Bayne's the Family Bakers in East Lothian

Tried here once and never been back to Greggs since. Breakfast roll fillings are ten times better. Staff are lovely, especially Jessie, she’s just a star!!

We like going there for a breakfast roll. Nice and quick service.

I always use North High St Musselburgh everything about this store is spot on the Cleanliness always made to feel welcome from Simon the manager is a credit as are all his staff Keep it up guys top notch service

No good customer service. I asked for two beef pies and got Scottish pies instead. I said "Beef Pies" three times. I'm not happy as I had to bin them.

Worst baynes I’ve ever been in my life, terrible staff and 3rd time now I’ve asked for a fudge cream donut to no prevail. Charge me wrong price every time also

I recently found out that Baynes do a "Treat Box" so I called this branch to place my order and spoke to Simon, who was very helpful indeed. I ordered 2 boxes and called a couple of times after that, to add in some extras. Speaking again with Simon (thank you so much for all your help Simon). I collected my purchase at the branch and was served by a very bubbly lady called Jessie. These Treat Boxes are a terrific idea and go down well with friends and fizz. I highly recommend it. Fantastic customer service and terrific food. I will definitely call again.

It's a good alternative to Greggs, with a similar range of (to my palate) tastier baked goods, but the service is woefully slow.

I was served by an assistant named Aileen. Her bright cheerful welcome really made my day.

Staff are so friendly in this store also make you laugh. Cakes are yummy too.

I live my daily visit to Baynes. Good bakery and excellent service from the staff especially Jessie who always has a bit of pleasant banter. So, no matter the rubbish weather it always brightens my day.

Been going there for years however no excuse bought 4 chocolate eclairs and there is no way the pastry was fresh baked At least a day old Unacceptable selling day old cakes at full price Voting with my feet wont be back
