Definitely not worth the money, food tasteless, and barely warm, the noodles had a strange taste maybe to much salt or something 😒 Alot of the food was not replenished, so lots of empty trays. Try finding a plate!! I won't be going back.

This place is not worth the money at all and actually ruined an otherwise good valentines day for me and my boyfriend. The food is bad quality- half of the food is cold and dry and a lot of the main foods (noodles, rice etc) does not taste how it is supposed to, that also includes the desserts- and it is very overcrowded and almost overstimulating. Many customers have zero spatial awareness. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone for a date or even a casual dinner out.

We paid 25pounds each for lunch here at the weekend. Had a max of 1 hour and 30 mins for the table before I think they ask you to leave. We didn't stay that long so unsure. Food was OK, not always hot, typical buffet fare but a wide variety Probably wouldn't go back, too busy and noisy and food quality not great.

Overall poor experience, food was below average, service to refill dishes was very slow. Nothing stood out as decent, compared to other similar buffets it's way over priced.

Visited Aroma Buffet for a family get together celebrating a birthday. It's perfect for all tastes and styles. Such a varied menu, so much to choose from, such a big seating area - it was really enjoyable. Spoilt for choice, whether you like English, Chinese, Japanese or just cakes and desserts - & reasonably priced, considering you can eat as much as you want. The drinks were paid for separately, but they're a decent price too. Thoroughly recommend

This restaurant still has not improved since I was here a year ago the food was over cooked and tasteless the chicken wings were burnt and deep fried way too long and the same for the other fried foods once again I'm disappointed and this time I definitely won't be going back. The crispy duck was so over cooked and dry that no amount of sauce would make any difference!!! Seriously Aroma you need to step up!

The food was cold, the chicken was tough and chewy! Overall it was well overpriced for cold food! The deserts had a good range again though the items that were meant to be hot were cold. The food was cold not even a little warm - just cold!

Visited yesterday for something to eat about 14:00. Paid £38 for 2 of us and for two unlimited refill drinks. Had about 2 plates of food because the choice of variety wasn’t very great. Most of the food wasn’t filled back up by the staff, they just kept walking past It. Personally wouldn’t go back again If I’m honest, very disappointing and not worth the money at all.

Toilets are disgusting. More like a urune swimming pool. Food is average and could be warmer. Soft drinks are all very weak Overall about 4 out of 10. But the kids still loved it!

Visited for lunch on a Sat in Jan. We were seated within 2 mins of arrival. They accommodated my elderly mum in her wheelchair with no issues and directed us to the dedicated disabled toilet. There was a massive range of food, including Thai and sushi. Some of it could have been hotter, but that's more to do with other customer leaving the lids open. Empty containers were filled quickly. Everything was tasty and cooked well. The service was good, with used plates cleared quickly enough to make room but not so quickly that you felt like they were running out-which I've found at other buffet. There is also a large dessert selection. I didn't have anything, but the others did and said it was tasty. It IS a little pricy at £27 per head, incl unlimited soft drinks for and hour and a half. Which is the only reason I'm giving this 4 instead of 5.

Amazing food! A very wide selection, definitely something for everyone! Also a clean and hygienic atmosphere with constant restocks of the options so me and my friends were very happy. The price was £24pp which I thought was okay considering the options available. The food was well presented and everything looked appetising. Also the staff were friendly and quick to clean dirty plates and empty buffet options. Would recommend to anyone and definitely come back here soon!

Aroma is a fantastic restaurant with great, affordable food, together with really helpful staff. The atmosphere is relaxed and as the place is spacious; ideal for both family and party bookings alike. It is also wheelchair accessible. Would definitely recommend.

This place used to be delicious but the quality of food has really dropped and the price is almost double. Really can't recommend it anymore.

Sushi was never replenished... Sashimi never was put out. I asked 3 times and always told it was coming out. Quality of food in general for worse. £22?????? And soft drink is not included. I will not go there anymore. I rather spend £22 in a proper restaurant with quality ingredients.

Enjoyed my lunch but it's becoming a little expensive and range of dishes appears to be reducing. For example, the omelette/scrambled egg dish was not there on my recent visit. Overall the food is tasty, freshly cooked and interesting and the buffer layout is good. The toilets are always clean.

