Terrible would never go back ! Only a quarter of the people we went with ended up with dinner they served dinner with starters even took the starter off one of our family member because mains came out 2 mins after the starters !! Absolutely disgusting spent £750 on a few starters and drinks and 4 main courses we cancled the rest because 5 of us had had dinner and desert before some of our mains came out ! Terrible place needs shutting down !

Great from start to finish. The food is amazing! We shared the hot mezze to start, which was spot on (and huge). Then a mixed grill for me and a lamb stew for my other half - the meat was so tender and really well seasoned. Totally random but the salad with it was fantastic! Portion sizes are very healthy - we were both defeated (again, rarely happens). Service was attentive and friendly. All in all, we had a great meal and will definitely come back :)

Sadly wouldn’t recommend… A large group of us dined here recently & the quality of food was poor considering the extortionate prices! We had hot aswell as cold meze to share & the portions including bread were small. Around seven of us had the lamb which was tough! The drinks were expensive & the staff quite abrupt. The restaurant as a whole is very nice but there are two cubicles in the ladies bathroom (which is very poorly lit) & both toilets were blocked! The live singer kept forgetting her lyrics! Expect to pay £35 for a bottle of pinot Grigio :(

Very disappointed for my husbands birthday. We had sat at a table and where we were taken and then moved as that was apparently not our table, we were moved to a table next to smokers area and 1 meal inedible and extra item on menu and waiter tried to say we had had item on bill. Our server was lovely but two other were rude. Sadly not the experience we were expecting and will not be back

Worse place ever!!!!!!! AWFUL FOOD frozen food) given to customer AWFUL SERVICE rude but happy to run up and give bill. Very long wait times for any drinks and food and only half come out when it did. Got told they are really busy and kitchen cant handle it. ( NOT MY PROBLEM. Came on a Sunday afternoon with my wife and three kids (7, 5 & 5). Had a wonderful meal, with the hot and cold meze platters being particular highlights. The kids loved the beautiful decor and service from Ellie and Billy was attentive. I love the laid back vibe during the day and the evenings are buzzing, too. Well keep coming back.

The food here is absolutely terrible; small portions, cold and very long wait. The service is even worse, 30 minutes for drinks, 1.5 hours for food that is stone cold, barely edible. No apology from staff and the cheek to add service charge is beyond me. Would never return, there are so many nicer places to eat at than here. A complete shambles and rip off!

Glamorous setting, nice tasty food - if all cold, entertainment entertaining, it was nice to go out to but I think it's a bit of a one trick pony.

Went for a friends 60th birthday party. Atmosphere great, decor great , entertainment great. Staff great. Throughly enjoyable night. But could do better in certain areas and being a lady of a certain age it’s the little details that count. . 1. With large parties it should be a set menu only with more choices . Starters very poor, mainly small dips. Maybe throw in a prawn cocktail or hot starters. 2. Starters came midway after the mains were delivered. This is a issue in the kitchen’s which should be addressed asap 3. The ladies toilets needs a revamp. Broken toilet seats. Taps left running as it was probably too complicated for the lady patrons to turn off if they’d had a few to many. Decor did not match the venue which was a shame. 4. What’s with the service charge on every drink order? Surely there must be a different way. Gets very pricey which is a shame, maybe pay better wages??

What a fantastic place , food was amazing meat was incredibly succulent, service was great and the entertainment was First class, we were a large group, we were treated very well. I would definitely go back

Our friend choose to have her birthday in this place, along with about 20 other people. I think that the owners are guilt of putting profit before the customer and over filling the restrauntant puuting the staff under too much pressure. The knock on means that you will wait ges for your drinks and food. The set menu is more expense than the normal menu, they have the front to charge a service charge on drinks and the prices generally are expensive for what you get. I would avoid personnelly

Came here with my friends and honestly had the best night. Live singer was amazing and the food was also full filling, would definitely recommend to people especially for a night out

The restaurant itself is stunning and done out to a high standard. Really nice atmosphere and ambience, however the food was very average. We were a large group of people and everybody in the group said their food was very average. Some of the dishes were cold and not a single person in the group was impressed with their food. I would not eat here again nor would I recommend anybody else eat here.

Had lunch on Saturday. Good service and we enjoyed the (meat) moussaka, the Kuzu Guvec and the House lemonade.

Had a lovely start to the evening food was nice. Unfortunately the service was a little disappointing. It was my best friends birthday. I asked for the staff to sing happy birthday they assured me absolutely. I asked again amd again and still did not deliver the message to her we were left waiting for drinks on a couple of occasions we had to go to the bar. The resturant was not that busy and the drinks were very over priced for what they were. We were waiting for over 3 hours even though our food came out straight away. Very upset and will not be returning. We had a booking for 16 later in November which I will now be cancelling.

Been here before, when the prices were reasonable. Noticed it’s part of a chain - firstly the prices are not what was on the web and sadly the dudes are not accurate as the pictures. The grill with lamb cubes and chicken cubes - were not in two skewers. 3 lamb and 3 chicken were on a single skewer! But the Vegetables were excellent and presented. To top it the menu mention a 12.5% service charge- which in reality should have been marked discretionary! Apart from being very pricey compared to other Turkish restaurants and the service charge I would give it 4 stars. The lunch time deals are yet reasonable - though the prices had gone up! The Gem in Loughton is a better alternative for dinners.

The restaurant looks great, service is good too, but food is not great. Meat is cooked poorly (mostly dry) like in most average cheap Turkish restaurants, but unlikely the cheap Turkish places, prices here are totally crazy. We spent more than £100 for 2 starters, 2 kebabs, 1 bottle of water and 3 glasses of prosecco. Don't judge a book by its cover! I would not recommend it.
