had the same meal last week which was absolutely delicious but tonight the keemma curry was lumps of meat not minced and every dish was only luke warm so had to reheat

keema rice was gorgeous, actually the best I've had from any Indian, and all the rest of the food was equally nice, thanks guys

Ordered at 7.30pm. Was meant to be delivered 8.40pm latest it’s 9pm and still no delivery. Used the online text option , then called to see where it is but they’re not picking up the phone. Abominable service, will make a sandwich!

I think the food was on time or maybe a couple of minute early. My complaint is that I ordered vegetarian samosas and the vegetable platter and all the samosas seemed to be lamb. Definitely did not seem to be vegetable samosas. Please do better.

Didn’t understand why the prawns were a different shape not prawn shape. Chilli rice was really hot which I really enjoyed

Back to normal, excellent and really enjoyable food

Have always ordered from bengal spices for years (from other family addresses as well) never have I had any complaint. Tonight I was very disappointed with the tandoori chicken - very watery liquid, no strong tandoori taste and covered in lots of brown bits - offal?? could not eat it. My family enjoyed theirs, quality excellent as always. I feel worried about having tandoori chicken again it’s what I’ve always ordered. 😤

Food came to us cold and sauce was extremely thick that it was like a lump on the rice. Wasn’t enjoyable this time

We have had two takeaways from Bengal Spices recently and we have come to the conclusion that it is the best Indian we have had. Restaurant standard food. Absolutely massive portions. Everything from the the rice, the starters, sides to the main dishes are cooked to perfection with a depth of flavours which are second to none. Don't order food from here if you are on a diet as the food is so delicious that you will not be leaving any or throwing it away. I had two plate fulls and also have some saved in the fridge for my lunch on Monday. Superb.

Best biryani, love the sag aloo and hubby said keema was delicious, all hot and plentiful.

it was ok but soggy so not great but I got chicken tikka starter instead of lamb tikka that I ordered so again disappointed

was very nice naan bread was very tasty pilau rice was fragrant and colourful very nice. was a bit disappointed the corma did not have any cream but was nice rogan josh was very tasty also mushroom rice was also very tasty. thank you will be ordering again in the future

Fantastic Indian takeaway. Been going there for years and never disappointed. Food tastes amazing, portion sizes are large, service is great, and it opens earlier than most of the others round our way. Would thoroughly recommend it. Haven't experienced a better India takeaway in years.

We're have been ordering here for years, unfortunately the keema bhuna was incredibly oily and greasy. The keema was big lumps when normally fine mince, couldn't taste much favour and no spice at all. Tikka Didnt recieve any mango chutney or yogurt sauce which usually get with poppadoms. hopefully next time it's better.

ordered 2 x poppadoms, didn't get any . wasn't that impressed with tandoori cocktail.thought it would be dry but it had some sort of Gravy with it which wasn't pleasant

Just to say that the delivery time was good but the curry we ordered was a dopiazia but it was not correct and not edible as only lots of curry paste and missing ingredients with the chicken very over cooked so very dry. Is a shame

Paneer tikka dansak is always full of flavour and spice and is delicious. Also the pashwari naan is always full of filling and cooked perfectly.

the lamb tikka main was not lamb tikka it tasted like boiled lamb and no taste wasn't very nice it was disgusting I threw it in the bin But everything else was delicious shame cause the lamb tikka main spoilt the rest of the meal

Absolutely delicious, and huge portions for the price. The lamb was falling apart with how tender it was, and I'm really glad we tried some new dishes cause they were amazing. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Food was amazing, delivery was earlier than expected

I'm afraid to say that when it was delivered the food was cold and tasteless. I was hoping to take some to work the next day but threw it away instead.

Food tasty as always. Also, strangely as always, poppadums have a strange and unpleasant musty taste. Weird as the rest of the food is always good!

Possibly the worse food I’ve ever eaten in my life!!!! This isn’t an understatement i wouldn’t feed it to a dog or a rat: it was cold, hard and dry and no sauce at all: I’m in disbelief someone can deliver such so bad food and I wouldn’t call it food: WOW sack your chef and please don’t deliver such terrible food to Anyone again! Worse part of this is that I’d had 10 pints beforehand and even bad food would have tasted good but even after 10 pints this was truly the worse food known to mankind: I’ll never get over how bad this was oh and delivery took over an hour ffs - please close your place down and get a job where you don’t do food

Menu shows open till 11 but closes early, 1030 call to them for a collection that I said I would be making even walked up to them and all shut up at the time of this posting (2240)

Collected a takeaway and guy was very rude and started to argue with me regarding the food. If I hadn’t already paid for this I would have walked out food was ok front desk just need to sort his attitude out l.