As we have been many times before we thought we would go back however unfortunately this time was poor. We didn’t to book a table but I was annoyed because the process in place didn’t make any sense to me and also it was a bit of false advertising. The refill drinks were no longer as they said they didn’t want to have a queue of people in one location but this never made sense to me and even if that was the case then you could have refilled still but the staff would need to bring it to the table for you. So you ended up paying more that £19.99 because you have to pay for the drink and normally it’s included in the price. This was also not removed from the menu either which was annoying a lot of other people as well. The reason it was silly is because there was already people queueing up to get food and the desert section had someone serving behind a counter so the queue was large. The food I found was not cooked properly and slightly undercooked on many different choices especially the rice which was also raw so not pleasant at all. It seemed like it was old and not fresh which putt me off. Overall we was disappointed.

My second time ordering from Aroma Buffet. So happy to have chanced upon them in the midst of the lockdown.Since we can't travel, they brought Japan to me in the most delicious and beautifully presented sushi boxes. The fish is so fresh and sushi on point- I can't wait for the restaurant to reopen so I can try more of their lovely food. Very reasonably priced and excellent service and communication. Highly recommended!

Para aquellos que no lo sepan, este fue un buffet abierto de autoservicio con platos frescos y exquisitos de la India. Nunca me dijeron por teléfono que no había más buffet y que se le entregaría un menú de papel donde marcaría sus platos requeridos. Pagamos 40 en la puerta para nosotros 2. No podía creer lo que veía. La comida venía en pequeños tazones diminutos que no les daría a mis gatos. La comida del mar es una receta para pasar la noche en el hospital, sin exagerar. Los fideos colgaban del cuenco. Un aspecto y un olor fríos, secos, horribles y repugnantes.carne de res con salsa de frijoles negros se cortó en una forma tan inusual, trozos gruesos fríos, muy secos, sin cocer y sin salsas, aparentemente no masticable (no sé cómo me lo puse en la boca para probar, sin extrañar tuve que escupir inmediatamente).Arroz frito con huevo sin huevos, frío, parece sobras. Igual que todo lo demás. Se quejó al gerente más ignorante que jamás haya conocido. Nos engañó diciendo que nos reembolsaría, luego dijo que no podía reembolsarnos y que teníamos que escribir una queja. Nos negamos a mudarnos sin un reembolso, por lo que llamó a seguridad para nosotros, que entendimos nuestra posición y le pidió a este gerente grosero, poco profesional y horrible que nos devolviera el dinero. Los desiertos no eran mucho mejores, ya que tomó un tiempo para que apareciera algo. A lo que nos dijeron que algunas de las cosas que pedimos estaban agotadas. Un miembro del grupo pidió un helado de chocolate que llegó con los tres sabores que ofrecían y la vainilla era una variante para diabéticos, que ninguno de nosotros había pedido.En resumen:La comida no era buena y no valía la pena el dinero, las bebidas no tenían sabor y no valía la pena el dinero extra que pagamos. La actitud de los servidores fue grosera e irrespetuosa y las pautas de Covid no se siguieron, ya que nuestro servidor no llevaba una máscara facial correctamente y las mesas estaban a dos metros entre sí.¡No volveremos ya que no valió la pena el dinero!

Vine aquí para almorzar como les había entregado una semana antes y pensé que tanto mi hija como yo lo disfrutaríamos, ya que reclamaba una gran selección de alimentos. Looking for somewhere to eat on valentines afternoon,as Wetherspoons was full aroma buffet was directly opposite so thought why not. As it was Valentine's the normal price did not apply but was it worth the extra? Simple answer no. yes it's an all you can eat buffet & yes there is lots of choice but if it's popular it's snapped up and the rest sits cooling down. Very little of what I ate was hot,sadly how I wished Wetherspoons had been less busy.

Average, nothing to rave about, plenty of fried items but were oily, sucked the real taste out, chicken based items aplenty too, not much seafood items, food hygiene much to be desired and of coz the price is somewhat procey, service managers were caught eating in a couple of occasion alongside the chefs inside the kitchen, much to improve on, will mever come back for safety resaons!!!

Big open style restaurant, comfortable seating, quick and efficient self-service. Well-stocked buffet, great curries and rendang, and roast duck or mutton dishes. Excellent food quality for an unlimited buffet, not bad at all and freshly stocked. Very superior to the quality in others. It's £19 in all-you-eat restaurant, so a top-rate offer.

