Ignore the reviews moaning about ‘cash only’ - you can order in the shop with a QR code in minutes. Best tandoori chicken kebab I have ever eaten, and I’ve eaten (many) across the country / outside the UK. Naan is fresh as is the chicken / salad. Everytime I come back to chesterfield this is my go to takeaway 👌🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

just spent £47 at bella. got home, no free 12inch garlic bread! (spend more than £25 to get free 12inch garlic bread). I ring bella, and because we got a 7inch pizza meal deal that includes a garlic bread apparently we done qualify for the free 12inch one. apparently the one that comes with the meal deal is free but that isn't stated on menu. also! take the pizza meal money off our total and we have still spent enough for a free garlic. service has gone down so much over the past couple of years. i used to recommend to everyone but not anymore.

Spot on food never had any problems, Combination kebab and chips amazing.

Food is good but things missing off order twice now when we have had them ring and had to drive there myself to pick up couldn't say how long then second time said it's on the way still waiting 30 minutes later finished eating by the time it came very poor service

Just ordered for 1st time after a friend recommended, food was lovely, fresh and hot. The chicken tikka kebab was amazing!

The Google maps listing stating they take card payments is wrong - it's cash only. It's a shame as their food is pretty good but it's their business and their choice. On the other hand if you visit you get such comedy gold like when you ask for a chicken kebab you're told "No, can't do that.... We can sell you one though". Sides splitting from that hilarious one. In fairness it's good to see them giving people like this an opportunity to get a job, live independently and overcome their difficulties. Help in the community is still going strong I see.

The order was taken by somebody who didn’t understand English , however he repeated the order which was correct . We got delivered the wrong size pizza and half the order was missing . When we telephoned them they denied all knowledge oc the mistake . Absolutely piss poor service !! And told us if we wanted the rest of the order we would have to collect it ?!?!?

Amazing food and didn't wait long at all. 10 out of 10. Hot and tasty food with great customer service. My favourite takeaway of chesterfield. The best. Could not recommend enough.

Literally had done meat in a tray and then spent majority of the night on the toilet. Not good.

Waited 2 hours for food, phones switched off couldn’t contact anyone, some of the order missing, pizza wasn’t cooked properly it was all rushed Garbage 👎

The food is fantastic, BUT not sure what's happened to the customer service. A 2h15m wait for delivery, no one answering the phone and Foodhub couldn't reach them. Decided couldn't wait any longer and went to the shop to fetch it, food was bagged up on the side, no apology just gave me £2 from the till for the delivery. To top it off get home and the order was wrong 10" instead of 12" pizzas

It's nice food if u can ever get them to come! Going on 2 hours and your lucky if u get it! Go somewere else guys

Absolute disgusting customer service! Waited an hour and 20 minute for a 15 minute collection to be told that not all of the food was there, after they've made it! No apology, no offer of a refund, food was cold as half of it had been sat for ages, and any time someone tried to complain about the wait or poor customer service the big guy at the front started giving them abuse. Disgusting behaviour and will never use again

Absolutely shocking, ordered at 5.05pm for pick up after waiting half an hour they didn’t even start our order and when we complained they said, so we are busy, then realised they hadn’t even started our order after waiting another half hour they still hadn’t started, to then after waiting another 15 minutes to say they hadn’t got some of our order, the worse part was then not caring and a shocking attitude.

Love their pizzas and chips. We tend to get an order every week and it is always delicious. Nice staff too!

Been a returning customer over the years and not once had a bad meal. Ali and Mustafa, both polite and professional, but also have good laughs 👌 will continue to use for years to come

Have ordered from here several times and ordered tonight which took over 2 hours with no notification and engaged when we tried to ring. Food not as good as usual and some cold

Disgusting service Needed paying by card so I did and asked them if I’d done it the right way and totally got ignored, upon asking again they got very aggressive and I left as I did not trust the food afterwards. Disgusting ppl and disgusting service. 100% trust this review and don’t EVER order from them

2 burgers £18 there must have been £18 worth of salt I’ve never had such a salty dish

We’ve both just enjoyed a tandoori chicken kebab and it was absolutely delicious! Bella Pizza is our place to go to for takeaway food. I would describe the bread as a large Nan bread and the ten pieces of tandoori chicken were moist and tender. The accompanying salad is also tasty. They were busy this evening so it took just over an hour to be delivered, but the wait was worth it.

