Really fantastic night out where you can be part of the buzzing area in the front or have a cosy sit and listen in the back area. Nice patio area to sit out the back. Very welcoming, very reasonably priced and good friendly regulars that are welcoming. Lots of live music and open mic nights. Deffo coming back daytime to try out their amazing menu 5⭐️

Great food, lovely staff and atmosphere. Prices are extremely reasonable, if anything we would have paid more for what we had as was so lovely.

Had a fab night on Friday 18th August , Landlady Becky is lovely , food on a Wednesday is amazing . And her staff are lovely too.

Staff here are so accommodating. We descended on them with a party of ten for Sunday brunch & despite all our varying requests, they were beyond helpful. Everyone was catered for. I had an awesome vegan breakfast!

First time here with my daughter, celebrating end of University life. Had two great cocktails, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The Owners are a lovely couple, very friendly, made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be visiting again.

Brilliant friendly and wecoming

Despite knowing the owner and not to blow her trumpet , but she ( she being kerry ) is absolutely fantastic and will cater for anyones needs. Aswell as bar staff (aiden) , can have such a laugh with them and every other local be them known or not. Great themed food nights and perfect live music ( prior to lockdown and hopefully very soon to commence with open mic nights and unsigned singer /songwriters appearing from near and far), clean and homely. Great prices what more could you want from just a small town bar ! Cannot pick any faults, Life and soul of desborough for sure !! Recommended 100 percent!!. Try it and find out for yourself 🍻

Had a toffy apple cider around haloween time and it was fantastic! Highly recommend the bar!

What a great little venue... although it was quite small and very busy , the atmosphere made it well worth the visit. Standing shoulder to shoulder can sometimes get agravating but there was some kind of charm which made it more than tolerable. Plus staff were freindly and the general vibe was fun ...plus the toilets were really clean which is a massive plus as usually i wouldnt touch a puvlic toilet to save my life! So all in all its a great little venue well worth a trip to...we went on a wednesday to a jam so entertainment too!

Pleasant atmosphere Management known to me & for a spell there welcoming introduction to other friends. Friendly & possibly a small food offering during mid afternoon early evening. Sometimes the chatter can be heard down the street - the heavy summer weather has a lot to do with that - when weather changes no doubt the customers will move inside. Real ale is catered for albeit in bottles - suitably refreshing to my tastes - mainly lager & light continental beers on draft and bottled - not my taste but then told you what that is above.

First time visit and wasn't disappointed, friendly welcome and good atmosphere 👍👍👍

Sorry to say it but seems to be dying a death. Only open 4 days a week now, no food and limited snacks.....

No burgers anymore or snacks or even olives. Not as good as red lion rothwell

Place is warm and friendly. Bar staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Paul is a credit to the place. Excellent selection of gins and a cocktail list to die for! No packet mixes over here!

Number 76 is not open daily so check when it is. But when it is open if offers a cosy location for a range of drinks and sometime a tasty burger also. It is not a large place but that us a bonus as it creates an intimate atmosphere to enjoy. As with many currently, there is lots of gin available and even a gin cocktail menu. Wine and cider as well as bottled beers and soft drinks are available. Staff are friendly and nice as is the decor. They have packed in a good number of seats without it being crowded. For the warmer weather you can sit outside. Number 76 is a lovely place to enjoy a drink in pleasant surroundings.

Fantastic. Even though it's a fairly small space they pack so much in. It's cosy and friendly. The staff are amazing, very easy to talk to, the owner will always sit down and ask how you are. If you go in once they generally remember you again, it has almost a village pub atmosphere even though it's situated in the middle of town. Recently started doing burgers, that I would recommend. Drinks and cocktails are amazing especially the gin selection. It isn't the cheapest but it is quality
