Getting worse. The young lad serving is away with the fairies and always messes up your order somehow. Tonight my wife and i had a large lamb sheesh and a lamb doner. It was mostly salad and bread, barely any meat at all. I've given them the benefit of the doubt twice before because the lad is useless but never again. Sack the gormo

2:30 mins wait for a kebab, was told it because they have a new member of staff. 3 times I’ve called and been told it’s on the way. Paid online so if I want my money back I have to go to the shop or wait 8 days. What a shambles this place is. Used to be reliable. Pizza planet is much better.

Rubbish services waited 2 hours to get 2 medium kebabs and some chips, ridiculous, won’t be ordering again

Got kebab and chips from here a few days ago. Kebab was good but the chips were as hard as rocks. I couldn’t eat them. They weren’t even burnt so I’ve no idea why they were so hard.

You can rely on Best Kebab for good quality freshly prepared food. Kebabs get bad press which is ignorance for you. Shish kebabs are healthy as long as you don't drown them in mayonnaise. The chilli sauce is excellent. My son and I treat ourselves to a weekly delivery from these guys who have never disappointed. The vast majority of takeaway food in Cirencester is rubbish. This is the most reliable option if you find yourself in the Watermoor Road area of Cirencester needing something to eat. The alternative option for guaranteed decent fish and chips is Seafair in Chesterton approx 1 mile away. Don't bother with the others.

Ordered from here a few times in the past each time they have been amazing service the last time we had it from there my partner had a large mixed doner kebab but unfortunately there wasn’t hardly any chicken doner so I rang up and explain to them and they had sent us another chicken doner out for free! The food tastes amazing and good portions and very quick delivery they stick to there time scale that they give you would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be going back!

Had a take away from here Saturday 21st. One of the best Kebabs that we have had. Would highly recommend.

We ate from here twice, one after a day trip to the Cotswold Wildlife Park and the other on our last night in Cirencester; the first time we waiting in the shop and on the second occasion, I called beforehand to collect. Good portions, nice food although I did not like their pizza base, good service but I found the pricing expensive compared to London. On both occasions the other take-away’s in the parade were empty, except the fish-&-chips shop the second time; while Best Kebab had 2/3 different customers.

Never been there before, just had the Doner. Meat dry and cold, sales nice and chilli sauce nice but ended up leaving most of it and at £7.00 it didn't seem cheap either.

Very good kebabs and burgers. Very helpful staff and alway clean and tidy. Good food choices for all. Veggie wraps also good

Eaten all over UK with my job and this is the worst chicken kebab I have eaten... Chicken was tasteless and diced into small peace's... Not good

I found myselfnin the local area so dropped by and a couple of friends vought dinner here. I had Kofte and my friend had mixed shish. Both came with fries. Fries were standard fair. Fairly large portion. My Kofte was ok. A little greasy, a little u der flavoured but well cooked and well.....ok. My friends mixed shish, he states.....ok. not bad but certainly not excellent. Both had fresh crispy side salads, the garlic mayo was a little lacking in flavour. All in all, a level 'ok'. Hasnt inspired us for an immediate return but would visit again if local and kebabs were the meal.of choice. Good efficient service and the restaurant was clean. Sensible portions that were sensibly priced.

I've been buying takeaways from this place for years, through various changes of staff and owners. Never had a bad meal. All the meats are lovely and juicy with that smoked, charcoal taste. Salads are fresh. Well priced. I highly recommend getting the "Best Kebab Special Mixed" which has enough meat and sides for two people for at least two meals. I've always found the service friendly and on a couple of occasions they have phoned me back to clarify a phone order.

Excellent service. Quality food. Fast and friendly. We ordered takeaway to collect. We were told ten minutes it would be ready and it was. We even had a free 1.5l bottle of 7up. Food was hot and tasty

Nothing bad to say about this place. Its local, good quality and value for a takeaway as a healthier option.

How can a kebab shop that shuts at 12AM not have any kebabs left at 9:30PM and all those sweaty turks have to say is sorry, kebab has finished... WHY ARE YOU OPEN THEN?! AWFUL, I will never spend money here again.

Teniendo en cuenta que me he comido todo el mundo y, en algunos de los principio restaurantes. El personal proporciona un servicio amable y alegre Esta modesta llevar sin duda te da una buena relación calidad-precio y siempre ofrece cocina un tentador que burlas mis gustos. Con los años, nunca he tenido ningún motivo de queja hasta ahora ... las piezas de pollo son ido!!! estaban riquísimas sin embargo esto no significa que el resto de los platos han sufrido en cualquier forma. Pruébalo ... Mi favorito es el mejor especial Kebabs, alimenta 2/3 y va bien twister con patatas fritas y ensalada.

Desde la tienda de kebabs ha cambiado de manos que han continuado los clientes leales, aunque la comida no está tan bien como solía ser. Recientemente nos dieron una pizzería con amigos y cuando llegamos a casa, nos encontramos nuestra orden estaba equivocado. Cuando llamamos a explicar lo que había sucedido y preguntarles si podían hacer lo que habíamos pedido, nos dijeron que sería cargada. Así que lo malo y nos cobraron?! Nos dijo que nos gustaría llevar la comida que estaba equivocado y cambio que lo aceptó con renuencia. Cuando fuimos en el muy maleducado hombre allí (no estoy seguro de su nombre) nos informó que habían hecho la orden correctamente, que eran los que la culpa. servicios al cliente espantosas. Con una actitud como ésta no estarán aquí (con suerte) demasiado tiempo! Es una pena, necesitamos a alguien para abrir una tienda decente de kebabs en la ciudad!

very good kebabs just very expensive for a kebab, had donner meat and chips tbh very big just think they have let it go to there head that its cirens best
