Poor customer service and they don’t respect the customer

I won’t be giving you guys even one star. I ordered some food today but it was all rotten tried calling the restaurant but phone was busy thn I went to the restaurant and the shutter was down and someone was inside I tried knocking for a long time no one opened. This place is not real place plz don’t order from this place

This food was not lamp biryani, was rice mixed with oil, and no meat, disgusting, don’t order from this place again.

Ordered a lamb Biryani all I can say it was the worst biryani I have ever had Cold bland no seasoning rice was at least 2 days old paid over £20 for biryani a tiny slice of cake.

The food never arrived, and we endured a prolonged wait with no customer support. It gives the impression of being a potential scam.

Worst food ever I had...meat was smelly and has no taste. Food was not at all cooked. Will never again use this restaurant and same time just eat service.

Oh BOY! This guys are disaster & BIG disappointment in the name of Biryani. As name suggests, I thought they might be specialists in making Biryani. BUT this guys have JUST Ruined the name. What a DISASTER!

I called the owner of the restaurant to ask for an update and he was extremely rude using racial slurs to me when I asked for an update for the order. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but they weren't reachable. regardless of any phone calls missed or network issues, he has no right to talk to his customers like that.

Chicken and rice was dryer than the desert. What a terrible meal. Threw 2 chicken biriyanis in the bin because thats where they belonged. Never ordering from here again.

Disgusting food. It was old and the biryani rice smells. Never ordering from here again first and last! My wife’s pregnant and she ate this old disgusting food. Dont order here and waste your money. I want a refund!

Absolutely horrible experience, the food just didn’t arrive! They were not reachable after placing the order. Absolutely terrible service. They shouldn’t even be operating.

Ordered chicken tikka biryani. There was no taste of spices either not tikka. Rice was so so dry don’t order from here it’s totally waste of money also the staff member was very rude uneducated person don’t know how to speak with the customer. Really bad experience will never order again.

The most disappointing and disgusting biriani I had. Rice is half cooked and cashewnut innit made it really unappetising. Never be back here again. Please don't believe my comment, Order from here to check. I spent 24 pound in just eat for only two pack of chicken biriani!!!! Very very bad.

It didn’t turn up still waiting for my order

The food was not eatable I throw it in the bin Worth 24£ didn't get my refund. The rice was very hard and the chicken uncooked. I just took one bite I throw it . This is a shame

The food was not fresh at all and without any cutlery.

I ordered 2 meals, one of which was Prawn biriani for my friend who does not eat meat. When my friend started eating she found pieces of meat inside the meal. I called and Biryani express refused to provide another meal without the meat or issue a refund. They even had decency to say to take the prices of meat out of rice. Obviously as a place who serves food, they have no understanding of what it means for the person who doesn't eat meat at tall to be told this. It was very embarrassing for me to eat my meal alone and my friend stayed hungry. Very unprofessional and misleading restaurant, will never order again from them.

Stodgy, drenched in oil, not tasty at all

First time using this place and I’m so glad I did had a lamb byriani and it was absolutely amazing not a big portion for price but very tasty

The driver who was also the person who answers the phone, was extremely rude and incredibly stressed. She accused me of not answering my door in the past. (I've never ordered from this place before today). She seems over worked and is an unnecessarily unpleasant individual. She might need some mental health support. Nothing about this 'service' was good. Food basic, customer service nonexistent, driver combative and ignorant of facts. Won't be supporting this local establishment. I feel sorry for whomever uses this place for any reason. Don't do it!

Too spicy... It's hard to eat without burning your tongue.

Biryani was not tasty at all, meat was chewy and burnt. Clearly left over from previous night! Too much gararm masala and jeera powder. The vegetable samosas were delicious but the biryani never again!

The Lamb Biryani was fine but the Chicken Biryani smelled bad - like it was expired. It didn't taste good and so we had to throw it.

The food was too bad and too tasteless. The worst experience ever. Please do not order from this place ever. Trust me 0 value for money and no customer help also. I tried calling them but no one was answering and my order was 30 minutes late. 0 stars out of 5.

I ordered a mixed biryani and didn't get it. Ordered a coke, didn't get that. Got wings and chips, and the wings are more like breast pieces than wings. Fries weren't crunchy at all. Won't be ordering from here again. 0/10

Very poor packaging of food. Drink was not covered. Delivery man passed me a straw from the backseat of his car with his bare hand. Couldn’t really believe in the poor and hygienic delivery service.

