The food taste nice but i writing about how dirty the restaurant the waiter came to serve the food his clothes so dirty OMG the smell of outside is so stinky the tables and the chairs greasy and filthy they need to maintain these conditions because it is shame as their food taste good.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered here… the 1st order was perfect. This time very poor experience:(. The food leaked all over the bag, looking pretty unappetising… not sure I’ll be ordering again

Food was unacceptable! Ordered two chicken shawarmas one with rice and chicken, food came very quickly because it wasn’t fresh. The food was cold and the chicken was very dry like it had been out all day and not even heated to be served. The kebab machine wasn’t even on. When we told the waiter the food wasn’t hot and fresh, he instantly took our food without asking and said I’ll give you hot food. We assumed he’d give us fresh chicken and hot flat bread but he literally put it in the microwave and gave it back to us, making the chicken even drier than before. There was no acknowledgment of our complaint no sorry or no what can I do to fix this. When questioned if the food was cooked earlier in the day, he couldn’t give us a straight answer and tried to deflect from the question. When going to pay which we had every right not to, we told him the food was unacceptable and said the kebab machine isn’t even on, again tried to deflect from the fact that he knew the chicken wasn’t fresh. He then said discount next time, in which he knew would not happen because we would not be returning there. Why not offer a discount on this occasion? Refusing to pay is not something I like to do but was well within my right to do. Avoid eating at this place, food was awful and the restaurant itself needs some serious upgrades.

Excellent as usual. Delicious food, it was delivered very quickly and we were even given the extra sauce that we had asked for in a previous order, they remembered without us asking! Highly recommend.

I don't recommend, we ordered manakeesh, were so oily and not tasty, cheese so salty they charges us for 2 pieces of pickles and for the wooden trays

Their farrouj meshwe is spot on! Also what’s with people leaving bad reviews on their Just Eat bc they didn’t receive their order? That’s not their issue, that’s a JustEat Delivery Driver stealing your food issue… people need to think before ruining someone’s business reputation.

I ordered some haloumi wraps there was no salad and no sauce and the bread was dry for the 2nd time in a row .. I never used to have any problems before but the new chef needs better training I feel..

Some of my order was missing and order took over an hour. Food that was delivered was delicious, just a shame there was item missing so not enough food for number of people.

Nice casual local restaurant reasonably priced, polite family run business they take card & cash and free local delivery too. its comfortable, clean and good choice of food & soft drinks. I had a falafel wrap & it was hot, fresh & tasty it was vegan and the little things like napkins, ketchup, and bags that they give really stands out why you should support small local businesses 👍🏽 cos most big businesses chains don’t give any free sauces or bags these days 😂 Will be returning to eat in thanks 😊

First time ordering from this place. Amazing staff. I reached almost 2 hrs after my pack up time, they looked for my number and called me back. Most restaurants do not do this. They were so kind, the chicken shawarma I ordered was so so good. They warmed it up again before I could take it. The place is very clean and there’s alot of sitting space. Highly recommend

Untasty food, incomplete demand, miserly, and a high price

The restaurant is lovely on the inside and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We shared a hummus starter with flatbread which was very nice. The chicken main was a star attraction, I’ll definitely be back for this alone. We also split a lovely Palestinian dessert. A lovely evening. Would recommend

This small restaurant has the most tasty food. The fatoosh is especially delicious. My fellow diner absolutely loved it even though she does not eat salad!! Highly recommended. The service is very laid back but the servers are polite, pleasant and smiley so can be easily forgiven. You have to wait a little time for your food but it is well worth it and beautifully presented. The restaurant is basic but there is an atmosphere of calm tand friendliness that excuses anything. If you want quick food and service then it is not for you. But if you want beautifully, tasty,hot and food from the heart then this is definitely for you. Went with friends and felt relaxed and happy and well fed. Thoroughly recommended. Would give 10 stars if I could

Price on the menu ain't what you pay absolute joke the waitress didn't know what they had available so had to keep running back to the kitchen to check and the potions are small aswell.

Visited Baity this evening with my family and had a good time. Baity is a small, cosy local restaurant that serves good food, has timely service and the servers are good and pleasant. The price of the food on the menu is very reasonable. If looking to have a healthy, tasty meal and take a break from the greasy, lard filled fried chicken and chips then I will recommend Baity. By the way, there is a separate outdoor area in case you fancy a shisha.

Half chicken grill - 6£ Charcoal grilled chicken: juicy, tasty with fine texture and balanced flavours. Salad: fresh, tasty salad seasoned with olive oil, a hint of Lemon and fresh, chopped parsley. Deliciously combined. You get a delicious, generous portion for only 6£. Good deal.

Just had a chicken Shish, one of the best chicken wrap I have had before, chicken tasted fresh, and perfectly grilled, salad in the wrap looked and tasted fresh, and the Lebanese garlic sauce tasted so authentic. Amazing service, and very welcoming. Today was my first visit, and definitely won’t be my last. Highly recommended.

Milkshakes were good but i ordered a chicken shawarma and it smelt and tasted weird. Also came across a white string from some fabric and 2 eyebrow hairs.

Wow what a wonderful change! The decor looks really fresh and the new staff are very nice. It's so nice to see that we now have a great Lebanese option on Bilton Road. Awesome shawarma. I plan to come again next week. Update: I returned a week later with my family (group of 6) for dinner because I had enjoyed myself on my previous lunch visit; our meals came at different times, the service was non existent, the waiter seemed to have headphones on - and when we requested something (extra sauces), he made it seem like a real chore.

Perfect example of lebanese food in London. I believe the standards in perivale have been raised to a new level I haven't seen before and I've been local to the area for 5 years. I been to Beirut Deli before, it's totally different now, really surprised because it's completely changed, new management and new restaurant design. The food are very tasty with reasonable prices. All the best Beirut Deli.

Hands down the best and most authentic Lebanese shawarma sandwich I have had in London. Great chicken, perfect garlic sauce, pickles and real Lebanese bread which is what a shawarma sandwich should be. Also at £3.50 it's the cheapest I've had here. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here with family for years who visit us from Bournemouth and it has become a tradition to eat at Beirut Deli. We are so pleased with the new management - they are so friendly, welcoming, kind and helpful. The food is still or even more fresh, tasty and authentic than it used to be. Would 100% recommend if you want a family, cosy environment with amazing food and kind service. Happy Armenians!

Very Nice place, amazing shisha with friendly staff

First visited Beirut Deli yesterday for lunch, as I was aware it was now under new management and saw that it had a complete new make over. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma meal deal which was lovely and very worth the price! I also tried the mixed grill today, which was full of flavour. Great customer service and lovely welcoming staff. I deffinitely recommend Beirut Deli to family and friends!
