They are very rude don't even have manners how to speak with customer On 3rd of September around 7 pm I went there and I asked menu to one of the staff member he said it's all online when. I said my phone is dead it's not charged then He made fun of me and said go home and charge And he started laughing looking at the customers standing nearby. I feeled so embarrassed.I couldn’t understand why he did that? Was he Judging me ? Was he thinking that I might not be able to afford it ? Did he want to appear like a hero in front of the other customers? Still I wanted to know .I shouldn't disrespect him but deep inside I feel like saying to him you Old man what you think who you are just ordinary waiter or servant you have no right to disrespect anyone And even if you are the owner, you still don't have the right to make fun of anyone.if i had forgotten the respect of age on that day and slapped you on the face, what would you have done?

the food was fresh and tasted great. Meat was tender and moist, the bread was fresh, the portion size was perfect, the price was decent and the restaurant granted our request we left in the comment section. We're new to the area and glad to say we have found our new food delivery spot!

I went to this place for the first time and what an experience we had. The service was amazing and quick (we werent kept waiting for long). The food was delicious and if you like your dishes extra spicy then don't be afraid to ask! They really took care of me and my family when it came to making it extra spicy. Thank you to all the staff there. We will definitely be coming again soon!

Beautiful up class restaurant Staff member was very friendly and pleasant He even took the initiative to increase the size of the veg portions and add more flavours for my parents who were visiting from India. Love the ambience with light music, white table clothes , hot plates , hot wipes and the chocolates. Overall a great experience. Thank you for the lovely evening.

I got a chicken vindaloo, the chicken korma, lime rice and 3x peshawari naans. I said to myself "well I'll have half of it for dinner and the other half tomorrow.... it was so ADDICTIVE that I ate everything at one go! Food is amazing as always! The mint sauce they make is the perfect dip for their poppadoms. If you haven't tried them before, try them, you will not be sorry and you will get the same high level of service every time you visit. Mo, Jay, Sam and anyone else you might meet there are always ready to go the extra mile to tailor any dish to your personal liking - in my case, make the vindaloo extremely spicy and the chicken korma, extra sweet.

I generally wait to leave a review until I've placed a number of orders. I have to say that the quality of the orders has been consistently excellent, both the quality of the food itself and also the delivery times have mostly been on time or even early. I have ordered plenty of takeaways from a number of Romford, Hornchurch and Gidea Park Indian restaurants, but Asia Spice is definitely one of the best takeaways in the area in my experience.

I'm assuming the atmosphere is good because the staff are so cool. The food is outstanding. Delivery is fast. This is our Indian takeaway forever. Yum

Very rude delivery man asked for £5.00. Whilst showing me his phone he said he needed another 5.00 before he could deliver I told him to take it back as I had paid in full he then asked for £1.00 I will never order from your selfs again if you employ staff like this

Luke warm and tasteless. I ordered Chicken Jalfrezi but it tasted of coconut and hardly had any other taste. Also potato and cauliflower as a side dish which was watery and tasteless. Should be named Asia no spice. The delivery was well ahead of schedule and delivery man was polite but I only gave one star for delivery as if I gave the five star I wanted it ups the star rating for overall experience. Had a few mouthfuls and threw the rest away and ate cheese on toast instead.

Advised that there was a delay by an additional 15-20 mins. Food arrived- had included a rice, assuming complimentary due to the delay, but ultimately this is a waste of food as we did not order rice and did not want a free one. The cauliflower bhaji was watery and tasteless, portion size for my dhansak- clearly half my curry got lost in transit! Overall very underwhelming and disappointing, however my husband did enjoy his chicken tikka masala

We want as a family of 5. The food was lovely. We had the mix grill and a king prawn puree as a starter. Which was full of flavour that just melts in your mouth. The peshwari naan and garlic naan was very tasty. The lamb bhuna with keema rice was delicious. The king prawn dish was delicious. To round it off we had dessert.

The onion bhajee’s were dripping with oil when bitten into. The food was warm not hot. The chicken tikka masala became watery as it was getting colder. Will not use this Resturant again. I’m very disappointed 😳

Normally enjoyable, this time however it took a good hour to arrive, understandable at weekend and Christmas coming up, though food was only warm, not hot like normal and my biggest complaint is the curry was a little watery and there was no spice/flavour to anything, it’s as if they were cutting back on spices, watering stuff down to meet demand, only they know. Edit/ Ive since ordered again and meal was very nice and delivery quick, so Ive updated my rating, I think it was just a very busy time for them before Christmas.

Food was.ok. but lukewarm. Harsh on the restaurant and the delivery driver took 30 mins to travel 1/2 a mile. Didn't read instructions and.when he.phoned seemed to be.lost. is a shame as delivery other week. Took 5 mins and was piping hot. Am afraid won't use restaurant until delivery drivers are better

£12 King Prawn Dhansak was replaced with a cheap horrible Prawn Dhansak, something had leaked all over the food in the bag. Given an extra naan and rice we didn't even ask for or need. Had to phone to get prawn replaced with King Prawn and they instantly knew what they'd done so have a suspicion they were cutting costs or corners. Delivery driver apologised saying it was his mistake but why is a delivery driver packing or checking orders anyway, surely that should be the cook ? After seeing the size of the original 'prawns' which were undersized 4mm shrimps that should never have been fished or served up and even the King Prawns being on the small size plus the delay in getting all the food and the leak clean-up we won't be giving this restaurant another chance or repeating an order. Shame as the previous order was good but the inconsistancy this time isn't worth the risk.

We have been coming to this restaurant regularly for several years and I highly recommend. The flavour of the dishes are exceptional and the staff are so attentive. The atmosphere is lovely. Lovely family run business and very reasonably priced for excellent quality food. Would recommend the lamb chop starter. Absolutely delicious

Food was ok, was a pilau rice missing you delivered another to me but it was all the waiting we had for the other pilau rice to arrive which spoilt our dinner

Lovely food as always. Fresh and hot. Only criticism is the Sag Paneer there are so many onions and they are quite hard still, but too small to pick out it spoils the dish, and needs to have more Paneer in it as you can't even taste it..

The food here is always amazing. Flavourful, fragrant, rich and a good portion size. Every time I come I always get a chicken tikka dansak. All other restaurants cook their dansak overly sweet, Asia Spice gets it right every single time 😁

The quantity was very less and the lamb was not well done, when compared with other local Indian takeaways ….may be just because the 20% off was applied by Asia spice, they reduced the quantity and quality to keep down the cost….