I was very pleased with my order. The size was just right & the food was very tasty. The price could have been a little cheaper. I will definitely order from the restaurant again.

I ordered LAMB TIKKA Biryani for £12.50........... Lets just say the Smell and LACK OF MEAT was just off putting.... May has had 1 piece of lamb tikka in billion pieces..... NEVER AGAIN. BBQ wings, more like steamed wings with BBQ coating...... Chocolate Fudge Cake WHERE DO I START VERY VERY DRY and i could taste the sugar granules in it... FIRST & LAST TIME I ordered Food from here and i will be complaining to JUST EAT .... WHAT A RIP OFF

No delivery - called them after 45 mins and they said no room number - not correct as advised room at booking

Microwaved store bought naan bread. Unseasoned, bland, lamb swimming in a mix of onions and oil. Disgraceful. Disgusting. Absolutely Tragic. You should not be selling food.

Very bad taste of biryani, not worth it

Food quality so bad. I have ate briyani from different places and this is the worst briyani. Chicken was smelling and they called that as chicken tikka. It was only boiled chicken. There was no side with the briyani as raita or salad.

It was the worst experience of my life ! This biryani was an embarrassment to the name of biryani . It was plain rice with masala on top . I hated every bit of it.

Absolutely shocking food. Biryani was actually a box of greasy rice with no herbs or spices. A token piece of meat and they charge £8.50 for it. Nothing like what any other restaurant or take away serves as biriyani. Do yourself a favour and don't order from here. Seems like most of the positive reviews on just eat are for the driver being on time and not the quality of the food.

No option for 0 starts. Abosultely worthless. I ordered 2 lamb Biryani's and a chicken biryani. What turned up were 3 portions of greasy rice. Nothing like what any other restaurant or take away would sell. A token piece of fried chicken (just like from KFC) and that was a chicken biryani. Lamb one had a few pieces of dried out meat and that was it. No accompaniments or anything. Not worth the price at all, not even if it was free.

Ordered Mutton Biriyani…!! Worst Biriyani ever.. Never in my life I am going to order from them..!! And I also told and showed the video of the Biriyani to my friends and colleagues and advised them that never buy from them.

The food was okay but the yoghurt was not enough along with it plus the chicken pieces were too less.

It was not biryani, it was pulao which was tasteless Biryani has to be spicy. Chicken was without any spice in it Seems boiled chicken was put in the rice and named biryani

I ordered one Lambu Biryani .. and one Lamb TIKKA Biryani. .. but they both tasted identical - is there supposed to be a difference between the two?

The chicken strips were decent but the lamb tikka biryani was simply inedible - completely flavourless rice with a few pieces of half cooked lamb!

Observing my milkshake on the delivery man front cup holder with no covering whatsoever was not a good feeling...

The food was tasteless and dry, i also ordered an apple pie and instead got a chocolate cake.

The garlic bread was soggy and absolutely vile. They messed my order up not all of the items were in there although they did take all of the money. Would definitely not recommend.

I ordered a lamb tikka biryani but it waw just pilai rice and some beef no flavour or anything and i called to tell them to make it very spicy but instead it came so mild with no herbs or spices in the biryani.

The worst food I’ve ordered or even seen!

I’m not one to leave a bad review but this was shocking. Rice was rock hard, like it had been sitting in the sun for a days. Giant full breast pieces of chicken in the biryani which smelt like it had gone off. Never seen such a disgusting biryani in my life, I can’t believe they actually serve this to people. I hate wasting food but this went straight in the bin. Wish I had read their goggle reviews beforehand

I ordered two lamb biryanis and the ratio of rice to meat was 80:20 (4 to 1). I have ordered again from this restaurant but this time was like I was eating just rice. Additionally, they forgot to put plastic spoons, malt vinegar packs and tissues as they use to do. Lastly, I am sorry to say that, but it was like throwing my money in the garbage!

I ordered a can of coke. When the driver handed it to me, half had already spilt and he said nothing or offered no compensation. I would like a refund for the coke. However, the rest of the food was fine.

this is the nastiest customer service ever and the food was a disaster found no meat in it paid 24 pound jut for extra Cooke pilau Rice and when we called up to complain the guy who dealt with us was so rude and swearing at me and he said he cannot help and hanged the phone while talking

Biriyani was DRY and bland and slightly under-cooked. seems like rice was cooked separately and meat later on when order comes in. will never order again.