This place used to serve food that was tasty and full of variety, that was about 2 years ago. Today I came in having worked up a appetite but left hungry as I arrived, unable to eat more than a few mouthfuls. The variety and cooking skill has completely gone. The ice cream machine is gone and you now get to scoop from cheap glutinous-tasting ice cream tubs. There were no Thai options so I couldn't get my favourite green curry. Even sweet and sour chicken was watered-down and insipid. How do you mess up sweet and sour chicken? On that note, almost every dish is now chicken based. The duck and pancake with hoi sin sauce is still advertised as such except the duck was substituted with a greasy pile of 'shredded chicken' unappetising to say the least. The spit roast chicken (chicken again) disintegrated into a dry powder in my mouth. All the fried foods had the same stale grease taste and smell, I no longer could tell one from the other. The only thing vaguely tasty was the Singapore noodles. Not worth your money, place has gone completely downhill. Disgusting trash.

I love this place ...I usually come once a month for a treat. I went on the 18 December lunch time. But when I got there the price was £14 for lunch buffette. When I asked why! The manager said to me because it was Christmas....I was comepletly disgusted with this and left..lunch price is lunch price..dinner is dinner fare enough. But try to take advantage of customers long term customers unjustifiable advantage of customers is clearly questionable...and will lose you loyal customers and business..leave the gimmicks out ...

The sushi is ever more assured, with half plant-rich options (I’m not bothered for vegan-ning just omnivore tasty), squeezy squiggles of mayo, yakitori sauce, the rolling up is precise, enviable.The nasi goreng is all whizz-bang, if you love your shrimpy not wimpy juicy jollof, paella, jambalaya styled spicy rice, this is so for you. The full gamut of plants can be added from the array to your left or even go fresh and raw with the Japanese/Korean rotating kimchee, giner pickle seaweed or edamame salads next to the sushi parade.The chicken curry is full bodied with good spices and braised thigh meat, and there is a wonderful absence of default tomato. The peking pancakes are great skinny chapatti for mopping up the gravy.The Tom Yum soup is fantastic for thawing you out, this does have fresh tomato, onion and sliced mushrooms, it is chili-hot on a scale with South Indian Rasam, it is a lovely soup base for the turmeric golden rice vermicelli you will find next to the rice and fat noodles. There are black olives and feta cheese for styling your new-baked pizza in the iced euro salad bar opposite the cakes and booze free jelly shots.If you consider chicken nuggets too dinky, I recommend what is called the “Lemon chicken”. The lemon sauce is separate, the chicken fillets are very chunky, double-sized and juicy ( be alert to catch them fresh outta Compton ( no, sorry, just the kitchen). The batter is smooth and puffy, so you can drench with any sauce of your choice from whatever is cooked and served out.

My partner and I went here for lunch think it came up to £22-£23 for both of us including drinks. Decent selection just need for the food to be warmer. Deserts was good too.

Poor experience all round. Unlike the other Aroma buffet restaurant I’ve been to, this one in Shepherds Bush has a highly restricted menu at lunch (conveniently not mentioned on the website). There are only a few seafood options (fish and chips, mussels in sweet chilli sauce, frozen squid rings, prawn omelette), and most importantly there is NO TEPPANYAKI – no fresh cooked food. If it’s not particularly busy, many of the options go cold long before they’re replaced – it’s very much a mediocre Chinese fast food buffet, complete with the out-of-place jalapeno pizza and curly fries. From the conversations around us between other customers and staff, I kept overhearing the same phrase – “no, only at dinner service”. And on that note, the service isn’t much better than the food – the FOH staff are not very welcoming, and entering feels remarkably going through airport security. Once seated, the waiting staff hovered over our table and continually went to take our plates away the moment one of us put down our cutlery for a second despite still having food.Such a shame - I have great memories of Aroma as a child and have been a long-time customer for nearly 15 years, but this first visit to the Shepherds Bush location was very substandard and we left disappointed.

This was the first time visiting this restaurant since I saw it was suggested by Google. Overall, the food was good, with many options from different cuisines. The service was good. Good atmosphere too. There was also a good amount of space between the aisles, so it wasn't too crowded.

