Amaan spice in Rushcliffe

Placed an order at 9.20 pm to be delivered at 11pm today 22-8-24 received no confirmation of order rang 5 times on 2 different lines to try to verify my order no answer. Sat here at 10.45 wondering if my order will be delivered or not. Shall i eat at home or wait , crap communication and this is not the 1st time i have had communication problems. Its now 22.38. Going to call it a night lock up as my order was not confirmed on their website snd after several calls no reply. Will not be using again its Bombay for me from now on, this restaurant does not look after their regulars. Terrible terrible beans on toast tonight cack

Didn't receive my food cannot get through to them when I call them. Waste of money waste of time don't bother ordering food online from this place.

I just picked up an order for a chicken korma and I can truly say the flavours were tantalising my tastebuds. The chef in this restaurant clearly knows what he is doing since it’s the first Indian I’ve been to in Nottingham that does a chicken korma the right way, nice and sweet. The prices here are unbelievable with a full meal for less than £15, the rice isn’t just dyed it has a very fragrant flavour. The staff in here were very welcoming and even gave me free pakora as a surprise. I would reccomend this Indian for everybody.

First time ordering from amaan and overall very impresses. couple of niggles, it was quite delayed, not a big problem for us though. the driver said there's extra poppadoms for laye delivery, there wasn't only the two we has paid for.no pickle tray so used our store cupboard stash. tried to phone takeaway didn't even connect.complaibed in app and refunded 2.50 immediately which was good. After all that being said the food was excellent large portions very tasty right strength and tender meat .

Amazing food! This place has lovely people cooking your food. Perfect for a budgeted Indian craving. Moreover, they do not compromise om the taste or the quantity. I will definitely go again and again during my stay in West Bridgford. Must try: Butter chicken and Dal Makhni. On point!!

Absolutely ASTOUNDING quality meal, superb food, lovely and responsive staff. We have take-away from Amaan Spice regularly, and occasionally have a sit-down meal. Last night was a "sit-down" sort of evening, so myself, wife and eldest daughter sat-down for a meal. The Biryani was, by-far, the best I have EVER had, from a restaurant or take away. I am normally more of a carnivore, but decided on the Biryani last-minute and WOW - full of flavour and texture, moist but not soggy, and just exquisite. We have many Asian friends, and the food here is as good as any home-cooked Indian food you will find. Can't recommend this place enough, and can't understand why it's not full every night either. Just stunning, a really great place to eat superb food.

Loved my experience here, we were initially apprehensive to try a relatively new restaurant, but the existing reviews on it bolstered our confidence. All the dishes we tried here revived our taste buds from Delhi. The chef specially came to understand our taste and I must say he amazed us. Till date we only used to order from Tamatanga for North India food, but this restaurant has definitely changed our goto place now. I highly recommend all the dishes we tried - Butter Chicken - Chicken biryani - Paneer Gravy - Dal Makhani (Black Lentil Dal)

Got a takeaway here tonight with my girlfriend who is coeliac. They were very helpful in explaining the ingredients. The food was fantastic and the price was excellent. I would recommend to anyone.

I’ve been a regular here since the time I’ve been at Nottingham for the past 3 months. The service here is very accommodating and the chef takes special care in curating dishes based on personal preferences. My personal favourites are Chicken biryani, Madras curry, Naan and Roti. Will recommend this place for food that hits close to home.

Just came in here on a whim and had the fish curry. It was absolutely delicious. Arrived promptly. Big portion. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place!

This food is amazing. We shared the vegetarian platter and a Bengal fish. It was copious and absolutely delicious, tasting really home-made. Top quality chapattis. Highly recommended.

