Amigos Peri Peri in Ealing

Ordered from here 3 times. Twice through Deliveroo. Burgers are great and full of flavour. Their garlic sauce is lush! Ordered the large pot on one occasion. Unfortunately my burger was missing on our second time ordering so I only had sweet potato fries for dinner and we put in a complaint to Deliveroo but to no avail. Third time visiting the actual branch, a staff member noticed my partners NHS card and gave us a very generous 50% off, which left our bill for two extremely cheap for the quality and quantity of food we received. Everything was fresh, hot and full of flavour. Thank you for such generosity

SO BAD, We ordered food for my whole family and they gave us the wrong drinks and we ordered 4 burgers and one wrap and they forgot one burger, My sister was calling them on the phone and they thought we were lying and we said we have to pay for another delivery including service charge and delivery charge, dont order from this place! their service is so bad

The burgers reminded me strongly of those from burger king. At the end of the day it’s decent food/ good burgers but nothing special. The meat and fries were of good quality but I didn’t like the bun.

Came in late last night after a long trip, decent chicken burger and wrap all with chips when you're hungry and unfussed. Professional staff.

I used to come here so often back when it first opened, but as more and more Halal burger places opened up, I neglected this place for a long, long time. Decided to give it a go again, and even though I had a take away, I really enjoyed my meal. The burger was huge and tasty, the perfect amount of bbq and mustard sauces inside. The chips were tasty and the chilli and garlic sauces provided were the perfect condiments to dip our chips into. Would be better if they had a phone collection service to be able to call ahead for orders, as it is quite a wait before your food gets ready. But I guess with them being pretty busy most of the time, they can probably do without that hassle. Worth the wait regardless..

A staple of Acton for a while now, the food is amazing - genuinely one of the best burger places I've ever been to. Only thing I can say is hopefully they'll open up more branches, as this one is always very busy.

estado aquí tantas veces que he perdido la cuenta, pero cada vez no deja de impresionarme las hamburguesas 10/10 atención al cliente 10/10 pero lamentablemente la decoración no lo hace para mí necesitan un cambio de decoración serio y necesitan hacer más asientos solo para hacer que el lugar sea un poco más acogedor, siempre está muy ocupado cuando me he ido, pero siempre parezco esperar a una mesa, ya que no puedes comer allí cuando se ha enfriado simplemente no sabe lo mismo que cuando comes caliente.muy recomendable.

No frills, but a very very good burger. The restaurant gets VERY busy, particularly with men so whilst i've been 3 times i've had to sit and eat in my car as it gets very crammed.

Delicious, unique, economic! Just missing sweet potato fries! It is a great place to chill with friends and a place to repeat!

Have been a regular never offered a loyalty card until I saw a customer in front of me having his card stamped, I asked for one and I have started to used it, when all the stamps are filled tried to use it they didn't accept it and said they are not accepting AT THE MOMENT! If you provide a service to your customer you ought to fulfil it! They didn't. It's not about the meal that I would get with the loyalty card, it's about the service.

We go to amigos as a special treat. The food is yummy fresh the only downside is the wait time as its ALWAYS busy which is obviously good for them. Thier sauces especially garlic is absoloutely superb.

Me and my family love there burgers, when we want to eat burgers, Amigos in Acton is the one we go for. They have another branch in shepherd bush, but the taste of the burger there is totally nothing like the one in Acton. I always take my friends from abroad to have a bit in Acton place and they all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ it.Ohhh by the way there garlic saus is soo soo good. Plus there Oreo milkshakes is great. It's always busy and packed and the waiting time is long, no regrets on the burgers!!

I go fairly frequently. The waiting time has increased a lot in the last 6 months - last week I had to wait over 40 minutes for a burger. They also recently introduced a 50p card processing fee without any communication to customers. Horrible service but ok food, will probably be looking somewhere else for peri peri from now on.

