We've only recently moved up from the South to Wigan and thus far, this place seems to serve the best kebabs in comparison to all then other kebab places we've ordered from. Fresh salad and real chilli sauce. Defo will be ordering from these folks again

Best chicken kebab I’ve had in a very long time. Fresh, lots of salad and really nice garlic sauce. My partner had a double cheeseburger and also loved his food. Would recommend!

I have done delivery twice with my family this week. Both times everyone was overly pleased. Everyone said the food was great. And the delivery was fast considering the amount of food. We didn’t have any messed up orders. Cool prices. Below is a photo of the lamb doner and chips:

When the food was delivered tge kebabs were swimming in fat and liquid and the pitta bread was hidden underneath .when I took it out ut was just soggy and fell apart. I rang to tell them and he didn't care told me it was just me .I will never get food from torre again

ordered at 7:05pm. food came at 9pm! food came cold and didn't have the best taste to it. you fave thought that after it raking 2 hours it would at least be hot. cost nearly £37 for a kebab, a 9" pizza, a small tub of ezme, 2 tiny pieces of baklava and 2 cans of Dr pepper. very over priced for what you get.

They forgot to send my cacik and there was no sauce or salad with the kebab. I'm sure it was just a one off as I've been here before and it has been always been up to par. Meat and rice was really good as usual

THE…..BEST…..takeaway food we have had in years!!! As I was sat there stuffing my face, my wife turned to me and said exactly the same. Even though I was stuffed I could of kept eating more lol 😜

Soo dry plain rice no juice off the meat and the bread was that hard I could stand it up never again

Been using this takeaway for over a year now but the last time we ordered the order was placed but we got “left overs” instead of a 12” pizza we got two 9” that we did not order also the kebab we ordered came totally wrong when we rang to ask why the owner said we had ordered to late and that is all that was left question is why did they take the order in the first place? But to get £40 worth of food you did not ask for is unbelievable we won’t be using this take away again instead we will order from Ella Wigan lane and collect food we actually ordered but there is no excuse for the takeaway to be rude once you have made them aware of your complaint excellent food not very good customer service order at your peril

Excellent food and quality but second time now come home with it (collection) and no bread as stipulated on the description. Very disappointing.

Food 20mins late and freezing cold

Food usually very good...BUT... These guys have serious delivery problems. Regularly very late. Tonight was over 30 mins late, and when I called to check he lied and said it would be 5-10 mins max Ans was almost there. It was another 20, which ended up being over 30 mins over the max time stated when I ordered. And to cap it all if the food was all cold. Rubbish.

Honestly don’t know if annoyed or amused. Salad and kebab good. Rice was a bit soggy and weird. The real kicker though was that I ordered hummus. I did get this however in the form of a tub from Lidl. To be fair I got what I ordered albeit was expecting to be made fresh. Lolz.

I have ordered a platter for 2 people, the meal arrived very late, when I opened the dish, all my meat was carbonised, it looks like they have forgotten to remove from the grill. I used to order often but today it is the last time i will buy food here. Spent £33 for a platter with cheap meat with no taste except burnt one, i added a sauce with yoghurt cucumber and mint which no taste and has been charged £2.90. Guys if you want to spend your money and have great turkish food, this is the wrong address!!!

Ordered a platter tonight, extremely disappointed we paid £37 pounds for a tray of burnt meat and rice. I ended up eating salad and pitta bread. We ordered some yogurt and cucumber dip for an extra £2.70 was tasteless should have garlic and lemon juice it was basically a dollop of yogurt with bits of cucumber in it. I really don't know how it's got 4.7 on reviews because it's wasn't remotely enjoyable. It was basically a tray of rice and burnt meat, garlic mayo has never seen a clove of garlic. Chilli sauce was probably the best thing we had on the platter. Chicken wings literally just plain wings cremated on the charcoal. Took ages to arrive and most of it has gone in a green bag to go in my green bin. What a waste of money

Second time ordering from Anatolia and both times were excellent. Not too greasy, chicken and doner meat was well cooked and seasoned.

Used to be good. Wouldn't bother now though. Try tims la mama or ella, portions are smaller but food is much better

So we tried this place earlier in the week and had a platter which was really good, we then ordered again last night with some side dishes, Turkish sausage and calamari for the price of aroun £5 there was 4 small slices of sausage and calamari was cold soggy and again very poor value for money. 2nd time round ordering from here has really put us off.

Very nice chicken doner, so far the best in wigan for me. I just didnt like the hummus a bit too sour. But over then that excellent. Will order again.

Was super impressed with how quickly the food was delivered, don't think I've ever received food as prompt from a takeaway before. Food was delicious, one of the better doner kebabs I've had before, cooked very well, and portion sizes were fantastic, especially for the price. Will be ordering again, and soon!

No Naan bread no cry! As Bob Marley once sang! How can you deliver a £13 kebab with no bread? ☹️ Meat is really nice from here, well cooked and good quality. Rice tastes lovely and the salad box is fresh. Can you decide which chilli sauce we get please? Is it the cheap sugar tasting bottle job that I got this week or the lovely home made one that I got the week before? It really is important, seems such a shame to be selling lovely meat with a rubbish bottled chilli sauce, your home made one is so much better, and I expect that for £13. The sauce we dip the meat into is as important as the meat itself. This place would be awesome with this consistency. 4 star going on 5 🙏

The lamb was good the Donna dry like it had been cooked after being cut off the rotisserie. There was a load of rice and not much eat at all.

Was the best kebab House in Wigan, by far. However, they have now ruined the best meal on their menu, the Anatolia Special. No longer special. They have removed the rice and naan bread from this meal and replaced it with chips. In addition, they have also raised its price. What a shame. Will not order from here again due to this.

First time we've ordered...meat was grisly and barely warm, pizza all ingredients on it were uncooked, very disappointing, chased up order and was told they had lots of orders, quality not quantity.....

Food was amazing. Only bad thing- I had warned the restaurant about a road closure but they failed to pass on the message to the driver which made the delivery a little late.
