I order from here all the time and it’s always early. Never had a bad order, the pizzas are unreal and my husband likes the kebabs. I’m a fussy eater so I love that I can make my own pizza.

No food came to my door payed for the food and got nothing

Horrible man started cueing me on the phone and dying it’s a Saturday I always use this place at lest twice as week but this man was horrible and so rude I will never order again

called the restaurant to raise concerns with a meal, I ordered a large kofte kebab which the meat was tasteless and it was like chewing rubber also the salad was not good. I was met with a very rude response from the member of staff who claimed that the oner/manager was not there and there was no way of contacting him. I was told that if I am not happy then to throw it in the bin. After spending a total of around £90 I would expect atleast an offer of another meal or refund however they hung up

ALWAYS GREAT FOOD, GREAT PORTIONS, ALL FRESH, DELIVERY DRIVER VERY CURTIOUS.

Dealt really well with a family of drunk people. Even though they were really unreasonable and slapped the server twice, still refunded money. Well handled by all staff and food is class.

Ordered through just eat, the order was duplicated due to glitches, was charged for both orders only received one of the orders and justeat won’t refund me my money back so now I’ve paid £61 for 4 wraps 2 garlic breads and 4 cans of Pepsi.

Always order from here, kebabs are delicious and love the coleslaw. Felt the need to review as ordered last night for me and a friend and forgot to request no onions in my salad. The food arrived and one of the salads had no onions which they’d obviously remembered! Great customer service!

food was OK, driver was spot on! asked for no onions, loads of onions with the salad.

Pizza & parmo had been carried on its side so all topping had slid off the pizza & the topping on the parmo was all on one side piled up.

2 hours later and no food. Me and mum crying, the dogs even gutted. Truly heartbreaking. All the times i’ve spent money in best kebab after a night out and they go and back stab me like this. In this cozzy livs as well. I’m beyond gutted. Hurt.

Late order and when it arrived it was cold. We buy from here a lot but they employ drivers who are flipping clueless and so it ends up late and cold. Really disappointed

delivery driver was VERY rude. he called when couldn't find property, we missed his call by 8 minutes, and quickly met him as soon as we realized. he was very rude, cursing at us, etc. we love best kebab and order regularly, but driver was out of order.

First time ordering, food was on time considering it’s a Saturday night. Everything was very tasty and I’ll definitely be ordering again. I do wish when ordering a kebab, that there is an option to add a sauce inside of the wrap.

Always excellent, my go to takeaway! There's no better place for kebabs and pizzas! Always good delivery time even on busy Friday and Saturday nights, friendly delivery drivers and on the rare occasion something is missing off an order they rectify it quickly. Honestly can't fault this takeaway or service 5* thanks Best Kebab!

Said it had been delivered but hadn't so rang up and was told mix up with the orders. Eventually came about half an hour late with no apologies - manners cost nothing! Order incomplete rang up again several times but got no reply.

Couldn’t eat any of the food put it all in the bin. Garlic bread was all sitting in a lot of oil and the chips tasted rank. Both were cold, I will definitely not be returning and only put one star for quality otherwise wouldn’t be able to post.

Food was stone cold and the cheesy chips were also cold and rock hard. Not nice for a lot of money. Won’t be using again

Pizza hardly had any topping on it. Chicken kebab was cold and dry, salad was dry and looked like it had been out for days.

Loved the parmesan if any complaints bit to much cheese. Garlic sauce was nice well cooked salad fresh

London pizza came with no chips or dip (was just margarita) donner meat was thick and juicy. Pizza wasn’t what I ordered but it is what it is. Food that I got was great, would have been better with the chips and dip lol deffo return.

The food was fine as always however they have been falsely advertising the larger bottles as 1.5L when they're actually 1.25L for a few weeks.

In comparison to other takeaways in Darlington it wasn’t that great. Parmo was really thin and not much to it. Chips were terrible ! Really soggy and again, nothing to them. Pizza was ok I guess, edible at least….would only order from here again if I was in the same situation, 10 pints deep and no where else open

Ordered a pizza, cheesy chips and mixed fry. Asked in the comments for the pepperoni to be put in a heart shape and just to write on the box I love you. It came, and the whole pizza was a heart shape, with the pepperoni and it was unreal. Cheesy chips were to die for and everything was piping hot! Always attentive and look after their customers

Possibly the most inedible food ever. Old nasty chips, tasteless doner kebab only bested by what is the most foul garlic bread on the planet. £24 wasted.
