ordered ayran but never received it

food tasted good and well wrapped but the only complaint would be the portion size of chips for the price.

Food is ok. Staff is rude and indifferent.

Very small portion and random peace of soggy bread in meat.kofta was just pile of grainy meat.

Tried the mixed shawarma loaded fries got the large 1 paid £12 starving after it did mention to staff the portion of the plate looked like a small ,just to be stared right through, 1st n last time I go there not impressed.

Delivered bang on time, food was perfectly prepared, highly recommended.

The food is really good, and I mean really freaking good, but the staff refuse to clean any of the tables or serve food to the table and will instead hand everything over the counter. Lamb chops are still to die for tho.

This place has the tastiest meat in Glasgow and the freshest salad too. The chilli and garlic sauces are a must I’m always pleased with the food and service .

Go down ever couple of weeks, get lamb and chicken BBQ on a plate, everytime it's absolutely outstanding. Hot chilli sauce 10/10 chips great hummus amazing & the naans made to order are fresh and delicious, 🙌

The 'mixed salad' which I ,paid an extra £4.00 for, amounted to not much more vthan a pile of pickles, red cabbage and jalepenos. A very bizarre take on a 'mixed salad. No onions, tomatoes, lettuce or cucumbers. The mixed shawarma wrap was OK.

Cold cans inside the same bag as hot food. Turns into cold food by the time it arrives. Not worth the hassle when other places get it right.

Meat juicy and delicious, bread awesome! Salad missing some items, boo no cabbage, my fav for a kebab salad. Like option to select salad items but ours were both wrong. Ordered 2 extra sauces. Food job as the 4 we had was barley enough. Please add in bigger tubs for the sauce. Felt a bit of a con for 50p for those tiny wee pots of your delicious sauce! I'd recommend but would highlight the tiny.tiny sauce portions. We both agreed for our 2 skewer chicken kebabs we would have at least 3 each! So that either a bit if a con or a kebab price uplift by stealth....

BBQ lamb fillet is flavoursome & very filling....prices are reasonable....some of the staff could do with smiling....the WC needs some TLC

Driver went the wrong way. Stayed still and didn’t deliver. No traffic on route. Think the driver wanted me to cancel or was making other deliveries for other companies. Restaurant is 10 mins away and it took 40 mins. If I had known it would take this long I would have gone to the place myself. Will do this in future instead of using just eat

A few things were wrong with the order: The meat was dry, the fanta was missing and the bread was very dry and crispy. Overall very disappointed this is usually a favourite place to eat

Rubbish guy at the counter. These useless guy feels that if he doesn’t serve me, I will miss a big thing or it add value to him. You don’t have identity!

Genuinely nicest shawarma and falafel in Glasgow. Blows Kurdish and Shawarma King out of the water. Truly grateful - and I mean this with my whole heart - that it’s my local wrap place. Thank you for doing God’s work.

Food is spot on, made fresh and cooked on charcoal! The think bread nan is amazing, salad always fresh, and good tasty. Only reason I’m noting giving it 5 stars for the food is that their sauce is just ok.

Iranian/Middle East BBQ. One of the better ones in Glasgow in terms of flavour but NEVER lole the original😅you need to go there to really have the treatment of your life. The place needs so refurbishments though to make it more presentable. 7/10👍

the girl Malgorzata (unsure how to spell) was really rude and disrespectful when i came in the other week. food wasn’t that bad but her attitude left a sour taste in my mouth

If I could have given 0 stars I would have the service was absolutely shocking I would not recommend the server that was on 23/2/24 at around 6pm was extremely rude and honestly really lucky I didn't want to cause a fuss but he was cheeky,arrogant,sarcastic horrible person who should really take a look at themselves and change there attitude.i will definitely not be back and I'll make sure anyone I know doesn't come back to you either.

Horrendous experience tonight. Missing food, then told to come to the store to collect despite it being their mistake and we had paid for our delivery. Then accused of lying about incomplete order, told to reorder and pay for more stuff so we could get original order as they didn’t have a driver. Waited over an hour for our food and it was so average. Definitely better places to order from. Suggest you save your money this place is horrible customer service and more of a headache than its worth.

They forgot the juice, binned the cold chips, reheated the wrap. Tasted fine but too greasy.

I’ve been here countless of times as it is close to where I live. They have mouth watering chicken and lamb shawarma, and the kebab is to die for. I brought my family when visiting and they absolutely enjoyed the kebab, my dad said it was authentic Kurdish kebab which is the best. The bread is fresh and authentic and the portions are extremely generous, I can’t stress enough how much I love this place!

Absolutely spledid falafel, and smashing service. Wrap baked in front of you over charcoal in a real oven, and delicious fresh veg, humous, salad and choice of sauces. Friendly unassuming place full of hidden delights :). Also v good value.

Bad service, Dirty cutlery I asked to change it but the new cutlery was worst , more dirty with food sticking in ?! same!! THAT IS TOO BAD FOR PEOPLE HEALTH , that is diseases 🦠 transmitting. I left, Never come again 🤮

awesome choice for takeaway. Ordered the lamb shawarma wrap and it was delicious and a great value. I ordered on my phone and popped in to pick up-- super convenient and the staff were really kind. It seemed a bit hectic for a relaxing sit in (although it was a busy Friday to be fair) but a PERFECT choice for sitting out and enjoying the park. I would recommend it over GDK.

Service was fast and efficient. Lamb shawarma meat was dry and had lots of chewy chunks of fat. Maybe I was unlucky but I recommend you try the chicken instead.

Portions are disappointing compared to the pictures on Deliveroo!!! Plus, the beef meat was atrocious: full of fat and nerves, very oily. Also, the mix salad I ordered was not according to the items I chose! Not what I ordered. Last but not least, when I order a SKEWER, I want a SKEWER. Look at my second pictures, does this look like a skewer???

Went in today with the wife to get some lunch. 1 chicken and 1 lamb shawarma. Both absolute perfect. Woman serving was fantastic as well. Could not fault a single thing. Hands down the best shawarma I’ve ever tasted in Scotland.

Restaurant quality food to take away. Freshly made breads, hand cut chips and beautiful barbecue and shawarma grilled meats. You can sit in or take away. Everything is made to order and bang full of flavour. Portions are on the substantial side and good value for money. Staff are knowledgable and friendly. Think hearty and healthy rather than your local kebab style

Ordered a shawarma meal with chips and a drink for a total of 15£. It arrived 2 hours after I placed the order and after calling the restaurant to understand the reason why it was taking so long. I was hoping for the meal to taste good considering the very good reviews but it was just ok though definitely not worth that price and the shawarma contained jalapenos which I clearly DIDN'T order. First time and last time I'm ordering from this restaurant.