Very disappointed ,food came eventually after over an hour n half wait.burger had no salad or cheese but other burger did.chips were cold ,won't bother ordering again

Good value for money; we always get the deal with two pizzas, two lots of chips and a garlic bread. Enough for two people to have a little left over for the next day if it’s not eaten all at once.

Ordered bella pizza at 7pm a few week ago, it did not arrive so we ordered from somewhere else then bella pizza turns up at 10pm with our order we sent them back and asked for a refund, they said we will sort your refund out and we are still waiting for a refund and it’s been 4+ weeks £30 down the drain!

I ordered the pizza meal deal 2 the pizzas and garlic bread was overcooked and burnt so it was not nice to eat and the chips was overcooked and was like eating a salted crisp awful and will not be ordering again £19 and not one thing was edible and definitely would not recommend

Ordered takeout at 630 received at 740 missing 2x chips and 1x chips and cheese, rang straight back and they said it was on the way? It is now 840 not received anything and now they are not answering the phone? Just not good enough. I won’t be ordering anything from there again.

Food is fantastic pizzas are always done how they should be its my favourite place for a pizza unlike papa johns they make it all fresh not from frozen pizza bases at terribly high prices for low quality food

We haven’t ordered from here in a while. The prices have gone up and the portions are smaller. For the kebabs, you now only get half a nann bread and much less chicken!!

The absolute best around the area! People are super friendly and often remember your order. Tried pizzas, kebabs, burgers, meat and chips, have not once been disappointed so keep on coming back. Definitely recommend!

Love the pizzas from here. The chips are some of my favourites. It's a takeaway, so can't really comment on the "atmosphere" But a couple of lads came in one day, while I was waiting for my order, and they discussed between themselves the vitues of the biggest big daddy burger and that was pure entertainment in itself, so 5 stars for cracking customers.

Order from these alot and the service tonight from the staff at the shop was appauling. Rang to say they had sent wrong kebab and staff argued and did not give too hoots. Customer service zero. Why would you have mint yoghurt with chicken kebab. It comes with doner kebab. Goodbye from me i will take my money else where

Delivery time on website stated 45 minutes. 1and a half hours later I rang to ask where my order was to be told it was on the way. A further 30 minutes later I had to ring again to be told it's on the way (I live 10 minutes from the takeaway). The order finally arrived 2 hours later. Absolute joke and will not be ordering again.

i eat from here regularly the chicken skewers are cooked on a griddle no grease or fat it’s so good. healthy 2! comes on a flat bread and with salad and dressing if your choice. my son has the pizza and cheesy chips wrap! food is delicious and the staff are lovely!

Nice food polite staff and fairly priced highly recommended worth a visit even if its not to your taste but I can't fault it try it and find out first time I have been there in a long while very surprised and very clean went when closing and the give everything a good clean was impressive

Ordered 2 kebabs with salad and sauce with a portion of chips and garlic mushrooms. Took 50 mins to come so as it was a Saturday night was fine. Then opened and order was wrong. Called them again to explain and they said would send straight away. Well 50 mins later it turns up but in the mean time I called to chase up to be told they cannot do anything about it. The rest of the meal was cold by this time. Warmed it up and luckily it tasted good but customer service was shocking. Wouldn't recommend based on customer service.

Fancied fish and chips but they had no fish only 9 o'clock so rather disappointed. Their fish is very good when they have it.

