Visited Sunday evening for Whitney Houston tribute, whe was fantastic my wife loved it ( our Christmas experience), the food was really on great form, and the service as always was first class, so thank you

I went with 7 mates last Saturday 21st Dec. It was amazing - The service, the friendliness of ALL the staff, - the food was fab (even impressing my sons) and the entertainment was first class - had the whole place dancing - cant recommend Bibis highly enough - keep up the good work

Came here for works christmas meal. Food was really good as always. Entertainment was brilliant. For some reason the service wasn't great, it's usually pretty good but we constantly had to ask for drinks to start with. And some members of staff seemed a little rude. Never had this before. Probably just a blip. Will still be going back again as really like this place.

Me and my grandma visited on a sunday afternoon and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious. The only issue was the music was quite loud which is understandable because by 7 the restaurant was full and very busy however when there was only a few tables it was a bit distracting from the conversation.

Excellent food and show a little pricey but well worth the money maybe add coffee/tea as part of festive menu staff are a credit to this place well trained and organized well The food was excellent as well 3 course for 42 pounds festive menu lots to eat as well

Went for a 70's night with some friends. Staff are attentive, food is lovely and the entertainment wonderful. Avoid 'Bibis' take on a Hugo Spritz, just tastes like cucumber water. Nothing like a proper one. Told the waiter but he wasn't interested. Overall a great night though.

Average food at best. To say to steaks are almost £40.00 this restaurant could do a lot better.

Took my wife out for a nice meal as she has been ill.. She has few allergys which they did cater for.. I found the food very bland. My wifes starter was brushetta without oil. It was dry crisp toast with mounds of tomatoes. Cery bland.. Her main was bland with watery sauce.. Wouldnt go back. We were very disappointed..

Came here to see the Pink impersonation. What a venue! You really feel like you've gone back in time. The food was smashing. I came away stuffed. The staff were fabulous and attentive. Just be ready to pay for the great food and service. Sticker shock comes to mind. 🤣

Went for the Simply Red experience. Food was delicious and service immaculate. They charge you a £2.50 per person service charge though so don't feel you have to tip more.

Ambience terrific,lasagne,ice cream and coffee lovely,but spinach ricotta pasta let Bibis down big time.Too much pesto,too few pine nuts. Shop ingredients just thrown together?

I had a fantastic time celebrating mine and a friends 60th birthdays. The first time I have been but am sure it won't be the last. Having coeliac disease is always a worry when eating out, from my initial phone conversation to being served on the evening we went I felt completely at ease. Food was delicious and the evening was topped off with the amazing Overtones.

Noel gave us the best hospitality ever, made us really comfortable. Must visit!

Well, where to start. We was greeted by tray of glasses crashing to the ground and shattering at the side of my friend. Accidents can happen but clearly this was a result of over worked staff trying to do too many tasks at once. One waitress came to take our food order, the only word I can describe her as is rude. Although I don't think she meant to be, she was just trying to work as quickly and efficiently as possible but it came across rude. It felt like she didn't have the time to take our order and was just rushing us. Soon after our food came, which I cannot complain about, we all cleared our plates and the Sunday lunch was delicious but again we greeted by poor service. A bottle of wine was mistakenly taken from our table and instead of replacing it, the waitresses and manager was just awful. The managers language was non other than disgusting, insulting my friends and our mums with his outrageous comments, comments that I do not wish to repeat as I stand to be the bigger person in the situation. The overtones was incredible and we throughly enjoyed the show and the atmosphere. The decor and food in Bibis is stunning just a shame they choose to employ staff that have no people skills. I am not one to leave reviews whether good or bad but I feel it is important to express by reviews on this matter, I will not be returning to bibis as a result of their inadequate customer service skills.

Only came for drinks not food. Great selection of cocktails. It can get really busy and even though its big it can quickly feel crowded and loud.

We came on 19th September for the Amy Winehouse show which was fantastic. Felt very spoilt as we were sat in the balcony and Luciana came to our table and asked us if we’d like to go to a table at the front after we’d finished our meal. Of course we took her up on this and had a great night. ‘Amy’ was fantastic. Thank you and will definitely come to another themed night in the future.

Called in for a cocktail, very pleasant drink and service

We visited very early in the evening, so things were quiet and just starting to liven up as we left... then I'm pretty sure it will be all 5 star reviews. Dress to impress !!

