On arrival i was impressed by how efficient the door staff were. Very funny too. Then at the bar the service was fast. My cocktails tasted amazing. All in all, hats off to every staff member at Be At One

I recently visited with my friends and the staff were super nice. Everyone from the bartenders to the door staff were great. Atmosphere was a great vibe, music was good and the cocktails were delicious! On the way out the door men made sure we were safe because there were some questionable people on the road. Highly recommend this location! Had a great time :)

My favvvv place ever in town !! The best any time of day all the bar staff are great, ive never gotten their names but there is not one that’s rude or doesn’t go above and beyond to make your night. Also the doormen Paddy and Samson are amazing at their job !!

Leaving a venue, with your family, with a smile on your face is priceless. This is our go to place when we’re out in town, and it never disappoints.

Was absolutely amazing. We booked the cocktail making master class we had a great laugh and was supported by the lovely bar staff called Jack. He had a very good sense of humour and made it the best experience for us. Thank you a lot jack you made the trip very worth it!

I recently visited Be At One for my birthday, I had a free birthday cocktail sharer, Melon On My Mind, it was unreal! Would definitely get again! The atmosphere was so good in there, with great music that kept the energy high all night long. Loved watching the bartenders dance on the bar! Andy, who served us, was incredible! He made sure we were well looked after and even recommended some angel delight-flavored shots that were a huge hit with everyone. His attention to detail and friendly service really made our night special. If you're looking for a fun night out with amazing drinks and a party vibe, Be At One is the place to be. Can't wait to go back!

Booked out The Loft for our society’s Fresher’s mixer and it was amazing!! The perfect start to the year for all the new students :) Service was impeccable, they brought up extra chairs, wooden cutlery, napkins and a plug socket extension with no hesitation! We will 1000% come back, thank you so much for having us ❤️

Nice bar but very expensive and the music was too loud, though that was our fault for being out so late!

Me and a few friends came over the weekend for my birthday. Cocktails were amazing and served by a very friendly man behind the bar. Our group ranged in age but the music was great for us all, had us dancing all night!

First time in this place . The first thing I noticed was the pink lit up signage on the well as you walk in and how long it was . Does a great selection of cocktails 🍸 staff friendly .they play some great music . As you walk downstairs to the toilets, there is a photo booth . The toilets are some of the cleanest toilets I've been in and very modern ladies and gentlemen. It's in a great location on the buzy street

Came in with my wife on a Saturday night and it was great - very busy but service was still spot on, drinks were made very quickly - looked and tasted amazing! We had a few different drinks: Island Harmony was delicious, Cuban Holiday looked incredible - only improvement would be that more cocktails had a garnish like the Cuban Holiday one. Delicious.

All the doorman are so lovely and accommodating. Always going above and beyond. Especially the bald one and Samson. Thank you, be at one Deansgate🙌🏾

Great afternoon , was shown to our table by lovely hostess and service at the bar was quick . Doormen were nice guys and gave good advice on where to carry on our evening ! We shall be back :)

The drinks were really nice, and good value, but we went at 4pm on a Saturday and after visiting other be at one establishments which are lovely bars we expected similar here, especially considering the time. Nope, it was like a club, too loud to have a conversation, flashing strobe and dimming lights that would plunge you into darkness randomly. We had a booking that lasted an hour and a half and left after our first drinks because we were getting a headache. If you want somewhere to chill with some nice drinks early doors this is not the place for you.

If you come to this bar, make sure you bring your friends; the party never stops and every member of staff is ready to go above and beyond. My favourite is the guy with the cowboy hat; he will literally run on the bar even if he's on holiday in Malaga just to jump on the bar and thrust the night away while Britney Spears - Toxic Pony remix is playing

We've seen many videos online of this pub the drinks were amazing but the atmosphere was not 100% we came on a night That was not very busy so as preceded as, as good as an atmosphere as it is when it's busy.

The doormen were excellent especially paddy (the bald one) he was very nice and kindly took my girlfriend’s number so he could make sure we got home safe. Really thoughtful of him, will be coming back in the future!

Very disappointed. Got turned away when had a booking, after being told the booking needs to be made 24 hours in advance. Let a pair of young girls in, who didn’t have a booking, when questioned the bald bouncer said ‘I don’t care, I can let who I want in’. Very disappointed having been let into many other Be at one’s around the UK with no issue. Favoritism? Sexism? I think so.

Enjoyed a nice cocktail class here.

First time I came, Ellie made us welcome and helped us order and know the place so well! If I have a company I will hire because Be at One was well represented by her! It always buzzing, even at 3pm on a Saturday, and the 2 4 1 is excellent, good measures!

Had a great time there last week. My friend and I would like to say that it was lovely to chat to the glass collector (and ace toilet cleaner)called Hope. She was working so hard doing 2 really tough jobs and deserves a lot of recognition for her work - love from Trish and Janet ❤️

AVOID AVOID AVOID Used to be my favourite place in Manchester, however the toilet situation is appalling! 2 toilets a mile away for a place that is constantly busy is a joke!!! The queue was that big I had to leave my full drink and go somewhere else to go to the toilet. I will not be going back until the toilets are sorted

i come to be at one for a drink and I was served by Meena. She was kind nice and friendly. I didn’t know what drink to get so she recommended one for me, I tried it and fell in love with it. It’s the best drink I’ve ever tried, she told me to try disaronno and coke. And it was amazing.

Had so many socials here; downstairs and in the private rooms — they never disappoint. Big ups to Meena who looked after us during our most recent visit for our quiz :)

Had cocktail making with Nessie, we got to make 2 cocktails each in the group, and Nessie was a great teacher. It was great fun and highly recommend.

