This used to be where I shopped. I only go a few times a month to pick up the odd thing now. Lack of stock, shrinkflation, no checkout staff. Ever since Walmart sold it to some British company it has gone to the dogs.

I had a incident with a security guard the security guard tall, beard and reseeding hairline, The entrance gate malfunctioned leading me walk into it middle entry, I continued with my entry when I was chased down by the security guard. He said it was wrong what I had done Speaking to me as if I was his child in an unprofessional manor, as I walked away the security said next time you do that I will PUNCH YOU, I said to him excuse me what did you say... he continued to walk back to the security podium of which he had left unattended when he chased me down half way through the store. Anyway after i approached him he later he lied saying he said punished me by banning from the store a little bit of a overreaction. When I said I felt threatened by him he then started to record me. I feel this security guard needs to be investigated about his profession and approach to customers. This is not the first time I had bad experience from Asda Leyton, 3 weeks ago I was exiting the via the self checkout after doing some window shopping with my friend I was then followed into the TOILET by a different Security who wears a Asda Cap, he said I need to let a security guard know if I am not buying anything he asked me to look in my bag of which I had shopping from another store, because I didn't have proof of purchase he told me to come with him to the security office but when we got there he started apologise after I said you don't sell these items in Asda in my opinion this Asda store has gone to the dogs I know longer feel safe going in this store alone with fear of having one of these incidents . Asda Leyton don't watch there CCTV cameras properly as customers now have to leave there personal belongings shopping trolley by the entrance of which Asda security guard said they take no responsibility for personal belongings if they are stolen. I have seen them wrestling with older people to take their trollies. This store has incredible bad customer service the staff are rude and unfriendly.

Worst customer service ever. My wife was verbaly abused by member of staff. I have reported incident to management (Sidra - customer trading manager) she said, she will contact me after a week, but she did not. I turned up to the shop myself after 2 weeks, but she was talking to me rudely, she said she does not have to give me any details about ongoing investigation - awful behaviour from management, no wonder shoping hall staff behaves like mobs.

Really best avoided. The lamb was hard and tasteless and probably the worst i've had anywhere. Not a good place for takeout.

I am a 34 year old female who was made homeless due to due suffering from sevear domestic abuse. I never ask any one for favours and I never beg for anything. Despite being homeless I also do my best to care for my community. I went into this shop a few times this week due to the menus on the front window showing meals from £1.50 up to £2.50. The first time I was turned down and told that this menue is only available before 6pm upon double checking the menu I politely accepted what the man was telling me and walked away starving hungry and disopointed but also happy that they themselves had just confirmed that if I came back on another day before 6pm i would be served this affordable meal. So the following Wednesday with only £3.50 in my account and not having eaten in days! Today I walked in between the hours of 4pm and 5pm and ordered the meal advertised on the menus on the front window that i was told I would be served if I came back before 6pm. I ordered a £2.50 3 children wings, chips, and a drink meal deal along side the £1.50 pizza clearly advertised in the window which I was told I could order before 6pm and the man at the counter proceeded to shout at me that I could only get a 7inch pizza for £10 and the 3 wings and chips with out a drink for £5, then changed it saying that it's £1 to buy 3 wings separately and £1 for small chips. When I smiled back and said ok I will buy that he laughed at me and said that it's a kids meal and I politely explained that I was broke and homeless due to domestic abuse and hadn't eaten in days due to my benefits being messed up. This is when he just started shouting at me more saying I could not buy the meal for the advertised price and that it would be £5 for 3 wings and chips with out a drink. I felt so upset but kept calm and explained to him that this was false advertising and I had a right to buy it at the advertised price. Ultimately he gave me the whole advertised meal at the advertised price but not before baring me and telling me that they do not serve tramps. I should have just bought a bag of crisps and gone hungry as now I have food poisoning from the tiny portion of stale, cold food they served me and honestly I wouldn't serve it to a child or an animal. I might be homeless but it's through no fault of my own, I have no addictions and keep very clean. Knowone deserves to be treated in this way. It doesn't matter what your income or personal situation is every one deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. Needless to say I have reported them to trading standard and food standards. I have been to hundreds of pizza hot 4 you restaurants in hundreds of different towns in Kent, London, and Leicestershire and this is by far the worst. If I could have rated this place 0 on everything I really would have. Someone needs to close them down. There's another shop just 2 stores down that are a tiny bit more expensive but have excellent service, and good food standards. I would strongly advice going there.

Ordered a few standard dishes and what turned up was appalling! Hardly any meat in the meat dishes, about 5 prawns in the sweet and sour prawns and horrible, horrible banana fritters - basically inedible! Never again!

My partner and I ordered one pizza each - for delivery. On both, about 30% of the pizza was incinerated - black burnt crust and black burnt underside. Had to scrape underside in order to make it edible. See photos. Question - how do you send out pizzas that have obviously been burnt?? Unacceptable. Pity, will have to look elsewhere for pizzas now. Obviously, we would not recommend.

Acabo de encontrar el peor servicio al cliente, mi esposa fue a pedir comida y esperó casi 40 minutos, y cada vez que pedía una actualización, se le informaba que su pedido tenía un máximo de 10 minutos.
