispy n hard it hurts the top of your mouth. The staff is also quite rude not going anymore - they clearly dont wanna keep loyal customers n just want the bottom line income only

Went out in town to a place called cova right next door ,pals went recently nd asked me to come the next time they went out he recommended it nd said the pizzas were best hes ever tried, so after a brilliant night out went next door got myself a pizza honestly best thing I've tasted in my life nd sure to be I'll be back soon looking for an even bigger one

The Bistro never let's me down for the chicken Donner, and everything is fresh worth the money.

The place is dirty, full of dust, tables are sticky and the food quality is one of the poorest I tried so far. The food look like a mess and the staff is very unfriendly and unpleasant. Prices are low but unless you have no taste at all or are completely drunk avoid at all cost. No idea how they can get any food hygiene pass

Best place for kebabs in city centre Glasgow or in the whole of Glasgow. Very friendly ppl, excellent service and amazing food. The prices is unbeatable.

Awful service by people can’t seem to understand what the customer is asking. Increased prices on weekends. £13.80 for 2 zinger burgers what a bleeding joke. Get a box meal at KFC instead you’ll have your money’s worth.

I went there with my girlfriend and the oldest guy that worked behind the till was really cheeky and flirty with her like it was the first time he ever saw a woman doing her some inappropriate gestures.She felt really bad and she asked me not to go there again.That is a disgrace!If you want to work in hospitality you should know how to behave yourself and not acting like a cave man.
