Aldo's Fish & Chicken Bar in West Lothian

Great pizzas but one was missing. Told driver and it was delivered within 15 minutes.

Pizza was delicious but sadly the Fries were cold and a but soggy!

Excellent as always, flame grilled burger delicious.

It was quoted an hour and a half delivery time. It was 20 mins early, even though it was a busy Saturday night. The food was outstanding!! It was really hot and the quality of food was amazing. The pricing is fantastic, the cheapest around I've found. A very good range of food also. It was my first time using Aldo's but I will definitely be using again. I highly recommend Aldo's 👌 😊❤️

Food was late also ice cream was missing. Still had to pay for full order. Still waiting on delivery man arriving with the ice cream and has been 2 hours unfortunately I now have to go to work so don't have time to keep trying to resolve the issue.

Food was good alough order was wrong

Most of the food was great but was disappointed with the chicken portion as it was pink inside.

Chips were rather dry and sausage was cooked to much the skin was crispy

Really tasty food, delivered very quickly so it's still hot! Very generous portion sizes! Always have great food from here! They never disappoint

Poor tonight. Pizza burnt and chips were soggy.

Food arrived at a reasonable time considering it was a week night. Food on the other hand was disgusting. Fish and chips smelt really fishy sign of not being fresh it was overly greasy and food looked like it had been sitting in the heater since lunch time and then had been reheated. Binned the lot and made beans on toast .

Food was an hour late and cold when it did arrive

Ordered dinner at around 5:30pm and said it would arrive at 6:30/6:45pm . It arrived at 7:15pm. We s given a new update on time and was still late

Everything was still piping hot and tasted great. Arrived much earlier than estimated time which was lovely too. Thank you!

Ordered on a Wednesday eve so didn’t expect my delivery time to be over hour came at the latest end of estimated time chips were cold burger was cold partners southern fried chicken was over done not too happy might try elsewhere next time I’m wanting a chippy waste of money not pleased at all

First time ordering from here. Pizza was just a margarita and was burnt. Mozzarella dippers were over friend with no gooey cheese inside. Chilli cheese bites were ok and French fries were ok. Won’t be ordering again

Food takes ages and arrives cold. It’s almost like they don’t care anymore but happy to increase the prices for lower quality.

Food was cold, ice cream melted and they sent the wrong drink. Clearly been loaded in the car and left the whole time.

The food was certainly not upto standard!! Curry sauce was literally jelly had to add boiling water to get it thinner. Pizza was stone cold maybe just an off night hopefully ALDOS doesn’t start going downhill best chip shop around me!

Paid for a large bottle of juice, received a small can of juice. Cracked the can of juice before realising it was wrong then was refused a swap by delivery driver. Delivery driver was really rude.

The pizza was clearly made a while ago. It was stale and cold.

Pizza would have been so much better for 5 more minutes in the oven - lukewarm to begin with and stone cold after a couple of slices. Onion rings tasted rank - the oil in your fryer needs changing.

Shocking service. Estimated 30-50 mins. Ended up waiting 1 hour 50 minutes for our food. When it arrived the food was very cold and was missing a calzone!! When speaking with the manager, he was very abrupt on the phone and hung up the call without giving me answers as to what was happening with my order. Will not be using again!

Shop was Very busy so longer delivery understandable but that should be reflected when ordering online. Burger was very good, but the chips were cold and the pizza was not nice, very tasteless and burnt and was cold

Pizza was burnt, and not for the first time! Was given wrong order and had to wait further time for rest of order, again, not for the first!

Sadly worst experience I've ever had with aldos! Usually have amazing service! But was handed wrong bag, then when my food did arrive it wasn't so hot and was missing salt n sauce on supper, didn't want to call and say AGAIN so used tomato sauce 😐 Did get a free battered burger 🤷‍♀️

The lettuce on my kebab tasted like it had not been washed which left a horrible taste and ruined the kebab. The food was also look warm and I had to re-heat in the microwave.

Burgers amazing as usual only downside was I ordered the £10 snack box and it’s not worth the money I wouldn’t recommend ordering. We got 2 onion rings 2 chicken wings 2 jalapeño poppers 2 chilli cheese bites 2 chicken strips and 4 mozzarella strips along side with some chips and salad. I would have expected a little more for the money.

Ridiculous service estimated time between 20:40 and 21:00 ridiculous it arrived at half 9 and when we phoned up we were given such a poor excuse shocking service.

Love aldos, got the 12 inch pizza tonight and the crust was perfect. Not too thin but not too thick either. Very tasty. Good delivery times and excellent service.

All round excellent meal. Jacket potato with cbeese+coleslaw with salad, and a 10" calzone Italian pizza. Verdict a big 👍. Delivered as requested, piping hot friendly delivery and delicious. Will definitely order again and recommend! 5*

Their was a strange smell coming from both the burgers we got like aftershave or something couldn't really distinguish it

I had jacket potato with cheese+ coleslaw+side salad. O H had meatball penne pasta with garlic bread. Bot meals delivered piping hot, on time and delicious! Woul definitely order again and highly recommend!

I might be the only one but the sticky toffee pudding wasn’t that nice. Plus with the kids meal it would be good if there’s was a option to pick the drink.

First time having pasta. Meatball pasta was lovely as was cheesy garlic bread.

Ordered a hoagie and Donner meat and chips. Usually the Donner meat is perfect but on this occasion I was left very disappointed with dry little scrappy cuts of meat.

White pudding was delicious.Nice and crispy batter.Chips hot and crispy too!Also smoked sausage was good.All delivered hot. Keep it up because this meal was really good and so much better than previous times.

1/4lb Cheese Burger meal with chips and cold drink. Excellent value for money, delivered on time and piping hot. Cold drink nicely chilled. Would recommend and definitely order again!

Very average pizza. Mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms. Didn’t have enough mushrooms. Pretty sad really.