The burgers here really are the best i've had in London. There has been a large spate of halal burger joints opening in London recently but sadly most of them are pretty average. I've been here twice now and both times the burgers were great. The restaurant itself isn't great for eating in...its very small and chaotic and the service could be improved....but the food is worth the trek (for me ). Would definitely go again when I'm in the area next.

Amazing burgers! I usually never get sauce on my burger and its quite challenging for these burger spots to impress somebody with a burger with no sauce as it can turn out quite dry if the meat is not cooked to perfection. But these guys do it right! They cook the burgers in a way that the beef melts in your mouth! Brilliant place to go to with frienfs, but wouldn't say its suited for families. Its very tight and small for the business that they get. I went on a Friday and there was a queue going out the front door. They should definitely think about exoanding. But amazing food and service, would highly recommend to a burger lover.

I've lived in the area for some time so have been here often. First piece of advise would be to avoid going here Friday and Saturday evenings as it is way too busy even for take away. Aside from this they are a fairly good peri peri chicken place, nothing incredible but certainly a class above the generic high street chicken shops. Probably a notch or two below Nando's but a step above Chicken Cottage (rotisserie). Get the chicken strips in a box or standard quarter/half chicken. I didn't like the burger as it was a tasteless slab of ground beef so would steer clear of this

Really enjoyed the food but unfortunately the cleanliness left a lot to be desired maybe because it was very busy and very small and a very quick turnaround of customers. The worker advised that they have bought the shop next door because of which the place will get refurbished and more seating area will be available. I hope they can sort out their cleanliness to go will their amazing food.

The first thing to do is to try to avoid the service, totally uncaring and unprofessional.When the customer has past this hurdle, avoid a few dishes, quite average at best.If the surviving customer has finished a meal and wants to put a coffee on top, please follow their recommendation, go to the next place (Ciabatta), as the place does not offer coffee but within milkshakes.

The quality of the beef was pretty darn good making this an enjoyable meal in spite of its size. This is one of the better burger places out there though still has some room for improvement. Unfortunately, it has limited seating so you might be crammed for space.

The wait for this place is tooo long, the food isn't bad but I realy don't understand why so many people woul;d wait 45+ minuits to get served a burger after queing 25+ mins to order. Whether you eat in or takeaway that's the waiting time on a Friday evening. For the price you pay, its still a decent burger

Decent cheeseburger, chips were average. not family friendly and not the cleanest of places, expected much for, especially as it's the most talked about place in West London.

Fun Atmosphere.. Grilled chicken wrap with Halloumi cheese and garlic sos on fries I can eat there every day and that's what I do!Highly recommend !Half of my friends go there already too and love it haha

The big guy with glasses is treating customer like rubbish... doesn't even say hi... i was saying hi he replied eat here or take away... i repeated and he did the same... i asked for notes instead of coins and he refused.Very disturbed of buying from Amigos, even though the food is nice.

Heard from a friend that the burgers were good so I went pleasantly surprised the burger was good also good bun quality fries as well and reasonably priced

I have been to this place many times I really like their burgers they are yummy and juicy the place is always busy and their milk shakes are very good to I have meet the owner of this place was customer friendly and well behaved just their staff need bit more training towards customer service will go back

I’ve heard about this place for years and recently decided to go. Amigos are a fast food Peri Peri burger place.Late night packed, long queue to order and longer to receive as everything is made to order, but once to take that first bite you understand why. It’s not gourmet but it is good. Locally I don’t think anything comperes to it.

Best burger and maybe chicken I've ever had! Also the most affordable prices. Recommend BBQ 6oz burger with whole extra hot chicken

Reasonably priced chicken shop, really tasty and you get lots of it too. They also sell burgers that are really good. Use this place frequently.

Don't expect service they're way too busy and have a kitchen far too small to cope, but the 40 minute average wait for your burger is so worth it. What are you waiting for? Go!

