This shop and cafe is the first one in the country situated inside a church. It has been beautifully designed to complement the ecclesiastical architecture and has a good range of produce all beautifully displayed within the shop. The cafe sells a good mix of teas, coffee, cakes, pastries and sandwiches plus hot soup during the winter months. Customers can sit inside the church or outside when the weather permits. Dogs on leads are permitted in the cafe but not in the shop. There’s a separate door for those taking their dogs into the cafe. Water bowls are provided both inside and outside. We visited with friends on a Sunday afternoon, choosing delicious cakes, tea and coffee and were served by very friendly and helpful staff. It is a good place to stop for walkers and cyclists being surrounded by the hundreds of acres of Minchinhampton Common which is managed by the National Trust and therefore has open access to everyone. I would definitely recommend visiting this delightful venue and I’m sure you’ll be given a warm welcome.

I love coming to the cafe here. It’s in a beautiful location, in a cool but welcoming church, with cheerful and friendly service. There’s a selection of coffee, tea and various cakes and snacks. Sat outside in the sunshine today!

Lovely little cafe in the church, people very friendly, and cafe is dog friendly too. The little shop is surprisingly well stocked also. Going back for another visit today :)

A shop and coffee shop at the rear of a village church, what better setting could there be. I called in with a friend after walking on Minchinhampton Common. Excellent coffee is served very professionally by a team of volunteers which leaves Starbucks et al looking like outdated cafes. There is a good choice of fresh cakes etc sourced from local suppliers. Tables are spaciously set at the rear of the church; such a lovely tranquil space to chat with friends. There’s also a well stocked shop to tempt you with all sorts of goodies. Try, you won’t be disappointed. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic food as always & a brilliant wine list! There’s something for everyone. Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff as usual. The crème Catalana is just divine, always our favourite puddi

Order a Birthday Cake that was really good. Ready on time and boxed for collection. A nice triple decker Victoria Sandwich.

Dog friendly cafè in the heart of Minch. Offers traditional english food (breakfasts, brunches and lunches) & typical italian dishes. They make the best cappuccino ever. Highly recommended

Es muy pequeño, pero la comida se prepara fresca a pedido y era encantadora. ¡Los huevos que desayuné sabían hermosos!

Yummy tasty falafel with loads of extras. Convenient for town and quick service. A great stop for market day.
