Bagel Factory in Newham

Bagel estilo americano y canadiense. Caro pero sabroso si usted está buscando algo familiar. El hombre no era muy amable ni estaba orientado al servicio. De hecho sentí que me estaba haciendo un favor como cliente. No sonrías, no hola, no tengas un buen día.

Counter staff were not particularly welcoming but not a major issue. The bagel was a salt beef one - salt beef, cheese, mustard and gherkins on a toasted bagel. It was far too greasy. I thought they might have actually buttered the bagel before they toasted it. It was okay, at £8 it was quite a lot.

I always try to have a bagel from this establishment when I visit the ExCel Centre, and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the bagels are fresh and very tasty, and a reasonable price. If you are looking for lunch, go early; if you wait until 1pm, there will be a long queue. Highly recommended.

Cada vez que estoy en Excel, espero un panecillo fundido con halloumi: queso halloumi derretido, tomates secos y un aderezo de yogur y menta. Es delicioso. Sí, es comida rápida y no hay nada sobresaliente en los bagels promedio, pero es un almuerzo sabroso y abundante.   8) 99 por una oferta de comida - bagel, bebida y papas fritas

El peor bagel que he tenido. Bollo seco y sin sabor y poco relleno. Muy decepcionante. ¡No puedo creer que hayan perdido el tiempo haciéndolo frente a mí! !

Big breakfast bagel - not! A round of sausage, insignificant slice of bacon and watery egg all mixed up and nuked in a microwave. £6.49. The most tasteless bagel I have ever had and I would avoid ever buying from this outlet again. Almost put off bagels for good. Find another outlet in this captive environment.

A bit pricey, but this is Excel so what do you expect? Had the salmon avocado bagel. All items were fresh. Service was somewhat "stand around and wait for your number to be called" which was adequate.

I was at an event at the ExCel and went to get some food at Bagel Factory, the woman at the till was polite enough and told me the number of my order. So I stood waiting patiently for my order; I hear other numbers being called thinking mine should be next, but no. 10 minutes later I got a bit impatient of waiting and spoke to one of the employees about waiting. It appeared that my order had been scrapped from the screen, they were not very apologetic about the situation and all I got was a thanks for waiting at the end of it. Overall I am not best impressed with this particular Bagel Factory, they had enough staff to cope with orders but failed to do so.

Great fast service, freshly made bagels, lots of filling and very tasty. A quick snack at the Excel.

Extremely poor value for money and poor taste. Would give it zero stars if I could. £5.99 for a bagel which would have costed £4.69 in train stations even. Doesn't accept loyalty cards therefore you aren't rewarded for your 'loyalty' - a.k.a. making the mistake of paying extortionate prices for a disgusting, dry, chewy microwaved bagel which is hard to down without a bottle of their over-priced water. Avoid at all costs!!!!!

The least you would expect is a toasted bagel but it was not toasted and very chewy. Not very good at all especially for a place that specializes in bagels. I do better at home.

I had the Halloumi melt bagel here and it was nice but considering it was labelled as a "melt" the halloumi wasn't cooked at all which was pretty disappointing. The meal deal is also very expensive for the small amount of food that you get.

Had a quick stop for breakfast and found a bagel place. Score... Is what I though. The egg was microwaved and stayed hot for an usually long time. The back was only scraps of what tasted kind of like bacon. Not happy with this for 8 gap

Another typical food outlet at Excel, busy place, service was slow but food was ok, overpriced for what it is and the price of drinks is outrageous

I tried this for the first time and it was quite late in the day. Everything was nice and fresh and it was delucious. Huge choice and reasonable price too. I had chicken with advocado, ummmm

A wide range of filled bagels are available; i enjoyed the salmon filing, which was delicious. Service was prompt and efficient, and I also had a packet of Kettles crisps and a drink in a meal deal offer. I shall certainly use this venue when...