On 27th of October was my birthday so we decided to have a family lunch , enjoying all lovely food and atmosphere in this restaurant. Suddenly I’ve noticed a dead cockroaches just right on the plate :( who knows how many dead cockroaches i’ve eaten so far as this was the 5th time when we visited this restaurant. When i told the staff about this she just threw it away and placed the plated back on the table. So disappointed definitely won’t go again so through this review just want to worn people about this unhygienic issue and go to another place where hygienically practice are well managed

For 18 pounds you have a wide choice of food. However, but fresh grilled plates, food is not fresh, quality is very low from the mean course to the desserts. Tried twice and both ended up very disappointed I wont go back

Whilst meals were nice and tasty, the price seems to keep rising not sure whether always worth it, but saying that about 80% of tables were full around 15:00 on a saturday. i liked the sea food dishes and the range of deserts. even though over 50 i enjoyed the candy floss and slush ice drinks. i will return though at that price every 6 months rather than 2 to 3 months. Took ages to clear away dishes. Restuarant nice and clean

Our family have been dining at Aroma for several years now, but slowly, the quality of food has deteriorated, and yesterday was appalling. Definitely not worth the £20 per head cost. The starters were dry, and everything is in smaller portions. The mussels were curled up, so obviously not completely fresh, and the food was not being topped up as fast as it should have been. The duck ran out, as did the crab claws. I noticed that the venue was not as busy as it used to be on a Sunday - perhaps the £20 charge is too excessive for the quality of food now available. I am not sure that we will be attending again, which is a shame, as we have been patrons for several years. :(

Fuimos para una comida de celebración de cumpleaños como grupo en Aroma. En primer lugar, no me di cuenta hasta más tarde, que el cajero / recepcionista me había dado un cambio incompleto. El personal simplemente continuó con su trabajo, sin una disposición agradable. La variedad de comida era bastante decente y se reponía regularmente. Me decepcionó que no pudieran (o la mayoría no lo harían) usar la máquina de algodón de azúcar en funcionamiento, por lo que podríamos tener un poco de algodón de azúcar. No creo que puedan molestarse en ese momento. Es un lugar decente para comer si estás en la zona.

Un gran buffet con muchos artículos diferentes para elegir. Pero todo muy normal, carente de mucho sabor y la mayoría de mis platos de anfitrión eran cálidos en el mejor de los casos. Muy decepcionante. La sopa estaba caliente, el pollo con salsa de frijoles negros estaba caliente. Nada más. Calentar. Aún más cerca del frío para los rollitos de primavera. Se ofrecen varios platos de verduras, pero todos carecen de mucho sabor. No se molestará en volver nunca.

If you whant to take out sweets out side you haft to pay £5 which is not good in in the other aroma whene you have sweet you can take it out side and you don't have to pay.

Me encanta un buen buffet, ¡y estoy tan contento de haber encontrado Aroma! Me sorprendió constantemente la excelente calidad de toda la comida. El primer lugar de buffet que he estado con pato real para panqueques de pato e incluso sashimi y una gran variedad de sushi (mi favorito). Los postres son increíbles con algodón de azúcar, hielo hawaiano y panecillos de hielo. Bendice a la mujer que tuvo que ocuparse de las tres estaciones, le dije lo increíble que estaba haciendo después de que viniera a buscar mi tercera porción de algodón de azúcar. Realmente excelente comida, pero lo único que amortiguó un poco la experiencia fue la recepcionista. Ella insistió en que no había espacio para 7 de nosotros y se negó a mirar, el gerente (creo) estaba realmente confundido y fue a buscar y dijo que había mucho espacio, ¡lo que había! No puedo imaginar cuánto negocio está rechazando por ser desagradable y no hacer su trabajo correctamente. No obstante, lo recomendaría absolutamente por la calidad y variedad de la comida. A un precio muy razonable también para un buen buffet.

Good food! Plenty of choice including dessert (ice-cream, chocolate fountain, candy), great location, just opposite the underground! Will visit again.

the restaurant is very well done. looks lovely. you pay on arrival. and bottomless drink is about 2.50. have a wide variety of food. seaofood,curry,noodles,chicken,soups etc you name it. was very impressed and i would go back again. service was lovely and polite.

Sushi, aromatic duck, fried chicken, beef rendang, chicken satay...all of your guilty Asian pleasures for £20. Everything you could dream for when you crave Chinese food. Warning make sure you go with an empty stomach.