We tried to come and get drinks in this bar and got turned away for a friend “slurring her words” even though the other staff member disagreed. Explains why the bar was empty…

Service was great, the clientele are the people you’d walk on the other side of the road to avoid though. Also a tad overpriced for its location in Manchester.

Joe the bouncer is the best so lovely so attentive best bouncer I’ve ever met.

The service is very good with bar staff putting a lot of effort into making cocktails and they are very friendly. Good music and the kinder bueno cocktail is really good. Cocktails are only £6 for students if you bring your student id which is very good. The bouncers are friendly in my experience and some times they wont let you in because you often need a booking to go in but they are not rude about it.

Went on a Sunday and got Saturday vibes. Matty on the bar was amazing and very helpful in recommending different cocktails.

My favourite bar in Manchester absolutely wonderful place, high quality and well priced drinks, long happy hour and an app that often gives you free drinks and a happy hour whenever you want. Staff are all great people who make me and my Wife comfortable and welcome every time we go.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE when me and 3 other friends arrived at be at one for my 19th birthday we were welcomed to the most VILE security man i have ever met, my other friends were welcomed in, but before the man even spoke to me he said no entry and i had to much to drink when in fact i was not drunk, i waited patiently for the security people to understand i was not drunk, where the same security man said “don’t let that white girl in” which he then proceeded to grab my friends and push them and shout in our faces, when all they wanted to know was the reason i was not being let in, i had also already paid a deposit which the very aggressive security man said “you won’t be getting that back, you lot will be paying more”. i would completely understand if it was that i was to drunk and would not even tempt to enter BE AT ONE, but it is clear the security man used it as an excuse, we felt very patronised and attacked by this security man. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE, would love to hear back, to know the real reason for the security man’s actions or the real reason i was not allowed entry.

Be at one has one of the best cocktail menus..there's a wide variety n they aren't weak 😅 music is a bit pop for me but doable. Would of given 5 stars but once had a problem with the manager who cleared my cigarettes of the table when cleaning up, he fully denied he had n then refused to even check to see if he was mistaken...he refused to serve us after that 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have been in since tho 😁

Always have a good evening in this bar, staff was friendly and quickly served, quite busy near the bar but found plenty of seats at the back of the bar, music was good as was the atmosphere.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE We came here on NYE as they opened. It was very quiet anyway but did make a table booking. When we arrived, the security asked for the name of the booking and took us to our table which was much smaller than our party so the security suggested sitting on a different table without reservation cards. After enjoying our first drinks, a short haired female member of staff slapped a reservation card on the table and told us we had to move. We explained we had a booking and she told us we would have to move before the next reservation despite us being told to sit her by a member of staff. This is completely understandable but the way she spoke to the party was unwelcoming, unfriendly and honestly unprofessional. We were sat here by a member of staff and were treated like we were flouting the rules. I want to be honest and she was horrible to us with no customer service. It was later explained by a much nicer member of management that when you book a table, you actually book for 30% of your party. So we had a table of 4 for almost twice the size. Worth bearing in mind if you’re booking larger tables on busy nights. The 2 bar tenders (in dicky bow and waistcoat) were stellar and a credit to the bar. It was a shame that this one member of staff completely let down the rest of the enthusiastic team by being so confrontational. I don’t know what was wrong with this member of staff but we won’t be visiting again as it’s left us with such a negative experience. There was no reason to speak to us the way she did and I hope she improves her customer service.

Great atmosphere for a night out as a couple or with friends. Bouncers can be a little restrictive as to who can come in and sometimes the bar can be quieter inside because of it

Great venue and we hired out the private room for making our own cocktails. However when we got back to the regular bar it took a long time to order drinks (there were 2 people being served and 1 who pushed in) and some of the staff were just unfriendly and a bit rude.

Head Doorman claims to be the General manager to avoid you speaking to the actual manager. He is rude, discriminatory, talks over you and makes you feel uncomfortable. prevented people coming to a 30th with a £1000 bar tab. I felt talked down to and belittled by the head doorman as did many other people at the same party as me. Customer service training required. AVOID

We booked this in advance. We attempted to get in however we arrived, said the booking name and instantly got turned away. Within seconds a woman came out with a name card to reclaim the booking fee (this was named in the bookers name). I find this very suspicious as we had only just arrived and we we had only had a few drinks so were not drunk. They are either sexist as we were a group of men or they double book and turn you away if they're full. We were planning on meeting friends there and would have been a group of 10+. As a result of this we left and so did the other group. Please avoid booking in this venue!!!!!!!

Always a pleasure in Be At One. Best place for cocktails, especially at happy hour! I would recommend the Bueno cocktail and the birthday shot cocktail. The birthday shot cocktail comes with a Polaroid picture which is so cute!

Are cocktails considered to be 'food'?? Didn't eat here, but drank a couple. Staff were so friendly, cocktail selection was excellent....but I'd have liked a bit more alcohol in them.

Visited here after Blink 182 at the arena. Great visit welcoming staff... too friendly and plyed me with too much whiskey happy days! :)

great selection of drinks but shocking service and the bartenders always seem to be in a mood. i’ve ordered a few drinks and not been given the garnish - i ordered the birthday shot and was told i couldn’t have a polaroid photo as it was happy hour. i’ve also ordered a pay it no mind and not been given the light up ice cube. it can sound insignificant but it’s part of the drink and especially with the poor service just didn’t leave the best taste in my mouth.