Amigos is based in a very good location with many transport links which allows people to access Amigos very easily. Also the food is great and customer service is excellent

Don't wait or read the reviews if you have seen or heard of this place you need to just go in and try it yourself. It's a fresh burger. Whatever size you fancy 6 oz or 10 or 20oz Amazing burgers and price especially for London.its always busy which is saying something so be prepared for a wait The waiting isn't the best either you just have to wait around then eventually remember your number to pick up your burger once it's ready. Not great for families as it's always packed and the seating arrangements are very basic typical takeaway style. But it's worth it once in a while

The venue its self was quite nice. Staff were polite and friendly.I had the Mexican burger and gf had the Chicken burger.The beef paddy I was not too excited about. It was basically a pre-made paddy, I'm tempted to say from frozen but I cant prove it. It was just an average upgrade from the neighbouring fast food joints. Nothing to brag about.BUT the chicken burger was epic. Decent price guys, I'll give you that. However I was not happy about being charged £2 for us to sit in and eat.OK... the thing which forced my hand and made me give this place 2 points instead of 3 is the fact that the labelled Heinz ketchup bottles were in fact re-used and filled with cheap generic ketchup which tasted bad and ruined the burger a bit.Come on guys don't do that. It's really easy to notice and really easy to tell people.

Best burger and fries I have ever eaten! Garlic sauce is fantastic. One portion is so big. So many customers inside, but you should definitely wait. Also it is a halal restaurant, very good for the muslims. We went to Amigos at 11.30 pm for delicious burgers before leaving London! Also try oreo and m&m milkshake,it was really delicious. You should go there if you are in London :)

I live not far away and saw this place always packed with people.Finally decided to try it and I am sorry I didn't do it before.The burgers are amazing with fresh ingredients and large portions.Let's be clear, this is a no frills place, with local crowds and you go there for the burgers, not for the ambience.Price is extremely competitive against similar burger chains: you can get a very nice 10oz burger meal with less than 8 quids.Only downside is the waiting time which in my case was more than 20 minutes (and the place was not as crowded as other times).

chicken burger is delicious. Not dry and tastes better than other chicken restaurants including nandos.Very busy and therefore you wait a bit for food. But the wait is worth it!Im now a frequent customer.

So I visited this place back in Feb and enjoyed a 20oz… for 9.99… not bad for london prices! Burger was great, loved the brioche bun and sauces in the burger! Since the new joint has opened in SB I have been appalled with the service they have provided… in the opening week I visited and waited at least 50min for 2 burgers, being their first week I expected a slow service, but this continued each and every time I visited. I have now gave up on this place, it isn't worth the wait, there's plenty of other establishments serving the same if not better quality burgers elsewhere in London.

There was a time when London lacked halal burger joints, and that's when Amigo's stood out as a "great burger place".Today we have a much bigger selection of halal burgers both in and around London, and I think a lot of us have come to realise that Amigo's burger is actually quite dry and flavourless in comparison. Amigo's is out of its depth when compared to the likes of Red Iron Burgers, Meat & Shake, Fatburger, etc.Pros:- It's cheap- For people that live in West London, Amigo's is conveniently situated in West London- You can park in Morrisons across the roadCons:- The burgers that they serve are dry and flavourless; you'll notice that most of their flavour and moisture comes from the sauces that they dress the burgers in rather than the burgers themselves- It gets very unpleasantly busy inside the restaurant at peak times

I visited this place a few days ago in the middle of the day. As soon as I entered the lady at the counter asked me what I wanted without using any proper greeting, I said I wanted a beef burger and asked what she would recommend. She obviously recommended the Jacob (quite a coincidence really seeing as its one of the more expensive ones on offer). The order took half an hour (quite long for fast food) and once arrived it came with fries, a regular sized drink and the burger. The fries were very nice along with both the garlic and chilli sauce and like how you can get pepper sachets here also and the drink could have been more cold but was fine. I then moved on to the burger and really enjoyed the toppings on the burger including the cream cheese but the top of the bun wasn't to my liking, I then tasted the meat and my god it was so unseasoned and bland that it was shocking. The area in which this place is based is not very nice due to the people who have come in from a certain African country from the EU who show no respect or regard for the area or the shop. There was quite a bit of swearing (including dirty talk) and some of the school children were very rude pushing past going behind the counter to wash their hands without asking even. Acton has definitely gone down hill but up the road in Ealing Common its way more bearable, this is a problem across many areas in the country from this particular community. There was also a lot of kids acting tough and giving dirty looks every time I went to get more tissues, so on the whole the food was average with the meat being tasteless. I would not come back again and don't recommend it myself the the beef to be totally honest even though the staff are very pleasant and some of the customers are the same also.

