American Eats in Knowsley

First time trying this place, pleasantly surprised by most of the items. The signature ribs were very tender with enough meat on to satisfy will try these again. I really enjoyed the hot fire dog as the bread was so fluffy and all the flavours melded together to create a boss hot dog. Best dog I've ever had and will be back to try other flavours. And it had a nice kick to it. The flaming hot wrap went down a treat as well. The skin on fries are also a nice difference from the usual fries you get in other places and dipping them in the sauce mmmmm Also the Korean spicy wings are lovely and tasty with a nice kick to them. Minor niggles the onion rings are not full onion just the formed type so had no crunch just a bit soggy. Will be back to try other items without a doubt.

Actually too heavy. I’m a regular here and the food last night was that nice I feel like I’ve got leave a review. The hot and kickin ribs and devil bites are unbelievable.

Me and my partner drive from Warrington for this little gem!! Super friendly staff and delious food 😋 would highly recommend the crispy pork wrap and melt in the mouth ribs 😍 just try for yourselves!!

Popped in before going home. My hubby got himself a burger and I had spicy ribs. Absolutely fabulous. Ribs are falling off the bone, nice kick in yhe sauce, fresh pipping hot fries Absolutely divine. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Am not a big takeaway kind of person. The burger I had tonight was restaurant flaver. Ok nuggets were for my partner in crime (🐶) ordered a salad for my dinner in work tomorrow can't wait to try it thanks meats&eats my new take away xx

Photos and Reported to local authority's food safety team 10 November NEVER WAITED 2 HOURS FOR A TAKEAWAY BEFORE THIS IS NEW PRICING DUE TO JUSTEAT PRICE £8 for a cheese burger £8.50 for a hot dog with pulled pork 20p BAG 50p service fee £2 delivery And late by 50 mins over priced and poor service not bad for a place 5 mins away

Brilliant food and friendly service

Unbelievable food, the taste and quality would be hard to beat. The Devil wings are one of the hottest sauces I've tasted and I couldn't stop going back for more. The staff and John are great and you can see their passion for food. It's a must for everyone and it will fast become your favourite place for food, as it is mine. You will not be disappointed.

Really good food, the pulled pork burger was cooked to perfection and was delicious! The sweet potato fries were amazing, not soggy at all like some places. The salt and pepper chicken was nice and crispy. Really happy and will definitely order again!

Omg called in tonight for my collection i got Ribs and chicken with chips and 2 cans of coke was bloody lovely the meat fell of the rib bones and the male staff member was very friendly thanks karen

Got a Double or nothing burger with some loaded nachos, really enjoyed the food and the service provided with the guy at hand. Really pleased with the quality of food and the time it took from ordering to serving. However their food attracts a lot of customers and the space inside was very cramped. Still enjoyable :)

Just want to say the chicken from this place is amazing proper juicy chicken deffintley be come back was going to give 4 star because it took nearly 2 hours but it is friday night so it obviously busy the woman on the phone was really polite when i phoned up about how long it was taking never got funny or nothing but as the chicken was so nice still had give it the 5 million percent ordering from this place again wish i had ordered more mouths on fire like of the devil sauce

Ordered for the first time tonight. Food was absolutely amazing the burgers looked just like the pictures chicken tenders and salt and pepper chips also gorgeous. We’ll definitely be trying more from their menu!

I have ordered from here a few times now and has become one of my favourites........food is amazing would give 11/10 for there meals and ingredients i had a mix up with the order tonight and they was happy to fix it for me would recommend to anyone can't fault them.

I ordered the 1/2 garlic and herb chicken after a long day at work and it was absolutely amazing! Succulent, moist and full of flavour. The portion was so big ill be saving some for butties tomorrow 😍 The gravy was unbelievable, I could drink pints of it! A portion of the apple pie with ice cream afterwards put me into the best food coma of my life 😂 If you want a good hearty scran any day of the week, then don't order anywhere else! Thank you Meats and Eats, I will definitely be back 😋

Slight mistake with order, but excellent customer service order rectified with no quibble.

Been here before usually lovely, however this is what I got when I ordered nachos.. no sauce and was cold, literally a slap of packet cheese on top of some burnt "nachos". Halloumi wrap was practically empty, wouldn't fill up my two year old

Actually found a takeaway that I like! Food was hot. Tasted good. Would have liked a little more ice cream for the apple pie but not complaining I'm just a pig!

