Arrived quick time by delivery. Service on phone was friendly and helpful, delivery driver was pleasant and courteous. Food is as good as you'll get for the price. Yes, there was a little grease, you can't make a kebab without grease coming out of the lamb. It was hot and tasty, and just what we ordered!

Have you ever tasted bitter chicken? 🙀 loved your fried chicken but the last few times I’ve tried , it’s been drenched in fat ...wet and steamed . Not crisp battered like you have brilliantly done before. You don’t get a refund. Last time we buy.

Having eaten from here before they moved along the street to join USA Chicken I decided to go along with my work colleagues in ordering food for delivery from here, and why not as I had enjoyed the last one I had. Alright , it was a Saturday evening and I can appreciate it may have been busier than usual but having been in the trade for as long as I have, and being someone who frequents such establishments after a few drinks, I didn't expect to be kept waiting almost a whole hour for our order to arrive when we were only a 5 minute drive from the shop. when we did get it the meat in the kebabs wasn't just char grilled, it was burnt. the preferred accompaniments were wrong, I like chili and garlic mayo with no cabbage in my salad but was given loads of cabbage and no mayo, another was plain mayo with no salad and ended up with garlic mayo and salad and the third was plain mayo with onions only, they almost had this right they just decided to add all the rest of the salad as well. Being as this was effectively to be our lunch and no other option was available to us at this time on this evening we pressed ahead and not one of us didn't regret this decision immediately! our mouths and throats were coated with a heavy film of stale tasting grease, the pitta breads were stale, the meat (as previously mentioned) was burnt. Our stomachs were left in turmoil and we were left with the aftermath of the kebabs constantly repeating on us for the remainder of the following day. The only saving grace I can find for Ali Babas was that none of us were physically ill. Like I said at the beginning of this review, I have eaten their food previously and enjoyed it and would usually return again to give them another chance but this experience has left such a bad taste in not only my mouth but also those of my colleagues that that is not something I will be doing this time around. If asked if I would recommend this place the obvious answer now would most definitely be a resounding no.