Fabulous food, reassuringly expensive

I first dined in Bibi's over 45 years ago in Mill Hill. It has changed a bit!! Still a fabulous place though and superb food

Not as good as it used to be. Restaurant is a lot quieter now than it used to be and the menu has a much smaller selection compared to previous times. The ribs on the starter section used to be amazing but it has now gone sadly. Had to wait 45 mins for the dessert to come after ordering. I think sadly we won’t be returning as it has lost It’s once special touch

A very enjoyable Sunday afternoon with friends at Bibis. We had a pizza marinara to share, for mains I ordered Porchetta e capesante (plus a yorkhsire pudding as a side!), tiramisu for dessert - food is absolutely delicious. We tried a few different cocktails which were all very nice but I will say I really liked the Sempre Avanti (one of Bibis 50's anniversary cocktail). Service is efficient and friendly and the atmosphere was uplifting. See you all next time we are back in Leeds.

We attended the Charlotte Tilbury event and I cannot rate it highly enough. It was well organised, we had time to chill and chat in the bar with a complimentary drink listening to a wonderful singer, then taken through to our table. The masterclass was excellent with the artists describing everything they were doing so clearly and giving hints and tips all the time. The food was superb and service of the food impeccable, then we had chance to get one to one advice from the advice and make our purchases...with £25 off! All for £60! Had my 70th Birthday recently with a few friends and was happy with the service and food.

Me and my friend came to Leeds for a girly weekend and was highly recommended Bibis for the food and atmosphere. First impressions were good, cocktails good but expensive which were ok with. On sitting at our table staff were lovely and attentive, order was taken quickly and food arrived promptly. That's where the service ended, we both had strips of steak with a sauce and fries. Very tasty however towards the end there were 4 pieces of steak that were inedible...grisly and impossible to cut which I left. When asked how the meal was I said it was tasty but I couldn't eat the last 1/4 of my meal to which I got no reply and were then ignored for the rest of the time we were there. No offer of dessert or coffee. Very disappointing, would not go again.

Atmosphere was nice although music a little loud to enjoy a conversation without shouting. Food is no better than supermarket ready meal quality, and to be fair the portions aren’t much bigger either. Nothing authentic about it at all. Very overpriced for what you get with an added service charge. Overall I was disappointed and will not return.

I came here with my Mother and our dear friend to celebrate my upcoming wedding. Our friend wanted to treat us to a bottle of Bollinger, and so paid for this separately. In our excitement, we did not notice a £25 fee had been added onto her bill (the champagne was £250 FYI - and the servers did not top up our glasses once so I'm very unsure what we were paying for here...). I think this is absolutely disgraceful, as the same gratuity was added to our overall bill at the end as well. On a bottle with such a high mark-up already, this is absolutely not necessary. We did return to the restaurant and were given a refund but they were not overly apologetic and the point is it should never have happened. The food was pretty good, the servers were lovely and the show was great, but please double, triple check your bills before paying anything. Sadly this soured what would have otherwise been a great experience.

What a absolute amazing night we had we was on a first date and one we will never forget the food was amazing and the staff were second to none,

Came here for a hen do (non act night) and the staff was well prepared for our group of 14. We had to choose our meals beforehand coming and we had multiple dietary restrictions that were all well fulfilled! 🛋️ The atmosphere wasn’t ideal because of football playing on the screens everywhere with no background music (but it’s understandable due to Italy playing in Euros). The main feedback for the restaurant - as we were a big group seated at a long table the round tables weren’t comfortable. Square tables for a joined big group would have been a better option. 🍽️ Food was very well prepared, quality produce, not mind blowing but extremely good value.

Lovely events Food is great Great atmosphere

Went with my partner and the waiters were amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The meal was delicious and the desserts were a must try. When we went there was an Ed Sheeran type of impersonator singing that looked and sounded exactly like Ed!! The songs were amazing and such a nice and unique experience while we were enjoying our food. I would definitely come here again.

We couldn't have picked a better place to have our wedding food . From booking our tables to leaving we were looked after amazingly nothing was to much bother . The food lived up to our expectations the show was great we even got a little mention. Overall it was a great day we will definitely be back

The food was good. Staff were great. Unfortunately the restaurant insists on the American school of "discretionary 10% added to all bills" which is a shame. Otherwise it was pleasant.

