We received leaflets for this restaurant a few times but never ordered until now. Ordered today. On deliveroo. It was delivered in less time than quoted. Green thai curry eggfried rice pad Thai banana fritter and duck. Absolutely mouthwatering. Highly recommend. Great portions. .

Overall experience was okay.... The food was good, decent portions and hot. Disappointed they only had 2 choices for dessert and was surprised they do not stock Ginger Ale. The lady that serviced us was pleasant but she seriously lacked enthusiasm, if she moved any slower she would be going backwards. We waited ages for our drinks which eventually arrived with our starters. When we asked for the bill she put the bill in my hand as oppose to placing on a plate on the table. It's clear the level of service in the restaurant needs to be improved...not sure I would eat in the restaurant again but would order takeaway as the food was nice.

Spotted some really good reviews on deliveroo for this restaurant so thought I'd give it a go as I don't normally stray from my usual eateries, quickly regretted it when I found a long blonde hair wrapped in my food. Needless to say this is the first and last time for me, shame I was really hoping for a good experience.

Ordered online for 3 dishes that cost £28 with crackers….delivery arrived with no crackers, I called to be asked “could we refund the crackers” NO we want crackers send the driver back….40 mins later crackers arrived but food was now cold and no microwave at home 🙄 Thai green curry was ok, rice was ok, pad Thai was awful 😞 the chicken that they use is not great, very dry and chewy!! What a shame 👋🏻

What a lovely little place! Went with two friends and called on our way to see if their kitchen would be open as we were looking to eat quite late, they’re open till 11 so it ended up perfect. The lady who served us was so warm and welcoming, she was also very accommodating of our indecisiveness with the menu. The food was delicious, came out piping hot, tasted fresh and flavourful and the portions were a good size too. We will definitely be coming back again!

Having ordered a takeaway for a second time on 4th Feb, I can only say that this is the worst customer service (as mentioned in other reviews) that I’ve ever experienced! In summary, I called via phone to place an order for delivery, only to be told that I had to order online and before I could respond - down goes the phone…. As I’d enjoyed the food previously and really wanted to eat Thai food, I ordered with the expectation that my delivery would take an hour. I then had to call twice when an hour and 20 minutes passed by, as they kept saying the driver was en-route, first 5/6 mins and then 3 mins. Worst still - my partner who is a diabetic was becoming unwell due to his sugar levels, so I cancelled the order and demanded a refund. This was after being told that the driver thought it was my neighbour who ordered (simply not reading the order properly) and that they would cook another meal for us. Then I rushed out to buy an alternative take-away to avoid further delays, only to find that my so-called neighbour was accepting our food (the driver asked if the ‘food was for them at door no xx’ which is basically theft and shocking they would do that. I shouted at the driver as to why he was giving our food to them, when we had called about the delay. He then wanted to give me the food when clearly it’s against Health & Safety law. Of course I declined and said take the food back. The best bit is that he swore at me, gets back in the car and speeds off. Though the restaurant responded to my email very quickly, as yet - no accountability has been taken, stating that ‘ we don’t have control of the drivers behaviour once they leave the shop ,only responsibility they have to drop the food’????????? As we speak, I’m waiting to see if they will acknowledge the lack of being able to meet customer expectations. Advice - do not give Anna’s Thai your custom!

Lady who picked up the phone today was very rude. She put the phone down as I was taking an order so I called back. She seemed not bothered or interested in the fact I was placing an order and put the phone down as I was speaking. Food came and was very average, and the food also came late. Awful service, awful staff.

We took my two god-daughters here for their 18th birthdays and there were nine diners. Unfortunately we had a late start as some diners were having problems with commuting. Yes, I agree with other reviewers that there were no other diners in the restaurant when we visited but there wasn't a problem with us waiting a while. When everyone was seated we placed our orders and most of had different orders. Everyone really enjoyed our starters so much so that a couple of us had starters again for our main meal as it was so enjoyable. At the end of the meal, the restaurant was happy for us to bring out a cake and celebrate with the young ladies. They provided us with whatever we needed and we appreciated them very much. I can honesty say that having read some of the reviews I was a little bit hesitant going there for such a special occasion, but we all left having enjoyed the whole experience. My suggestion to anyone reading reviews is to try the restaurant for themselves, we all have different opinions and tastes.. We dined at this restaurant and will definitely be returning as we enjoyed the meal, service and whole experience. Thank you Anna's Thai.

I took my family to Annas Thai to celebrate my sons birthday, and what a let down. The food was tasteless, the service was bad. The dishes came out one by one The seafood and chicken dishes had more vegetables than meat You can tell the chef is definatley not Thai A total waste of money

I ordered a takeaway from Anna's by Deliveroo. I regularly use Deliveroo. I love food and I usually would not leave a review if a restaurant is terrible so as not to damage the business of someone else. However, I am making an exception. Anna's after 2 hours 30 mins did not deliver the food I ordered, and did not refund me. To avoid leaving them a zero out of five rating, I took a £10 uber ride to speak to the restaurant manager and explain what my experience had been. The manager didn't apologise, blamed Deliveroo, did order to cook my order and give it to me. He also spoke in a rude and condescending manager. Anna's Thai restaurant is by far the worst restaurant I have come across anywhere in the UK. It doesn't deserve one star. It is badly run and I don't know why they exist.

I have requested a take away, Tasteless Spicy Thai Noodles (Pad Kee Mao) Prawns and missing basil leaves, the menu said it was coming with basil but nothing. Avoid it.

Ordered a pad Thai and chicken satay from Deliveroo. Extremely bland in taste. Minimal meat, I had to add my own sweet soy in an attempt to inject some flavour into the dish. The satay sauce was nice but the chicken was comparable to the thinly sliced chicken that you make find in the Iceland frozen section. The meal, with the delivery fee was just under £20. A ridiculous price for the taste. Do not recommend at all.

We ordered takeaway and the noodles were undercooked and nothing to shout about. Worst thing is we all got food poisoning the next day! The meals were prepared like they couldn't be bothered and that's how they tasted. Half hearted. I won't be going back.