First time travelling to the UK from New Zealand. What I will miss most from my time here will be Amigos!! Their shakes are next level. And the burgers are ridiculously delicious. Personal favourites are the Snickers milkshake and The Mexican. Great value for money and the service is excellent.

Amazing burgers and price! Often go there! However the restaurant is tiny and sometimes you feel like you have been waiting forever. The system for waiting isn't the best either you just have to wait around anywhere you can, then wade your way through the crowd to get to the front to pick up your order. Apart from that food is lovely!

very decent reasonably priced burgers but there is just to many people in the shop and it seems very unorganized also the man making the milkshakes was just wiping his sweat with his hands while im eating which was a complete put off but the food is good.

When I first went to Amigos I couldnt believe how busy a small burger place could be the. When I tried there food I understood why! I have been in the meat game my whole life and this is the first time I have come across a low cheap price 100% gourmet beef burger, you can see from the meat and also from the taste and texture that there is no added crap in there meat it's just pure beef! As for these comment about too much corn to meat ratio? Hahaha it makes me laugh at how much people think they know compared to how little they actually do know, it's not a veggie burger and anyone who knows anything about meat can clearly tell there is no corn in these burgers! I strongly recommend you try the Jacob, and as for there chicken, well that's a whole new story it's so wet and juicy full of flavour and by far the best cooked and marinated chicken I have ever tried! If you love food AMIGOS is well worth a try :)

No doubt the food and shakes are excellent. Seating however is poor and no toilet! :-(Be prepared to queue.... service is very slow but it's all made fresh so I guess you can't have everything! They need to expand into the shop next door.

I have to say that I've been eyeing Amigos up for a while and resisted it (up until now) because i was cynical that it was gonna be another greasy horrible fast food joint. But boy am i glad i went! The first thing to note is that it takes between 15-20 mins for the food to arrive - this is a good sign, and its because they use fresh meat and so it takes a while to cook! The burgers come in 6 oz, 10 oz or 20 oz and are really good quality for a fast food joint. The first meal i had was a 6 oz burger (mexican - which is topped with salsa sauce) and since then I've been back over 2 dozen times! my favourite burger is now the texan which is coated with a BBQ sauce.The staff are really friendly, especially the two guys who run it and there's usually a fun lively atmosphere in there. Theres a lot of locals and college students who eat there, plus the local cops who are opposite eat in there all the time (another sign that its good!) Its also known for its peri peri chicken which ive only tried once, not because its not nice but because the burgers are so damn tasty! So i cant' give an in depth review of the chicken options but im sure there equally nice.Oh and their milkshakes, though a bit on the pricey side, are to die for. Get there soon! Mark

Clearly popular. The receipt did say 45 min wait, but I had not spotted that as it was my first time. Seems a long time to wait to get a takeaway. There is limited space, and there were ladies as well as the male youth of london there, but it is crowded. Worth the wait? Yes, but I will plan my evening better next time! At that price you can't go wrong.