Good has no quality , cheap ingredients and the chefs have no taste in good food. Presentation is awful , food is very very very bad. Not had food this bad for a very long time if ever … cheap cafe food by awful chefs.

Taken here for my birthday on a Sunday afternoon. Beatles tribute band were actually very good (I thank God it wasn't Abba). Surprised to get a lamb roast which was great washed down with a bottle of Taylor's landlord. I remember the original Bibis in Mill Hill back in 70s/80s the food is still of the same high standard. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great time.

Love going to see The Overtones at Bibi's. Always happy with the show, the staff and the food. It wasnt 100% this last time as table was not what we expected and a couple of mishaps with service but I still live the place. Going again in October.

Went for a work party. Food was excellent as was service.

Food was disappointing with overcooked rubbery prawns that had no flavour. Very disappointed, main dish was not flavoursome and disappointed for the exorbitant price. The decor was nice and staff friendly, but certainly wouldn't rush back in a hurry

We visited last week and it was great as always. The seafood pasta dish was really good and the smoky cocktail was a special addition to the evening.

Great food. We were upgraded to a dine and show table due to a cancellation. A lovely jesture but the entertainment was not the best. Glad we didn't pay extra for it and be careful of the steep service charge. ! Lovely place though!

I have to say the customer service here is outstanding. There was an honest mistake when I ordered a voucher that hadn't come in time despite paying special delivery. Luciana called me within 4 minutes of emailing! Fortunately the voucher had arrived in the nick of time as it was a gift needed for the following day. Luciana must have continued to check this and called again to confirm it had been received. She was so apologetic even though it was purely human error that it hadn't been issued special delivery. Aside from this, we have had business Christmas events here and family meals and the food and experience is always first class. Many thanks Luciana and team!

Came here on a works night out, food was OK, service was average. When the bill came for £2200 they was round us like vultures like 24 of us was going to run for the hills! No thank you for your business nothing. This place in my opinion is a very hit & miss. I won't be coming back again, many better places & cheaper with a better service.

Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere

I frequently go to Bibi's and I love their food. They are always really friendly and the service is great. I'd recommend their prawns and calamari if you're going!

I've visited Bibi's many times over the years and I always love it there. The service is always great from the minute you walk in and the food is great too. The food always comes out on time and warm! I'd recommend the calamari and the fritto di scampi also their arrabbiata is always a brilliant classic too! Definitely recommend visiting on a show night too as it's a fantastic atmosphere!

I' ve been in this restaurant a few times with my wife and it's always a wonderful experience. Since we got to the restaurant, the staff has been really welcoming and they guided us to our table. The food it's just amazing and I can absolutely say that from Italian, this is for sure the best Italian restaurant I have ever tried abroad and to be honest even better than some Italian restaurants in Italy. The menu is really clear and wide giving so many options for everyone. I can't say thanks enough to Stefano and Daniele and all the staff of Bibis for the wonderful evening spent there last Friday. I will keep coming back to Bibis everytime I can.

I spent my birthday in Bibis for dinner. Even though it wasn't the first time that I visited, I confirm that this place is worth every penny! The staff is amazing, polite and welcoming. Very good quality of food with generous portions. Drinks are amazing. If you don't know where to go for a meal, Bibis is the right place for every occasion!

Had a lovely meal, waiter who served us was really professional and was super helpful. - the food was really well made and tasty! The only recommendation I would say is that you have a YouTube video of a crackling fire on a big projector which I thought was nice but there is ads playing on the video, YouTube premium costs 12.99£, it will stop it getting interrupted with ads of men shaving etc! It’s the only thing I would change about this place! 5stars with everything else :)

Food isn't bad but for the money it could be a lot better. Garish interior. Clientele are weird, everyone looks like they're taking an escort out for the night. Staff aren't Italian. I could go on, but you get the jist of it. Nowhere near as good as it was when it was on Greek Street. One positive is that it actually serves food in portions fit for an adult, unlike pretty much everywhere else in the town centre.

Horrible service took over 20 minutes for our order to be taken, 50 minutes for our starters which came out at different times some people were waiting 10 minutes for theirs to come after the first ones came out. Our mains took 40 minutes after we had finished our starters and we were rushed out due to them needing the table back after their unbelievably slow service. We were told that we weren’t allowed to give out cupcakes for the gender reveal but were not made aware of this prior. Other people had cakes and seemed to enter with no issues from the front of house. Would not recommend and would not go back. I am very disappointed.
