Fantastic food and milkshakes every time. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Just ordered on the phone for delivery with a young lad after having trouble to order through the website . Just want to give a massive shout out to the lad on the phone as he had some of the best customer service I’ve heard in a long time . Very polite and very helpful . Thankyou !

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Great food. Have been a few times and have never been disappointed. The addition of a sweet selection is a very nice touch too.

Food arrived cold and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. Girl on the phone was very rude and told us to just microwave the food🤣 didn’t even get an apology. Know where to avoid!!!!

absolutely disappointed ordered pizza and cheesy chips pizza as ended up in the bin hardly any topping and was barely warm what cheese there was it was dry and looked like it had been cooked for a while i took a smile bite and ended up spitting it out in the bin. i wont be using these again. what a waste of money and it was delivered late.... not worth the money

Not only l do they try to rip me off at every corner. I called at 23:23pm, when they close at 12sm. They answered to just tell me they’re closed. Why answer to just to tell me you’re closed?

I order here often and have never received anything less than excellent food and service.

Although they was a problem when first received order they corrected it straight away and sent another out. They even rang after to make sure all was OK and sorted very polite staff and tbh food is pretty nice food seems better than before to

You've been using this takeaway for years now, have it weekly or even more, new milkshake and sweet are fanatic!

Gave another go to see if it had improved still nothing like it used to be still very poor.

Very busy always..food very nice & lots of offers

Waited over an hour called back appeared to have not processed the order and lied to by staff told them no longer wanted due to long wait but still attempted to order. Extremely poor service to repeat customers will never use them again.

We had a chicken tikka pizza with chips. Delivery was quick and efficient, everything still warm. Pizza very tasty and chips delicious. Will def. try again.

Absolute joke ordered took 2 hours to deliver then order was wrong missing food it's an absolute disgrace had hungry kids waiting for there tea was told 40 minutes 2hrs later it turned up wrong I will never use again and I advise people to avoid disgusting service very very disappointed stay clear

Honestly cannot fault this place at all, I have never had a bad experience here. All the staff are great, friendly and professional. Food is to die for and even better, order through the website to get 10% off! It’s so cheap, so tasty and by far the beat I’ve had in hull.

Had several orders from here, all been great for when you fancy a greasy takeaway! Tonight however, we ordered the same as usual, to be told by the delivery driver we can’t have an item as we ordered off there website and received 10% off. Even tho on there website it doesn’t say anything about not receiving anything. The delivery driver also tried to charge us more. We spoke with their live chat service to get the issue sorted asap. My fiancé received a call making out she’s lying and it does state on the website, so I double checked. No mention of it on any page or in terms and conditions. Really bad service tonight, and not happy about the way they spoke and treat my fiancé. We will definitely be looking for another greasy spoon take away in our area for those binge nights. Horrible service I would bother after tonight 0/10 I’ve attached the photo of what we requested. You can see clearly that’s it’s for when you spend £10 or more doesn’t state anything else.

Terrible service. Order came an hour late, when rang to see where it was after 40 mins heard them say what did they order, tell them it will be 5 mins. Delivery driver came 5 mins later to tell me the pizza I ordered isunt there because the oven had broken! but still somehow managed to send us a margaretta ( which we did not order) and a garlic bread. Chips were missing when I opened the wrapping. Would not recommend and will not be using again!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a 12" meat feast pizza last night, some of the chicken was undercooked and the pizza dough wasn't cooked enough. All night after eating the pizza I've been backwards and forwards to the toilet with stomach cramps and coming out both ends. Certainly will not be going back there.

Arrived an hour and 40 minuets after I ordered it. It was cold and the chips we couldn't eat. The delivery driver had placed the food on the floor outside the door while waiting for us.

Great food that's not badly priced and delivered at the time stated. So can't fault this place. Will definitely be using again 👍

Chips was still hard I asked for a tub of garlic to be separate which it wasn't it was poured over the chips wasn't nice but it's been lovely every time weve ordered from you

Asked for 21:40 delivery and it arrived at 21:15. It arrived too early for visitors coming so by the time they arrived and we ate it was cold.

Food was Delish as usual. They added extra 5 minutes on delivery time which was Ok, 5 minutes didn't make much of a difference, though I waited another 10 minutes after before it arrived still warm. I'd have walked up to collect but was having a duvet day so was totally too lazy to pick up.

Delivery driver was a nice guy i can't fault him but the food was just rubbish i was very disappointing, instead of reading my notes i ended up with nothing on my burger with a burnt hard bread cake and you should also change your chip fat more as them chips was bad also. gave one chance and lost my future custom. learn by it. i wish u the best

Took around an hour to be delivered. Asked for a pepperoni pizza and ended up with pepperoni and donner meat? Which the donner was rock hard.

Ordered food early hours this morning, paid on card for two pizzas and donner and chips. The food was delivered on time except there was no donner meat and chips, and ive had a terrible stomach since.

Food was about 15 minuets late the chips was soggy my kebab was cold the bol burger was not as asked

Have used this takeaway for years but will now be switching to an alternative. On more than a few occasions the food has taken over 1 hr and 30 mins. This time I ordered at 7.30pm and it arrived at 9.20pm despite the est delivery time to arrive at 8.20pm. I won't be using again unfortunately as the time taken to deliver is ridiculous.

Disgraceful. Completely undercooked and badly made pizza. Topping had fallen off and was stuck to the box. Ended up in the bin. Only the second time I have used this takeaway, but will not be doing so again. Worst takeaway experience ever.

I did ring to tell them my burger had hardly any bolognese on which they have agreed to give me an extra portion next time I order with them. I was too hungry to wait for a replacement but I called straight away and they dealt with my complaint respectfully. Other than this I've never had a problem with the takeaway and the food is always lovely.

Burger bun was over done/hard and the burger tasted like rubber. Not sure why its gone down hill. Used to be really good. Haven't checked if I got the two pieces of cake yet as in the resent past they split a slice vertically along the middle to make out is was two.

Order came when they said. Food ok, but never brought our bottle of coke which was on the order. So check before driver leaves..never returned with it !!

Donner meat was spot on tonight deffo what the doctor ordered yum feel free to send me a free kebab haha;)

We order from here a lot but recently the food has either been poor or the delivery has been very slow. Unfortunately we may have to find a new takeaway.

Great food but last 3x ordering from there they have been late on delivery. 30 mins past the told delivery time so far tonight and still nothing. Rang up 20 minutes ago and said it was on its way but still waiting.

Sometimes the Burger buns are burnt but everything else OK. Had previous cake that came with only one piece in the box instead of two. Have missed drinks off but have always been really good and came back with it. New staff maybe? Not sure but will order again as they only slip up once in a while.

Very disappointed with the quality of the food tonight. Pizza was burnt, donner meat tasted like soap, chicken was also burnt, chips was soggy and the burger came with the wrong sauce on! As I'm a regular customer I'm very upset and my order cost £13.40 for nothing, didn't end up eating it! Won't be ordering again unfortunately.

Asked for lettuce and mayo on chicken kebab it came full of red onion no lettuce. Cant eat onion so full kebab was wasted.
