Absolutely stonking toastie and beer in the sun on a warm January day - sea view, lots of nice dogs, friendly atmosphere - what more could you want?

It's been a real person centred delivery for my client who I support as a PA. Babs and staff have offered a warm caring place down on the prom, where you can sit quiet and watch the world go by or get a bit of company. Memories of sun catching summer 2023. Coffee is great, and when it's hot 🌞 babs is there will a bottle of beer, cool iced drinks, icecream or delicious coffee, always hot. Always catered for mobility needs ❤️. Lovely coffee and hot chocolate with views out to sea

Just discovered this hidden gem of a place right on the seafront. Huge portions of very delicious food reasonably priced, comfy seats, laid-back vibe and friendly staff.

Smashing little cafe, with delicious food, especially toaster sandwich.

Perfect place for a stop before a swim or hitting the waves. Perfect strong coffee to start the morning and nice crispy bacon roll to start the day. Friendly lady on counter was a lovely chat whilst waiting. Will be back anytime I'm around.

Had a fantastic coffee and cheese and ham toastie. This place is the best. Right on the seafront, fantastic ladies running the place and mega dog friendly. If you want to chill, chat with locals (and dogs) and enjoy the view, come here.

My wife and I stopped here today just around lunch time after a long walk along the seafront for a very welcome break from the constant wind. We took the opportunity to have two coffees and a Cheese and Ham and Onion toastie from this cafe. All served by a very friendly and kind lady who was quite prepared to supply us sun-loungers turned against the wind to keep us warm, but we were well sheltered already by the seats that run along there! The coffee was good, and the toastie proved to be a delicious 'whopper', being sufficient to feed us both! Neither were expensive, and it is a great place to watch the sea, and crowds doing their thing along the promenade. Just a few metres away is a very handy public toilet and a public beach shower.

Always a super friendly welcome, lovely coffee and very generous cake portions. Highly recommended to anyone in the area 😊

My favourite place on hastings/St leonards seafront. Peaceful and friendly with clear views of the sea in both directions. Beer is served ice cold!!

So friendly and welcoming, and all dogs welcomed too :) the outdoor seating is cosy, the coffee was fab and the company even better. Truly think this cafe should be renamed babe-ilicious, after the owner. Thank you Babs (and for the exceptional dating advice) will definitely be back ❤️

Fabulous giant cheese and onion toasties right by the beach, really warm and friendly service, delicious fresh orange juice!! Great little place. Go!

We had a little stop on our Dog walk I had a fabulous coffee and the others had fresh juice, The dogs got a treat each each, we sat outside as that was only space the sun was shining I could have easily sat there al afternoon… great service 👍🏼😘

As others have said the coffee,toasties and cake are delicious. Super spot right on the lower promenade to sit whatever the weather, to relax, drink and eat. While looking out for the seal popping up and down in the sea. Or Watching sailing club events Or just to spend time in a calm quiet spot. Accessible toilets next door. Slope down from upper promenade too. Bus stop and parking above. We are local people recommending this little gem Babs has established. Thank-you Babs.

Babs is always friendly and makes delicious ice coffees and a few light snacks. A bacon sandwich..cake. ice cream. Its an outdoor only space right on the beach and has shade.

Shout out to the ladies at Babilicious. Stumbled across this lovely cafe on the seafront to pause for a coffee on our Pilgrims Hospice training walk today. Was great to chat to the ladies serving and they kindly gave me a coffee on the house. I've popped a £4 donation into the pot. Thank you so much 💜. We made it to Rye and completed 22.4 miles. BTW the cakes here looked amazing!

My brother recommended to come down to Babilicious for a morning relaxing sit down. Very lovely/friendly lady who served me. Get the fresh orange juice you wont be disappointed!

Best cappuccino with cinnamon syrup ever!!! The lady is super friendly and always has treats for dogs. Really recommend this place

Friendly lady, serving great coffee. She pointed us to the warmest seats and gave us blankets with our coffee. It sells coffee and cake and only has outside seating. However, there are toilets close by and it is clearly dog friendly as they sell 'Waggy Doggy' ice cream for dogs. Would recommend 👍

Lovely spot with a beautiful view of the pier and sea. Staff there are very welcoming and friendly.

Best place in town for me. It's perfect to be after 3:00 pm the view gets more interesting.

“Babs” is fantastic, really is an amazing place to warm up after a 0700hrs swim. Very welcoming and certainly supporting local! Very accommodating for cold swimmers, dog walkers and snot one else out by the beach.

Babilicious is a great little place to grab a coffee to go or sit and enjoy the sea view. There is shelter on a blustery day and great home made cake and toasties. It’s family and dog friendly and you’ll always get a warm welcome.

This is my happy place every morning with my fur baby! Wonderful hot drinks served by our lovely Babs. I have made new friends and to top it all the seashore is directly in front of us! If you want some chill out time, great customer service and beautiful scenery I highly recommend Babilicious 😊