Didn't book this myself, went with a big group who had told me it was a Chinese buffet.That doesn't really do justice to the breadth of choice. As well as Chinese food there were sections of Indian, Thai, Sushi, and any number of other things - even large trays of chicken nuggets and onion rings. We paid on the way in and set to.I tried the sweet and sour chicken (about average takeaway standard) and the Indian lamb curry (a little better), as well as a selection of crab claws and other fishy things (which were OK, but I've had better). You don't eat here for gourmet food - it was acceptable though.Some other posters have mentioned poor hygiene, bit it seemed fine to me. A brave member of the party ate four plates of shellfish (from a buffet!) and was fine. As always, any problem with buffet hygiene is probably from the other diners.There isn't really any service to speak of, though a friendly lady came and took away dirty plates occasionally. Value for money depends on your appetite. I only managed three plates, so I'm not sure I really got the benefit - but apparently some of our group made up for it.

I went for lunch. Paid £10.99 per person which is pretty decent. They sat us by the window which was nice. The food was okay for a buffet. I’ve been to this buffet so many times, the last time being in 2015. They have improved the decor inside which is so much better. It adds to your experience. It was nice seeing some new additions such as the sushi. I don’t understand why there was Pizza when it’s an oriental restaurant......Food was delicious. The only downsides are:• some of the staff looked bored. •the bar for drinks is limited and is so far away from the seating area •the desserts section was disappointing. Jelly shots and cake slices and fruit (canned peaches). There was ice cream though. Once I went for lunch and they had sweets, chocolate fountains and strawberries and a lot of candy.

Went for a weekend lunch at 14.99 + drinks. You pay first before being ushered to your allocated seat.It has a great selection of Indian, Chinese and British food with a few vegetarian options. Flavour of food was spot on apart from the fried food which I think has a bit too much salt in it. Food was warm when I was there, but the staff took their time to replace empty trays, some of them haven't even been replaced. They also have sushi and fresh fish selection as well as teppanyaki wherein they grill the food for you while you wait. The Beef made to grill is a bit fatty though although that could have just been a one off thing. Good selection of desserts but only had melon for fresh fruit. The rest of the fruit selection are all from tins. I can see they also have improved their seats and decor, looked a bit modernised from what it used to look before. All in all a good service and won't mind coming back.

The hygiene here has too much to be desired, sticky tongs every where. Food lukewarm and not topped up regularly so dry and congealed. Frosty welcome from cashier more a transaction than an experience. Once is fine but wouldn't repeat

Where to begin?! There’s was a lot wrong with this restaurant but I don’t think your main concern should be the false advertising stating that’s it is a Chinese buffet when it’s more less specialising in good quality Chinese food and more less than average all types of food, like pizza, roast dinner, Indian etc. I don’t even think that your main reason for not visiting this place should be that it is well over priced, or that everything was stone cold, or even that the food was bland, (I could cook better Chinese food that what I was offered). It shouldn’t even be that not of the food was fresh, it was dry and crusty like it had been sitting there for hours with no refresh! The main thing that you should be concerned about is the dreadful poor hygiene. My boyfriend complained to the manger about the cold food and he preceded to lift a spoonful of rice out of the container and touch it with his bare hands to feel the temperature. After deciding it was warm he then just tossed it back in to the container for other customer to come along and continue to eat. To make matters worse after we left we saw the same manager outside the restaurant having a cigarette, the thought of his hands in the food that we were just eating made me feel sick! Absolutely dreadful!I have no problem paying for good quality food and I always reward good service because I like my food and I appreciate those that grant me that pleasure but you couldn’t pay ME to go back here and I would advise anyone reading this review to stay well clear as well or end up regretting your choice and the money you waste.

They have refurbished it since the last time I visited it, but when I saw 19 pounds per person I almost turned around. I actually did, but because it was late I decided to give it a go thinking that the food might have improved dramatically.The place is bigger now, and you have the choice of getting refill unlimited soft drinks at the entrance. In terms of food, there has not been much improvement since my last visit, so I found the experience very expensive. It is true that the place is clean, food is ok and the range of dishes is big, but I still think that paying that price for THAT buffet is very expensive.

