i come here a lot to do work and it's by far my favourite coffee shop in the area! the staff are absolutely lovely and the food and drink selection is so diverse and good quality. their coffee is incredible and i buy their beans for my coffee at home! must visit when you need to relax, such a perfect spot!

Ordered two smoothies and firstly our order wasn’t correct, secondly the “smoothie” was just water with barley any flavour. Very unpleasant. Will not be going back.

We absolutely love going to bewitched every Sunday afternoon for a coffee and a pupucino for our dachshund Dave. The staff are always smiling, polite and friendly and the food is very nice too. There is Costa right opposite, but we would choose bewitched anyday. For us, the Mocha is much nicer and it's dog friendly. I would highly recommend a visit

This is our go to coffee shop in Rugby. Lovely food, drinks, and it is dog friendly. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Our little dog loves his Puppachino when we visit.

I’m usually a regular to Caffè Nero but fancied a change one day and what a wonderful cafe this is. It’s spacious, the staff are very friendly and the coffee is delightful. A special mention to Shayla who is always smiling behind the counter

Absolutely brilliant coffee shop. Staff are always pleasant and courteous and are willing to help you in any way they can especially if you have a disability or health condition.

The staff are always friendly, recognise who you are after only 2/3 visits, coffee does not taste like burnt butt holes like the rosta over the road. The staff engage in friendly conversations, they cater to the madness of my child and above all are able to remember the flows of the conversations you’ve had in the past and pick up where you left off. Great atmosphere, great coffee, great team!

Whoever hired them and has trained them has done a good job. I love their coffee. Trying all their different flavoured syrups in my lattes each time I come in. Not dissapointed either. I've added a picture this time as I'm always impressed by the batista style design on my coffee! Definitely give 5***** rating.

Beautiful clean calming atmosphere, Staff member Verity goes above and beyond, She is polite & attentive and makes the best coffees! She is a real hard worker and put the customers at the heart of everything she does! She is an absolute asset to Bewiched! :)

All good but very dirty. Not very busy and crumbs and mess on a few tables. Didn't feel so nice.

This is one of the best cafes I have been to. The food is well prepared and tastes lovely and the staff are some of the nicest people. The atmosphere is also very nice and they've always got some good music on.

It's an ok coffees shop, seating space is limited due to the width so you have people walking past all the time.

Good coffee and friendly helpfull staff, far better than the costa across from them, and theyre dog friendly with dog treats at the counter!

We are frequent visitors of bewitched rugby and are always met with the most friendly and welcoming staff and of course the best iced vanilla lattes!!!

My new favourite coffee shop in town! The thing that makes it the best is the staff , they are so friendly and helpful and always so cheerful . They go out their way to say hello, play and entertain the kids who also love coming here just to see them. Shout out to Jess especially always makes our day a little better with her great personality. P.s your Mint hot chocolates are the best .

Personally I’ve always found chain cafes a bit dubious, lacking soul and all that jazz. But gotta say, I’ve been going to Bewiched on and off for years because the coffee is excellent, the place is clean, bright and comfortable, but most importantly, the service is superb. Very friendly and efficient, without being overbearing, corporate or robotic, and really genuine.

The service is welcoming and friendly, coffee is one of the best. Food choices however are quite limited. For the 5 starts it would be great to see more savoury pastries options (steak bake/chicken/veg,etc)