Really nice staff and food Is outstanding

I always order from here with my SO via their app and it's some of the if not the best food food we've ever had. We want to change what we order but we love what we get so we never change. If you ever want something extra but you don't know what I recommend their chips hands down the best we've ever have. I wish I could give 20 stars as a review :-)

John out of MeatsnEats in Page Moss just brought a Rotisserie 1/2 Roast Chicken cooked with herbs and served with a portion of gravy into the Vape Shop next door. It was beautifully cooked to perfection and tasted lovely. John in MeatnEats is adding it to the menu in a variety of flavours. Well worth checking it out. 👍

We Ordered from here last night. I Had the salt and pepper combo, the hubby had the special meats and eats burger meal and the kids ate the chicken tender meals. It was all absolutely delicious. Absolute Joke the price of food for average warm food was a disgrace , got a email to say arriving in 1 hrs time which i patiently waited aftrr 35 minutes being late phoned up got answer after 5 minutes , got told will be ten minutes which was another 30 minutes so i waited a total of 2 hrs for warm food absolute disgrace . Dont touch this expensive average at best warm food for 2 hr wait. Sh#te food and company.

Wanted to post a review for these guys on Google aswell as justeat simply for the fact they deserve it. Food is actually bangin'! Best takeaway scran I've had in liverpool, I've tried loadsa stuff from the wraps, to the cookie dough to the salt and pepper salad box (my favourite, thing is STUFFED with bangin chicken, rice, salad, coleslaw, thing's huge for 4.50 lol) absolute flavours galore this place. Worth the coin 100% My favourite spot for grub!

Haven't left a review on Google yet, so why not. I've ordered from Meats and Eats dozens of times over the past year or two, and eaten so many of their menu items and you really can't fault this place. The food is always top quality, no matter what. Highly recommend the chicken burgers and the loaded fries. Oh, and the ribs are insane. Great desserts... honestly, I could go on forever. The only thing different from a year ago is the prices have gone up, but it's understandable because Liverpool is starting to realise just how good Meats and Eats is. You can see they care because they respond to every review and if anything goes wrong (which it honestly never has in my experience), they're always ready to compensate. They recognise their loyal customers because a few months ago, the owner sent me a free pot of gravy with my order and insisted I tried it, and was it good? Of course it was, because it's Meats and Eats. Flawless.

They do the best ribs you'll ever have. Falls off the bone as you pick it up. Rest of food is great too. Highly recomend

Chicken was top, Burger was top, and Southern Comfort BBQ Sauce is a concept you never knew you needed. Will definitely be back and I will definitely listen to Ste's recommendations from now on.

Wanted to try this place for a while and found it hard to choose as it all sounds tasty. Steak cheeseburger and pulled pork dog was really nice and fresh as was all the other stuff. You were right we were in for a treat thanks. We will definitely be back!!

proper sound food here. the ultimate salt and pepper box is my partner's favourite takeaway meal. always dead nice and chatty when I ring up and they always let us order that way. really friendly staff and decent prices too. veggie options are decent too, beyond meat burger and spicy bean burgers. loads of salt and pepper options. if you haven't had scran from here yet, it's defo worth an order 👍

Sick scran all round , had the double burger so 1lb burger as a meal which comes with lovely fries for £9 !!! , threw in half rack of ribs for £7 odd. Quality and price is crazy , home made burger patties ,ribs were as nice as I've had anywhere. Even the kids chicken nugget meal was proper chicken and was £4 quid. Gravy pisses all over kfc in taste and is about 4 times the size. Burger sauce was lovely too. Been meaning to go for ages as everyone raves about it and now I know why. Best thing to come out of 2dogs since Stevie G 😉. Top restaurant quality food for buttons. If your going near page moss and not dropping in sort your head out.

My partner has a severe nut and sesame seed allergy. Its almost impossible for us to find safe takeout so we were overjoyed when we found Meats and Eats and was advised clearly and properly about their allergens. They even wrote "sesame allergy" on the boxes of our order just showing us that they took it seriously. It may sound like a small thing to anyone else, but when it concerns if your meal will kill you it really did mean a lot. The food was amazing and i would have been happy being served that in a restaurant. 11/10. We will be frequenting Meats and Eats.

There is nothing like meats and eats anywhere. Their food is top quality and there is a very wide variety of foods to choose from. Nothing can compare to the taste and quality of the ribs. They come straight off the bone and have many different sauces to suit your tastes. 10/10 would come again.

Well been tryin to order from this restaurant, but always said not taken orders. Well me an hubby just had our 1st of many orders. We wasn't disappointed. The ribs was to die for an the chickens. If I could give it 10 ⭐ I would. Staff taken orders were cheerful an upbeat, an the delivery drive was cheerful aswel. Best eating place around . Give it a try you won't be disappointed. 👍👏👏
