Staff were fantastic food was great. Was little cold is all and place was full great atmosphere

Good spot for a mid afternoon coffee, although our order got lost so we had a bit of a wait.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from all the staff, especially Pete and the food was delicious. I would definitely return and would highly recommend.

Stopped in for lunch. We ordered fish fingers in a bun and a burger with only onions nothing else on it .... came out slathered in cheese No onions ... fish fingers were overdone, chips could have done with a couple of minutes more. Sent fish fingers back, but just scraped cheese off the burger. Disappointed with food. The servers were lovely and helpful.

Yesterday went with a family and I say food was so delicious, had a great time. Fee was so kind and very helpful. She knows very well about each and every item from the menu and I definitely recommend everyone to visit once while they're in Aberdeen. In the bar Emily was great and very quick in making drinks as well. I appreciate their efforts. Definitely, will visit again...

It was too loud, and the service was slow and forgetful. Cocktails well diluted with no taste. Not recommended.

Terrible service today, been waiting for drinks for more than 20min, our food arrived before drinks. Mojito finally came and was the worst I ever had...Second round of drinks same pace, still waiting, more than 20min already...asked waiter about the long wait for drinks but they don't seem to care. This place used to be good, but it seems to be not great at all today.

Tatsy good, however waiting for waitress to pay bills was a bit long.

On arrival the staff were so friendly and chatting, made me feel so welcome! Rachel was very attentive and helpful despite asking about the menu. Food was delivered fresh and hot, Slight delay on drinks was informed that they had a trainee. Despite that, all cocktails tasted delicious! We will certainly return.

Had to order by the app only and menu didn’t match the hard copy. Over priced, food wasn’t great and won’t be going back

With open arms Scott welcomed my partner and I, a true gentleman.The Ribeye by Chef Abbie was 10/10, Class. The whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Magnificent!!!

First time in Aberdeen and I am so glad we went to this restaurant and bar. Best food and best atmosphere. Would highly recommend the Pan Fried sea bass. The staff were lovely and a huge shout out to Chef Abbie for the best food and Scott for the amazing service.

Beautiful venue, delicious food and lovely drinks - management and staff top notch - tiny hiccup at the beginning of the day (for very understandable reasons) but Fee went above and beyond to make up for something that absolutely wasn’t her fault - 10/10 would recommend, our other waitresses were lovely too - Danielle and Rio ❤️

Had a family outing here recently and was very impressed as so was my family, I had the pad thai with prawns which was very flavourful and fresh the waitress was lovely too had a big smile on her face the whole time and made us all feel very welcome.All of us opted for a cocktail which was very nice from this establishment I would highly recommend we are definitely coming back.

The service was very slow and many items ordered were not available, we have been here before to eat and drink and the service was terrible, very long wait for our food to be served.

The staff were fine but we waited 30 minutes after ordering and that was when our food came, our drinks came after this. My partners meal was cold, my prawns were overcooked, and our drinks were warm. If i could give 0 stars i would. So much nicer places in aberdeen!

Food was amazing, sadly service let it down waited about 30 minutes for drinks when we first arrived and had been there approx hour when we asked when our pre-ordered food would arrive. Wouldn't been a issue if we had drinks to pass the time. Restaurant wasn't particularly busy, didnt seem to be a dedicated server to each section by looks of it and we had to stop staff passing by several times. And to top it all they added a £33 service charge!! Which if service had been spot on we would happily have paid but asked for it to be removed. Can't fault the food though was delicious 😋

Would never use again terrible service can't even ask is wanted anything if things were ok .ran out of something could not even tell us we had paid for fed up waiting and was about to leave then finally told us they ran out of item .

Poor service was there for a wedding reception Paid for drinks and when was going to leave they advised drinks were sold out told money be back in 2 weeks .staff did not check we wanted anything also manager said one of us swore at staff which he never .also he left a remark on here now taken down .

