Food arrived cold, fish cake was rock hard. Ordered before and was good, recently since someone new is there food is very bad. Also she is very rude when asking where your order is. Won't be ordering again!

Went there yesterday ordered mix meat on bread cake and I can tell you OMG what a fat and high quality food it was . Chips was golden and crispy very friendly staff and music is on too so you get to listen to some bangers while you waiting for your food . Regular customer from now on .highly recommend

Amazing! My third time going to Albert’s and the owner and staff are awesome. The fish has always been fresh and super crispy. My wife loves it, and the chicken kabab is out of this world! With some chili and mint sauce and a little lemon juice. They’ve got a regulars in us as long as we live in the area. Definitely give it a try if your looking for some great food

I went in with my son to get some food, he had fish and chip special and I had Doner burger with chips , I can only say that was the best we’ve had ! chips taste so fresh and nothing like these frozen chips that go rubbery after they cool down, great service and amazing food 👍👏🏻

Food brilliant Atmosphere brilliant Price not bad But 2 pounds deliver a JOKE I spent 39 pound but still had to pay 2 pounds delivery. And it's NEVER OPEN.... Nearly 2 hours for fish and chips to be delivered discusting. Also a bit of a issue when trying to phone a order in there's a little Indian lady what is so nivmce but her English us terrible and I keep getting my order wrong. It's a shame because the good is lovely...

Just wanted to say what a great time I had at your shop! The staff were all so friendly and always had a smile. The food was fantastic – seriously, the best fish and chips I've ever had. The service was top-notch from everyone, but I have to give a special shoutout to the girl and boy who served us. Both was incredibly attentive and made our visit even better. Found an amazing fish and chips shop in sheffield. The fish was fresh and crispy and the chips were amazing. The staff was very friendly and added in some chicken as I was intending to get it the next time. And guess what, it was one of the best chicken I’ve had in a while. Absolutely fantastic, the service and food is definitely 5 star.... The owner is an extremely helpful guy, nothing is too much trouble for them, always greeted with a smile. Their food is always cooked fresh, the fish is exceptional and the cost is extremely reasonable, especially in today's climate where costs are increasing everywhere else. You need to pop in and give it a go, you will not be disappointed 😁

Ordered off Deliveroo, it arrived on time. However, for my first experience this has to be one of the worst fish & chip shops around. I got battered sausage, onion rings and cheesy chips. The chips were too hard for me and there was too much cheese but apart from that (6/10). The onion rings were atrocious, the batter was falling off and had no flavour (2/10). The battered sausage was subpar with the batter falling off that too, not even properly battered. (3/10) I do think the price is fairly cheap but due to the food quality I have to give it 2 stars. Not going here again

Worst fish and chips ever!!! Fish tastes muddy/dirty (has to be cheap fish) but charge for cod/haddock, if it is cod/haddock it’s very old!!! Peas smelt off and the chips portion wasn’t big enough for a child even though it was a “Large” Terrible food at a high price

My son had the chicken curry with rice. He enjoyed it but he will have the smaller portion with chips next time. The staff are always friendly and the place is clean. They even have hot drinks now. Looking forward to trying one.

Today I had fish and chips from Albert shop; it was great, the quantity of food was large, and the pricing was extremely cheap. The two staff members that served me, one named Satnam and another whose name I do not know, were extremely nice and greeted me with a grin. I will be a frequent customer now since I was very impressed by the meal and customer service I had today.

Fantastic experience at Alberts! Ordered chicken kebab with naan and chips - all were perfectly cooked and delicious. Impressed by their halal options. Highly recommend for great food and inclusive choices!

Called into Alberts tonight for the first time and I was amazed by how clean it was. The staff are very welcoming and the new owner was very chatty and happy that I am an honest customer. The food was lovely and wrapped well.

Called in to Alberts tonight, first impression wow it's spotlessly clean, it must be the cleanest take away, I was pleasantly greeted when entering the premises, I placed my order and everything was cooked fresh, while waiting we were chatting, what lovely friendly staff, on arriving home I plated our meals up, wow looks lovely, the batter is golden,light and gorgeous, white fish that was cooked perfectly, l will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this community business.
