Really nice cup of coffee. One day I had a Pan au Chocolate and one day I had the Almond Croissant. Both were light and fluffy and huge. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I felt relaxed. The cafe was very busy so be preapared to wait. It is worth it.

The staff is really friendly! The food is excellent and the ambience very cosy! Loved the avocado toast and soup of the day!

Petit café - salon de thé sur la route principale. Pâtisseries et smoothies faits maison. Lieu agréable, avec décoration comme à la maison, et une charmante terrasse au fond (même sous la pluie car abritée).

Great coffee and gorgeous lunch of avocado, hummus, bacon on toasted sourdough garnished with pomegranate seeds - delicious combination. Try it!

Lovely little cafe. We stopped by after seeing the dog ice cream sign outside and was welcomed by very helpful and friendly staff. With a temperamental dog they were very accommodating and we sat in the quaint garden area at the back. Coffee was lovely and so was the biscoff Rocky Road!

As a tour guide I have always been directed to other places in Callander but decided to try the Ben Ledi Coffee Company with my driver. I was hugely impressed with the friendly greeting, really nice feel about the cafe and the quality of the offering. Last time I was in I had a lovely latte and a terrific piece of Walnut and Carrot cake. My driver had a mocka and a terrific tuna bagel. This is now where I go when I am in Callander and advise those on my coaches to try too. Keep up the great work - best offering in Callander.

Great place. Great selection of food, with really nice lunch things and big cakes. The cakes were fancy biscuit flavours which my family love. Coffee was really really nice. And nice and cosy decor inside. Dog friendly too which was handy. Would go back and definitely recommend to others.

This is a brilliant place - friendly and welcoming staff, great coffee and cakes and delicious filled bagels for lunch. Plus very dog friendly (with ice creams for dogs). It's hard not to plan a day without including lunch here!

This is a lovely cafe in the centre of Callander. The environment is super comfortable with a range of seating and spaces within the premises. The staff were welcoming and engaging. We had coffees and cakes and all were delicious! It was a very grey rainy day when we visited and this coffee stop fairly brightened the afternoon😀

What a great little csfe. The coffee is amazing, so to is the selection of cakes and their bagels are fantastic too, put all this together along with the friendliness of the staff and you've got yourself one amazing cafe

The front of house guy was warm and friendly. He was right it was the best coffee and it was one of our five a day with our chocolate brownies!!!

The coffee was good but it expensive prices all round. They also don’t have teapots for tea, surely a sin in Scotland! :-)

We received a very warm welcome from the owners and the store was filled with delicious looking cakes, scones, croissants and sandwiches. I ordered a mocha latte, pistachio latte and a brownie. My latte was perfect and the brownie was out of this world. I would definitely go back. Also, the owners were very friendly and gave us food recommendations for Glasgow. I enjoyed speaking with them.

Enjoyed excellent coffee and service here on a regular basis. Great indoor and outdoor seating, dog friendly and plenty books and games for adults and little people alike. Gillian, Brian and Eve are always welcoming and I cannot fault the service and offerings they have.

Just awful to be honest ☹️. We ordered their bacon and egg bagels, porridge and tray bakes. Their bagels are pre made and reheated in what we can only assume was the microwave. The bagels and bacon was really chewy and mine particularly was absolutely full of limp soggy bacon fat. I realise that there would be some level of fat when ordering a bacon sandwich…. But my sandwich had huge slices of fat that had been placed in the sandwich separately to the bacon!🤢 the person who prepared this had to be aware that they were ‘packing out’ this sandwich with inedible fat! We have family members who have cafes and their standard is….” If we wouldn’t want to eat it ourselves we wouldn’t feed it to our customers!” You can’t tell me you guys eat bacon fat sandwiches!!!!! One of our party also had porridge which was nothing more than a preprepared pot which you could buy in any supermarket! In addition they forgot part of our order and I had to go up and ask for it after quite some time. They were busy…. Which is good for them…. But they won’t be busy for long if they continue to serve such rubbish. It wasn’t cheap either. There have to be better places in Callendar than this! Don’t be fooled by their cool looking shop…. There food was awful!

Great little place. Super friendly staff and the most amazing selection of coffees and teas. Plus even vegetable smoothies yummy! We had sat in the cute garden but came in due to the rain and was presented with a selection of board games to play whilst enjoying the drinks. Our new favourite place to go following a hike. Very warm welcome from everyone working there (not the norm in Callander). Best coffee in this town, freshly made bagels with bacon and delicious home made baking - a varied selection by our group and every one great. This is a rare find in this town and a very high standard.

Called in en route to Yorkshire. We were delighted to find a cafe in Scotland that really welcomed dogs- even enormous labradoodles. The coffee is really good and the pastries are delicious. There is even a jar of dog biscuits.

This was a nice surprise in Callandar. Nice (local) coffee, tastfull brownies and a cozy, hipster, atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating.

Coffee was very strong and good selection of dairy-free milk. My friend got a brownie and said it was chewy, rich and good amount of sweetness. Smoothies are fresh and very cold and refreshing.

£9.00 for two mediocre coffees and one nondescript brownie! Bland, thin coffee, dry brownie with a broken biscuit on top, doesn’t work for me.

We were drawn in by its simple hipster style. We only went in for an espresso but when we saw their tempting smoothies and brownies ordered these as well. Liked the old-fashioned walking theme framed pictures on the walls.