Typical Chinese buffet, food is so-so. They have a ton of options. A lot of seafood, which may make the price more justifiable if you eat that stuff, I don't. Nothing wowed me, not even dessert wise. They come by and clear plates but they will NOT bring you drinks, those you have to go to the bar to get, even for water. I was nervous to try a bunch of new things because they have placemats that say they will charge you $ if you leave too much uneaten on your plates. This irritated me and discouraged me from trying things, which was probably the point. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was semi-friendly, not rude. Food seemed to be replaced regularly.

we went there for my douther birthday. but it's absolutely restless food. im not going again. .plus car parking is very hard to find it's not worthy at all..

Overall great value for money, great food and a selective choice too.I really like how quickly the mess on the tables is cleared up, as soon as your done it’s pretty much gone and spacious which makes your eating more enjoyable.It’s definitely a place to go if you haven’t tried already.

It had been several years since I last visited the Aroma. At that time I was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety available. This was still apparent, although quality of the food had gone down somewhat and the price increased to £17.99 (Mon- Fri dinners). All drinks are extra. For full details of their various price structure and menu available please go to their web site.They still have one of the best ranges of dishes available, BUT, I found that most of the food was deep fried, and often the inside was very small of the designated food! That being said, I am very picky eater and was delighted and enjoyed the Sashimi which I found to be of excellent quality. So I had a good helping of Sashimi, followed by a good soup and then some chicken and roast Duck. These later two items by 8 PM were both empty and a request made to a Manager to refill, this was promptly done. That being said a lot of other dishes were also empty and should have been checked out more frequently by a staff member. To find empty dishes three hours before closing indicates poor management!Although desserts available were plentiful, I found the tiny dishes of assorted cream cakes not really good; thank heavens for some reasonably good fruit, and ice cream.Overall, it is quite a pleasant place to visit and with the very wide arrangement of foods, including a large selection of curries, you will be able to find sufficient food to your liking to make a visit worth while.

Came for a birthday as easy choice. Some of the food could do with being topped up and checked more often but friendly enough staff if you ask.

Went here because the website looked really good and they had plenty of great reviews, was dissapointed that I had been reading the evening menu and didn't realise til we got there.The receptionist, and all staff were really nice and friendly so cant fault them for that,food was ok and looked like bulk frozen items mostly on offer..it wasn't hot only luke warm which is not ideal but its a buffet I guess,next day after we had visited I became I'll and suffered with gastroenteritis..still in bed now feeling ill! The only thing it could have been was the lemon chicken as my girlfriend ate the same besides that..feel bad as staff were nice but it's the grim reality of it.

I have been to Aroma many times before, to be honest the food has slightly gone down in quality. Some items deep fried within an inch of it's life, some dishes were lukewarm and had to be reheated in the microwave which the staff were happy to do. The unlimited drinks which cost £2.50 on top of your food bill, it would be better if it was included within the price of the buffet. Loved the deserts, for me the best deserts I've had in a buffet restaurant.

Food was excellent, really good variety. Reasonably priced, even the drinks are Can't wait to return

Friends took me for lunch yesterday. When I looked at the website the buffet looked ideal. Reality was different. Just about everything was deep fried to the point where the filling was indistuinguishable. I made do with a plate of beef and noodles which was just edible. No way I'll be back.

I visited with my family, been a few times. There is a good selection of dishes, my kids loved the ice cream being made infront of them. They very much enjoyed the dessert area, couldnt get them away.

I just left there and called the police . So, I’ve paid for my lunch, they gave two tickets, showed me the table and I left over the table the voucher . Went to buffet and two minutes later all I left at table was gone !!! Called a waitress, explained once , twice, three, four times to four different staff members and nothing... they pointed me to the manager explained to him .... and he said YOU SHOULDNT LEAVE NOTHING AT THE TABLE ! Arghhhhh !! So, unasked if he could check the CCTV to see it and answer was that he didn’t know how to check ( which is illegal ). Called the police, did a crime report and I am waiting for the outcome ... please, HMRC, be aware because they are also refusing the VAT RECEIPT ! I asked for one and they didn’t give one . After that went to the shopping management , spoke to Nadim and he would investigate.... one hour later Sev ( I guess ) from the shopping management said they are powerless to ask for any responsibility regarding the tenants ( his words were they have no power ). Very strange .

