Beautiful clean calming atmosphere, Staff member Verity goes above and beyond, She is polite & attentive and makes the best coffees! She is a real hard worker and put the customers at the heart of everything she does! She is an absolute asset to Bewiched! :)

All good but very dirty. Not very busy and crumbs and mess on a few tables. Didn't feel so nice.

This is one of the best cafes I have been to. The food is well prepared and tastes lovely and the staff are some of the nicest people. The atmosphere is also very nice and they've always got some good music on.

Always greeted with a cheery hello, staff are always lovely and friendly. Coffee is superb. Always make time for my weekly fix of Bewiched coffee. Keep doing what you’re doing guys xx

It's an ok coffees shop, seating space is limited due to the width so you have people walking past all the time.

Good coffee and friendly helpfull staff, far better than the costa across from them, and theyre dog friendly with dog treats at the counter!

We are frequent visitors of bewitched rugby and are always met with the most friendly and welcoming staff and of course the best iced vanilla lattes!!!

Such a great place with lovely people. Me and my daughter go in for a coffee date together and everyone is always so sweet to her!

We were served by Jess who was very nice and made one of the best cappucinos I’ve had in a while. Nice atmosphere, clean and convenient location.

My new favourite coffee shop in town! The thing that makes it the best is the staff , they are so friendly and helpful and always so cheerful . They go out their way to say hello, play and entertain the kids who also love coming here just to see them. Shout out to Jess especially always makes our day a little better with her great personality. P.s your Mint hot chocolates are the best .

Popped in this morning for coffee, picked up a rocky road slice too. Staff all super friendly. Great range of drinks and treats.

Personally I’ve always found chain cafes a bit dubious, lacking soul and all that jazz. But gotta say, I’ve been going to Bewiched on and off for years because the coffee is excellent, the place is clean, bright and comfortable, but most importantly, the service is superb. Very friendly and efficient, without being overbearing, corporate or robotic, and really genuine.

Popped in for a quick snack and a coffee, always a good atmosphere and warm welcome with great refreshments available.

The service is welcoming and friendly, coffee is one of the best. Food choices however are quite limited. For the 5 starts it would be great to see more savoury pastries options (steak bake/chicken/veg,etc)

Absolutely brilliant coffee shop. Staff are always pleasant and courteous and are willing to help you in any way they can especially if you have a disability or health condition.

This was our first visit to Bewiched and we were very impressed. The staff were so friendly and gave excellent service, We all had a drink and a sandwich which were delicious. We look forward to our next visit - Thanks to everyone

Staff are very friendly and always greet us with a smile. I like the selection of food and drinks available, both hot and cold. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

All the staff are so friendly and easy to have a chat to. They seem to enjoy working there ,so helps with the atmosphere. They always say hello and goodbye. All in all ,a nice place just to have a coffee and chill out

Staff always so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately no gluten free vegetarian food options and I don’t like cake. Getting expensive as well…

Staff in here are absolutely lovely. So welcoming. They could tell I was having a bad day as my baby was screaming but they made conversation and calmed a stressed mama down! Thank you girls.

First time visit felt a bit cramped inside. Nice clean tidy place. And staff were pleasant 🙂 Worth a visit I guess, but I probably won't be going back again.

We love Bewiched so much! Such lovely food, drink and staff. We always come after our baby group and our only issue is we wish there was more high chairs! But otherwise this place is fab :)

Always a nice coffee and cake at the Rugby branch . The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s dog friendly so a little bonus for Marshall. He would like more treats in his pup cup please.

A really chill coffee shop if you want a nice place to sit and watch the world go by!! I love the fact its dog friendly and its so cute to see dogs in there!! Only thing is that when it's busy it's loud so best advice to go on a quiet day !! I would recommend the oreo shake!! Its so good!!

This is the place I prefer to go for coffee in Rugby. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, the coffee is good and the shop is bright and comfortable.

Always friendly & welcoming. Look after us and our dog. Great place to spend time watching the world go by etc. Only criticism is the odd curved bottom trays, drinks don’t sit flat and often spill if you don’t have steady hands. Staff often helpful by carrying them to the table for you. It’s always a pleasure going in for a coffee. Brill staff.

Went in to meet a friend and it was such a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly. Cake I ate was yummy and the milkshake was delicious. Even though there was quite a few people in there you could still hear yourself talk, which I find a problem in some places. I always try and go in when up town and want some cake and a drink

by far my favourite coffee shop, their oat mocha is unbeatable!

I started coming here after the coffee and service around town started going poor, I have never in the 2 years going here had or experienced bad service, I am greeted by Smiles and good mornings by the excellent team of Sam, Carys, Jess, Verety and their new starter Amy, they always know what kind of coffee I would enjoy. The store is clean and the staff are efficient in service greeting customers with smiles and enjoying the range of dogs that come into store, also something most coffee shops do not do, the staff when it looks busy or a queue is forming they reassure waiting customers they are not forgotten and apologize and the wait is worth it when you get your coffee. I wont go to any other coffee shop in Rugby thanks to this great team and service they do the Bewitched brand proud. Thank you Bewitched Rugby!