Try and call in for a meal after Forest home games and always made to feel welcome. Food always tasty and good value and served promptly. Deserves to be busier. Would recommend.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.------------------ We ordered a set meal for 2, half of if it was missing and they gave us the wrong drink. I called the restaurant, a member of staff picked up, I explained the situation and the manager who didn't have the courtesy to come to the phone just instructed the member of staff on what to say, including to offer a 20% discount on the next order. I said I want a refund or replacement, what are we supposed to do? You know, tonight? The member of staff didn't know what to say during most of the call, then said I'll speak to the manager and call you back. The member of staff called back and said they can't find the manager but they will give 50% discount next time. I felt completely fobbed off. The manager clearly didn't want to take the call directly. Absolutely digusting! I won't be taking up the offer of 20% or 50% discount next time. This was the first AND LAST time I would ever order from this joke of a restaurant.

Took nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered, barely warm , bland without a pinch of salt the food at Asda takeout section is better ,way cheaper and tastier , portions are tiny , chicken completely over cooked and dry. Never ordering from them again .

Horrendous experience with Ahmed, he shouted at me multiple times on the phone and blackmailed me in to taking down a bad review I left, stating he would only refund me for the wrong item if I take down the review. Avoid this curry house, I can’t believe they think it’s acceptable to shout at their customers and to blackmail them in such a nasty manner. Unacceptable, unprofessional and absolutely awful!!! You

On arrival to collect was told they couldn’t fulfil my order asked to choose a different two starters on getting home half the currys ordered missing, and the chicken tikka starter stone cold, on calling to say the currys were missing I was told I hadnt ordered from there I had the wrong Indian , I recalled my order number to which they had to then acknowledge I had in fact called the correct place , as I had ordered online , after a 10 min too and fro on the phone they agreed to send out missing food and i was told not to worry the food I already had wouldn’t be cold by the time I received missing food ! Terrible service will not return , also Keema Naan had no keema in it ! Avoid at all costs

The web site says that you get 20% of your meal if you collect. This is not true as you only get 20% of the meal if you spend over £30, which is not mentioned on the website, nor when I phoned in my order. When I rang them back to point this out they suggested that it was only worth a few pounds anyway

Honestly, it is the best restaurant i have been to. The food was great, the service was fast, and the prices were good. The staff are amazing. It was one of our birthdays, and we had told them in advance. We got a balloon, birthday cake, and a card with some miney in it. Incredible place. My favourite restaurant.

Hospitality was amazing and the prices were very reasonable but one thing I was surprised by was the amount of food you get. In Birmingham, if I ordered butter chicken, I would get a smallish portion but here at curry 2 night, they gave me such a huge portion of butter chicken that even I couldn't finish and had to take home.

If I could leave less stars I would simply because of the discusting way the chef spoke to me when I complained about our order. we had 2 lamb curries one the lamb was tender however the lamb in the bhuna was like leather, according to the chef this was our fault for ordering this type of meat... the onion bajhis were greasy flat and old and the worst we have ever had, poppadoms soggy, unfortunately the restaurant offered a voucher which after this experience why would we want to re order and then put up with him arguing with us over the phone. Terrible the worst Indian we've ever had.

Came here after Eng vs Pak T20. Very good curry, good price. Was very busy after the cricket but the staff were great, keeping everyone ticking along. Even dropped my friend and I back to our hotel when we couldn't get a taxi.

Brilliant curry and excellent customer service; they were very knowledgeable about the ingredients in their dishes and attentive to an allergy in my group. I would really recommend some of their specialities which were fantastic, and the saag paneer was the best I've had

Awful!! Don't order online as you'll be lucky if you get your order. Our first order was 1 1/2 hours late & we gave them the benefit of the doubt on New Year's Eve but it was a joke - 2 hrs 20mins. No one answering the phone or emails, terrible as we didn't know if we were going to get our order even though they'd taken our money. Worrying as you wouldn't be able to prove you didn't receive it. Never again!!

Great range of some really flavoursome Indian and Bangladeshi cusine. The curries we had were great and staff were nice and very flexible with our orders. The prices were also fairly reasonable.

Someone told me that Nottingham served up a good Masala. Lord knows if this is true - but I can 100% vouch for the Lamb Tikka masala and peshwari naan at this fine establishment.