Have ordered from here numerous times and always been happy but tonight I had to ring after 90 minutes to check where the order was to be told it had just gone in the oven. It finally delivered 1 hour 40 minutes after being ordered. The delivery driver was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault and to top it all off the pizzas were soggy. Very disappointed!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!! Called for the first time yesterday. Never have I had a pizza so nasty. The base was not a pizza base, but just thick soggy bread with sparse, old tasting bit of cheese with a few slices of pepperoni, with no garlic sausage & salami, as the menu promised. It was absolutely inedible. Managed one small piece, the rest was broken up & put on the bird table, & so far, even they haven’t bothered with it. Honestly, Bella, if the rubbish I bought is the the best you can offer, you’d probably be better off shutting up shop. I, for sure, will definitely never be calling again order chicken popcorn and raw lime it was put in fryer and then put out so rude of staff

Food is good but after ordering today 18/10/21 the Turkish guy who delivered it was very rude,slammed on door n not so much as a hello or goodbye just a dirty look and pizza boxes not handled right out of bag,I order from here every week but never again for his sake

When you order a meal deal and they forget the chips and you call them and they say can’t guarantee when will get them even tho your not that far away and it’s not your fault. They arrive 40 minutes later when everything is the cold. Great customer service 😡

After many times of ordering from Bella pizza, I think tonight will be the last. Although the food on the whole is decent, every single time we place an order something comes wrong. I personally worked in my family’s pizza takeaway for 10 years so appreciate that human error happens and you can allow for that but when it’s every single order you place then it starts to just become a joke really. Called tonight to say that this has happened again and all I got was a “sorry it won’t happen again”, no offer of money back or sending the correct items out at all. It’s a shame as my partner and his family know the owner well and have been going for years but it’s not what you need after spending over £20 to just eat 2 items from the order. Really disappointed.

Just had kebab meal, one chicken and one Doner with Garlic bread. Superb quality of meat cooked to perfection. Would definitely recommend 👍

Bella is always the go to takeaway for us. I can see some of the reviews here are old, but I do not recognise the place we use from the descriptions given.Food is always hot, tasty and the portions are plentiful and the staff have always been polite with us.

Rude delivery driver just shouts at you down the phone leaves food at wrong addres and then claims its your fault would give 0 stars if possible the man wants sacking

Food is good, but they don't adapt their menu to accommodate you in the slightest way.

Waited nearly 2hours and the pizza and garlic bread was over done really hard to chew would have prefered an island £1 pizza

14/9/20 Ordered a donner pizza with NO Onion, came with onion, rang up and said we ordered With NO Onion, they said “they’d put onions on and hand picked then off when realised”, told us to go fetch another one and that was burnt on the outside and pizza dough raw in middle, disgracefull, sort it out. Spent £40 never again

Food here is nice and the price is fair. Never had a problem and been here quite a few times.

The staff are so friendly and will do anything to help. We went in late and they still accommodated us. Well worth the visit and food is spot on. Well done bella

We spent almost £30 on 2 pizzas and 2 portions of chips. We ordered a BBQ meat feast which hardly had any topping on and was dry as a bone. The cheese pizza was undercooked in the middle so the cheese and the dough was sloppy. Very disappointed.

Awful! I am certain the pizza had already been made and was laying around waiting for it’s next victim as there was absolutely nothing fresh about it and the thin crust was more rubbery than my flip flop. Zero flavouring, just yuck. The chicken burger wasn’t supposed to be breaded but was and the chips also looked liked old chips that had been reheated and apparently the whole meal was also yuck... most got binned.

Zero stars, but won’t allow. Awful, ordered chicken kebabs and they were wet through, picked them up and they just fell to pieces. The bread was like saturated wet dough and the chicken cold. Pizza very dry and bland and the chips were wet through n stuck together as though they’d been reheated to hell in the microwave. Rang to let them know but we will stick to our regular takeaway in future. Big swerve for this one in future

2 hours to deliver, rang three times to get an answer as to where the food was. The reply of a Young’s girl on the phone was ‘the manager is shouting at everyone’. I asked to speak to him, the rudest person I have ever spoken to, wouldn’t let me speak just talks over you. Never again will I visit this place!!!!!!!!
