ASDA Cafe in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Tried to get a table no effect you have people that go in the café don't get any food or drinks but take a table up just to go on the free WiFi

I gave a 3 star for food because what okay. There was hardly any choices for the kids meals. Jacket potatoes were not available and it was 1pm on a Tuesday, so prime lunchtime. Service 1 star because the member of staff on the till was horrible. She really needs to go for training on customer service. She said she was having a bad day and clearly took it out on the customers. She was abrupt and had a face like thunder. She seemed very frustrated/angry. She wasnt great with kids either! Atmosphere 1 star, due to customer service.

Missing the 2 portions of nuggets and bottle of coke

no chicken in nuggets, didn't receive my drink, only good thing was pizza won't be getting again.

Bought a full English breakfast and it was the worst I've had. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, the food arrived. The eggs were over cooked, think they may have been microwaved. The back pudding was like rubber. The bacon and beans were cold. The only saving grace was the sausages. The cutlery was made from cheap wood, which was very unpleasant to eat with and snapped when I tried to cut the bacon. Overall very overpriced and disappointing. Won't be going back.

Pizza tuned up on its side a sloppy mess

I received what I can only describe as two undercooked pizza bases with all the toppings all on one side of the box and lid. It was a complete mess and disaster and is obvious that the courier held the boxes on their side causing the issues.

Nice pizza let down by another Just-Eat delivery guy that seemed fresh off the boat & unable to find a basic street address, which meant it arrived lukewarm & not inside a stay-warm thermal bag as he wandered around back n forth down the wrong street

I walked out because the woman serving the woman in front of me was scratching her face and her breast and then snapped at the customer because she had a loyalty card for her cup of tea. The customer was been really polite and she was elderly. Nasty behaviour

I paid for extra and did not get extra bacon was cold and too pink

Delivery driver had dropped all the food and completely ruined the meal not happy at all then when tried to ask him what happened he couldn't speak a word of English

Pizza was lovely, would prefer if could choose which 4 sides for the deal instead of getting 1 of each side

Popped in for a “Full Breakfast” during the week. I’ve no idea how the eggs are cooked,but the yolks were crumbly. The sausages have to be the most economical they can get,very poor. Beans were ok,but nothing on my plate was hot. Bacon ok. Black pud I had my doubts about . Without doubt the worst “full breakfast” I’ve ever had……and I’ve had a few😊 To eat, there were 4 dirty metal knifes in a dirty container ( which I took to the counter and asked to be washed) and wooden forks. Definately will not be returning.

I ordered a pizza, which should have been kept flat but the idiot delivery man put it in his bag side ways so all the topping had come off and the pizza was cold. Disappointed

Not up to the same standard as normal, all of the filling was in the middle and the rest of the pizza was oily.

Pizzas must have been transported upside down as all the toppings were inside the box not on top of the pizzas. Very disapointed

Better than your average pizza shop in Hull. My only issue is delivery – it was delivered once picked up quickly, but the food was still only lukewarm because the time it was cooked and ready to the time just-eat assign a delivery driver to collect it is still poor, and the delivery suffers because of this. Also, the bottled drinks are room temp – if you're gonna charge these inflated prices for drinks, then at least keep them in the fridge. All that aside the quality for price is good.

no issues. delivered FLAT and without time delay. it's not Cuisine or special but it's worth it. when it works.

Damage looked like it been dropped chips out of packaging n in main bag pizza squashed and lids push down onto pizza lids as you lifted cheese and topping come off and stuck to box

I believe order got mixed up with another order. I received pepperoni pizza, I ordered spicy chicken. And got 4 chips instead of 2 nuggets 1 fries and 1 chips. Nice food but not overly keen on pepperoni. Was too hungry after work to mess about.

When the food arrived it was as lovely as ever. But 45 minutes later with no communication or apology, that lets it down.

Horrid pizza. Heavy and soggy dough with more sauce than cheese. No way the normal standard or base.

Nuggets and onion rings all came in the same box - As an office placing an order we expected it to be separate boxes for the nuggets and onions ring. Unless specified this should not be done, Other than this all was great as usual.

Spot on as always, arrives hot 🔥 and correct always on time or 10mins early. 5*

So hit and miss this place. Pizza today was horrible. Looked and taste like they ran out of regular pizza so popped a cheap smartprice basic range one in the oven instead.

The driver turned up almost 40 minutes late, the food was cold . The driver was angry because he couldn't find the house and was very rude.

Pizza well worth order the rest chips dry and nuggets tiny bit dry but for the price still good and will get pizza next time has always nice

Very disappointed, delivery time changed 3 times, then when food actually arrived it was cold and lifeless

2 hours late. Ordered at 13 30. Expected delivery was 14.00. Waited 2 hours for them to assign a driver. Food came via TAXI rather than trusted delivery service. Food was cold upon arrival. What usually is a great service quickly turned bad due to no communication from the restaurant whatsoever. When trying to call, my calls weren't answered.

My pizza was all over the boat, literally smashed all over

The food was amazing and tasty as always however the pizza came squashed to one side of the box. Still tasted nice, just wasn’t present very well.

Ordered the food at half 3 and it didn't get deliver till gone 6 with no phone call or anything to say why it hadn't been sent out then the drive wouldn't accept that I didn't want it and he wouldn't take it back to the restaurant just wasted money on food that didn't get eaten

Wrong order have sent photographic evidence via email ridiculous that no direct phone number now have to wait 48 hrs for an email back and left with food that i didn't order.

Food was an hour and a half late and its cold !

Horrid dry food I don't think the restaurant has a clue about pizza sides or ice cream

The side portions are tiny - we got 4 onion rings and 5 chicken nuggets. The pizza is below average, you’re better off buying your own pizza or getting an actual takeaway.