Fairly good selection of food, lacking seafood & prawns regularly run out. Quite a selection of desserts, sweets & ice cream but these were all very budget. Quite expensive all day rate at the weekend £18.99 should be slightly cheaper at lunch time as you’re not getting anything different. Worth it during the week at lunch time £10.99, make sure you’re hungry.

Where to start....We were charged £17.99 per person when the price was clearly advertised on entry as £16.99 (Photo attached).Queried this on exit with the cashier and was told the price was inceased by £1 And the posters should have been updated. Sorry but not sorry that's not my problem. Legally they should charge what they are advertising.Asked to speak to the manager and this is where the fun begins. He explained the same thing, so we explained again that its advertised incorrectly and we should be reimbursed the amount they overcharged our group.Very reluctantly he agreed after trying to stop me taking a picture of the outdated poster/A4 page they have at entry.After agreeing to reimburse us, he then added that we wouldn't be welcome back!!!The food was of such a low quality there is little chance any of our group would ever return back anyway. However this infuruated the group and we challenged the quite frankly rude comment the manager had just made.He backtracked immediately after realising he was completely out of order and reluctantly apologised and said it came out wrong (Complete nonsense).All the previous negative reviews of the manager are correct as he has zero customer service skills!!!Onto the food. I would usually have a plate of starters and then a plate or 2 for mains and then a bit of desert. Starters:Chicken wings and yakitori were inedible.Tom yum soup was poor. Spring rolls were ok, had to settle with them and some chips!I had a couple of bites of each and left the rest as the food was of such a poor quality.Mains:The only decent thing was the rice which says alot about the rest. Again just really poor quality and lacking any punch to the flavours. 1 plate of oriental food left mostly untouched. Tried the Indian Currys and found them to obtain way too much salt, again inedible.Deserts:Cheap flavourless cakes and jelly shots.Plates are tiny at this place too. All side plates. No full size plates.All in all I would highly reccomend you don't waste your money at this establishment. There are plenty of other Chinese restaurants or buffets that are better value for money serving better quality food. (Taipan in Uxbridge being one)If I could score zero or even negative stars I would!!Hope this review helps!

Estuvimos con los primeros clientes a la hora del almuerzo. Podría sentarse en cualquier lugar así que se sentó con vistas a la concurrida calle principal. Noté que la cuchara estaba muy sucia, así que la cambió con una cuchara cercana que estaba vacía. El personal fue demasiado rápido para tomar nuestros platos cuando aún no habían terminado, ¡y algunos de ellos discutieron entre sí en su propio idioma también en voz muy alta! Mi esposa disfrutó de los diversos platos que eligió, pero descubrí que no había suficientes platos decentes de curry y arroz y, aparte de la tostada de gambas al sésamo, ¡todo sabía muy insípido!Tenía una Cobra de barril para empezar, mientras que mi esposa podía tomar refrescos ilimitados (Pepsi, limonada o simplemente agua).¡Fuimos a tener otro Cobra de barril y el desinteresado barman se lavó todos los grifos de cerveza, así que la elección fue una Cobra de medio litro de botella que era más cara! Más tarde, decidieron que era la decisión de los gerentes de lavar las tuberías para que pudieran vender cervezas más caras por menos volumen, ¡una vez que las personas probaron el Cobra! ! !En general, no estoy impresionado con este restaurante buffet chino (¡ha sido peor, pero podría haber sido mejor)!

This was once my favourite eatery in Shepherd's Bush but after last week I won't be in any hurry to return. The price is now £18.00 per person so it's no longer the great deal it once was. My main quibble is over the owner's determination to charge people for a drink. The last time I visited unlimited soft drinks were included, this time trying to even get a glass of tap water was a struggle, [ soft drinks are now an extra £2.50 ]. The counter where you could enjoy watching a chef cook meat or fish of your choice is now reduced to a stern order that only one item may be proffered. All in all there are plenty of places in Shepherd's Bush more enjoyable and better value than Aroma.

It's an oriental Asian restaurant with lots dishes served on the buffet the quality is good and very reasonable

An all you can eat Chinese style buffet. Masses of choice really covering most South East Asian cuisine and not just Chinese. Looked to have an impressive dessert bar as well - but we were too full by then!The food I had was well cooked and plentiful.

Comida variada para ser un bufet y por 18 libras mas 2 libras de bebida ilimitada sin alcohol.Fuimos varios dias y nos gusto mucho.