Birthday lunch for my husband today & wasn’t impressed with anything at all. Had to go to the bar to ask for kids menus, drinks took 35mins with the starter & kids meals arriving before the drinks. Asked for crayons for the kids & waitress never got back to me so had to go to bar again to be told they had none. Complained about our wait once drinks arrived to be told they were short staffed (you really should tell people when arriving). Kids meals - macaroni cheese was tiny, cold & the broccoli looked & tasted days old you couldn’t pick it up with a fork & the amount of salt on the fish goujons plate for a child was shocking. Asked for a lager shandy & got a full pint. Pad Thai was fine, not that flavoursome but great prawns. We were left for so long we didn’t even get time to ask for kids puddings. Place was very cold, bar staff did say would turn up heating. Would hope for better next time.

Very short staffed waited over an hour in between courses. When main course did arrive it was cold and not pleasant at all. We did complain and got money off bill but very disappointed

Took 45minutes to get our drinks order after asking staff 3 times. Claimed bar was busy but bar staff are all standing chatting. Stayed as we pre paid, went to get a refund and leave and drinks appeared. Waitress with brown ponytail was so rude and kept rolling her eyes, when drinks came they weren't even made right but seems pointless trying to speak to anyone

The review has been updated, previously 5*-now 3* due to food, service especially and delays. The paella was extremely tasty, I loved that they included such a wide range of seafood in it. Not many places even include the octopus that they did. The starter skewers that we ordered were tasty and went well with the paella. The service was relatively fast, they checked on us and were friendly. Will be going again for the paella. Update: We visited the All Bar One recently again and this time the experience was, how to put it, disappointing. The service was very poor, some food was good but not all. The first thing that we felt weird about was that after we have been seated, the waiter only came to us after 40min after we sat down so we were forced to order online but it didn’t even work well as the payments were taking long to process due to poor internet. Afterwards, the food arrived weirdly timed, we received our starters first, the people we were with got their main and starter together even though requested separate. Our mains took ages to arrive as well. Some of the dishes were not to good, the pad Thai chicken was extremely dry to the point it was inedible. We waited long for the dishes to be collected after we ate, about 30 min, and they were only collected when we asked, for some reason they didn’t do it themselves. The waiters looked really unhappy and like they hate their job. Afterwards, we wanted to order desserts, it wasn’t as easy as we would have expected it to be, as it took ages for them to come up and ask, we had to catch them ourselves. Eventually, when we did manage to ask for desserts and get the table cleaned off with the previous dishes, we made a special request on the desserts and asked the waiter to come to us and let us know about the request we have made, instead he just went ahead and ordered it for us without asking. In the end that dessert was not what we requested and included the item we asked to take out. The churros were nice but I feel like the serving of them was not thought through as the amount of chocolate inside the little cup was just laughable and looked silly. In the end we had to again go up and get our bill ourselves as no one came up to us. Additionally, not once did anyone come to us to check on us and how we like the food or not. Half of the bill was also given a discount due to delay of food but considering that the majority amount was paid online and the other part in person the part paid in person was not that big. Plus the discount doesn’t necessarily make it better for the delays and other things that happened. The first time was great and that’s what we expected in the second time but it wasn’t the case. On an extra note, there was not many people in the restaurant at that time so we are not sure why we were ignored by staff multiple times.

Rachel is awesome! She makes everybody so welcome in the bar and ensures that every customer has an ace time.

Was in for my birthday drinks and honestly could not of asked for a better time and the happy birthday plate from Rachel was amazing even sang happy birthday for me…made turning 25 all that more enjoyable so thank you Rachel, Sam and all the team working!!!! Really appreciate it

The drinks took 25 minutes to arrive

Great experience for a returner and a first timer. Took my partner up to Aberdeen to meet my family and this was the first place I took him to. The interior design was only matched by the service of Sam and Caitlin. They brought personability and personification to drinks making. It’s always good to be served by people who appreciate their craft and do it well. The French martini is definitely a favourite. From it being my all time favourite to my partner trying it for the first time and falling in love with it. Keep up the good work, guys!