I've been going to Amigos for a long time now.I first dismissed it when I saw it on Acton high street thinking it was just another chicken shop.Whenever I passed by though it was always really packed and you will often see queues so decided to try it out one day. That was the day my life changed lolI initially got hooked on the chicken wraps and the garlic sauce was to die for. I love that this place has garlic sauce bottles and chilli sauce bottles available on the tables so you can pour to your heart's content. Most places tend to charge 20p-40p for these kind of sauces (I'm not talkin about chicken cottage here but your gourmet burger places)After a few trips to amigos I became more aware of the majority of people eating the burgers so decided to try these and fell in love. The 10oz Texan burger is nearly perfect (I hate saying it's perfect because let's be honest, things can always be better). The meat I find is very tasty and well seasoned but yes, perhaps they could use better beef cuts and less corn in the mix but then this may also increase the price? The BBQ relish is very very tasty and the brioche bun to burger ratio is great. The cheese could also be better, perhaps it could be melted on the grill and better quality cheese used but again this would also hike up the price and I'm just pointing out the minor flaws here. The chips are tasty but could also be better, cajun style chips like the ones they have in Five Guys would be better but again, I'm sure this would drive up costs/Milkshakes are very very tasty (try the White Reeces Pieces, my favourite).I've also had the Chicken platter for 2 on one occasion and this was also very very good. Chicken is very juicy and moist on the inside but well cooked on the outside. This will leave you full for days (2 of us struggled to finish it).The manager is extremely friendly and always happy to talk to the customers.It does get very very busy and the place is quite small, so yeah it's not really the type of place you go to for a night out or a family meal but if you are hungry and want a bite to eat it's definitely worth going to, even if you live far!I've been to Stax, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and Red Iron and none of these places have lived up to Amigos for me. All in all, highly recommended, food represents great value for money, very tasty... Need a bigger establishment with more seating to cope with demand!Some Halal turkey bacon would also be a great addition to the burgers.

Cheap and cheerful.. good quality food. It's like nandos but a cheaper :) for example if you get a full platter in nandos for 20 pounds here you will get smiler for 10 pounds.. tastier than nandos too

I heard praises from amigos so I thought to try the place. Ok so the beef quality in the burger is very very poor and bland to the mixture of corn to beef is to much. As a result you can hardly get that tender beefy taste as you do from normal beef burgers. Apparently the beef quality used to be much better. Would go again to try the chicken meals.

Yes - the place is small, it's not their fault. The burgers are great - just about managed a 10oz. The service was good. Its fast food style and pretty busy. The milkshakes are good as well. Have only been once and definitely can't wait to go again. The chicken wings are average but overall great value for money!

I'm not really a burger person however the brother-in-laws are, so I suggested Amigos principally for them. Now I'm hooked. The place is dingy (not a place to take a lady, who takes a lady to eat a burger anyway) however the burgers make up for it. Get in, order, eat, get out. For health reasons it's probably not a good idea to eat anything above a 10 oz and go to bed.

The food is great for London were there is a great variety but in Acton there isn't many places but this place here is amazing must try if your I. London and that side of London amazing

This is not an establishment that should be visited with family. There is barely any space inside. They also got my order wrong. The food is very average.

This place has amazing food. Full of flavour and exceptionally tasty. It's also so cheap you won't spend over a tenna and you'll walk out so full. The only flaw I found is that I didn't not like the seating and there is no toilets which is a shame. I hope they expand to more locations and bigger restaurants.

If you are ever passing anywhere remotely close to acton high street I would highly recommend this place. I never write reviews but this place is one of those diamonds in the rough that you might drive straight by.Firstly there is a morrisons cp across the road so 2 hr free parking. Second off this place is halal and offers veggie options so everyones welcome!Now this may look like a regular chicken shop but dont be fooled.When you are craving burgers this place does not dissappoint, serving 10/20 0z beef burgers or double chicken fillet burgers!Custom milshakes which complement the food perfectly. Prices are very reasonable, sauces are unbelievable, I will definitely be returning!

Been to this place twice. First time was ok- service was a bit lapse. Second time I tried it. Order was wrong and they made such a fuss about doing it right i ended up eating what i didnt want. The "chef" started cleaning the overhead oven hood which dripped down over the grills standing on a customer stall now covered in grease and fat. All the time im in there all i can hear is about how they've recently been robbed overnight. Wont be going back.

We had a delicious peri-peri chicken plate! the next day we would have liked to repeat the experience but, unfortunately, it was closed.
