Made an order online to collect, was very disappointed to say the least Tandoori mixed grill was absolutely pants it stated it come with sauce my mistake to think it would come with a curry sauce it come with a tub of chilli sauce There was nothing tandoori about it in the slightest just grilled meat The nan bread was stone cold and they had forgotten the rice which was added to the order when I placed it Definitely don’t recommended the meal I got tonight

It’s a shame they have lost another customer due to incompetent staff answering the phone and appearing to forget about you…..twice in less than 2 weeks!! First time I called, they put me on hold and kept me waiting for nearly 6 minutes and then hung up on me and I called and she said, “2 minutes” over 20 minutes later and I was still waiting, then I gave up on them. Stayed on the phone out of curiosity as to how long they would take to notice and clearly ordered food elsewhere and will be avoiding BIJI's now, which is a real shame.

Bijis started during lockdown as a local family business. The food and the service was amazing. They sold the business last year and the menu increased in size and the prices increased. But the food remained good. Last week the food delivered was way below standard. Undercooked and tough chicken. It almost all ended up in the bin. We sent feedback on messenger and were told they would put it right on our next order. We placed an order and they refused to replace the food FOC and didn’t offer a discount against the wasted food. Goodbye!

Easiest 5 stars I have given. Spot on high quality food and Deepak who served it was lovely. If you live in North Berwick this is an excellent local indian takeaway, I recommend you give it a try!

It’s rare that I take the time to post a review, but that was easily the worst Indian takeaway that I’ve ever had! The Korma dish had the consistency of porridge, and it tasted like lentil soup with a dash of coconut! The ‘King’ Prawns in the Dhansak dish were overcooked, undersized, and lacking in numbers. The Pilau Rice was stodgy and clumped in large balls. The Garlic Naan didn’t taste of garlic, and the Peshwari Naan was falling apart. Both breads were dry, £30-ish wasted! Dreadful.
