First time here and loved it! The two guys were extremely helpful and friendly. I got 3 wraps and wings for a long haul flight. Asked them to double pack it and they did a fantastic job. Flavors were great and enjoyed the wraps at 35000 ft over the Atlantic. Will be back here soon!

VERY POOR, SLOW SERVICE!!!! MAKING MY ORDER TOOK 45 MINUTES. EVEN THEN THE ORDER WAS WRONG, WHEN I OPENED IT UP. ALSO THE CHICKEN AND MEAT WAS COLD AND ROCK HARD!!!! The food is amazing, tasty and affordable, the service is a 10/10 with very friendly staff.

Ordered 15 spicy chicken and not delivered. No cheating, I thought costumers who had ordered in this shop seldom checked what they get. They didn’t give food without reason. Next time watch carefully about your food if something missed.

I really liked this place and enjoyed its food, fried chicken with a twist of spice that’s actually crunchier than the usual fried chicken chain on the high streets, with its original theme and low prices. I know it’s recommended to have free range or organic chicken and I don’t think this place offers any of that but I think it’s worth for the try, I’d definitely suggest this place (and did!) it would make the perfect fast-food takeaway.

Not sure what's happened to the usual staff, but the guy taking the order yesterday messed mine and a friends. Tried to blame me and didn't even apologise, then forgot to give me my drink... I'm sure he shook it under the counter because when I opened it, it went everywhere. Sack the guy working on the 10/02/24 at around 8.15pm. Food is normally great but that service was a joke.

Absolutely rubbish honestly please DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! we got fooled thinking it was the franchise of the actual aladins and they confirmed it was but my days we got conned. Food was nasty not worth the money asked for cheese paid extra forgot to put it on and when they did just used a cheap cheese they shredded on and a store bought pitta opposite the road I saw the lady as they had none. waited a good 15 20 mins for the food even though the shop was completely empty. That should have been a sighn when the shop was empty that it's was no good to begin with.

Very bad service , we had to wait for more than an hour and at the end they gave us an order different from the one we paid for.Also we said eat in and the food was served in bags instead of trays.

Just now I have ordered fry’s from this place in front of me he had double fried the fry’s and the portion is to small the price they charge when I asked him did u double fry it he said yes he make it half cook Even I have a restaurant so I know never going to visit this place again

Ordered on foodhub only to be told their account has been closed. Then why was I able to order through foodhub? I suspect they wanted me to order directly with them as the prices are higher. Message a I received from foodhub: “We?re so sorry but the takeaway has rejected your order. This is rare but can happen for a variety of reasons. If your payment was processed it will automatically be refunded. Due to the banking system, this can take up to 5 days but is often shorter” Price of chicken fillet burger for comparison: FoodHub: £3.72 In store: £4.50 Uber eats: £6.50 (but they currently havebuy one get one free offer)

Who puts a 1/4 pounder patty in a kids cheeseburger bun? These guys do! You pay for an adult sized burger and get it in a kids bun. I made the mistake of ordering a tikka burger too and it wasn't even big enough to fill up a 10 year old. Oh and their 'large' portion of chips? £4.40 for a half empty bag of chips. Stop being so greedy and charging stupid prices and start giving people value for money. My advice go next door to KFC

Disgusting place and unprofessional staff, ordered a half pounder which was totally undercooked and if you complain about it the staff behaves like assh*les. Teach them some manners.

Used to be a huge Alladins fan back in hounslow days but since pandemic it has taken a massive dive in quality. Ordered a uber eats MEDI BURGER meal. Burger came without medi sauce instead it had mayo (yuck). Hayes town chicken cottage or kfc over this dive any day (tried 4 times in hope it would improve or get better). Sorry o.g owners of this establishment but thumbs down you, since franchising and pandemic its been a huge let down.

I love the Hounslow branch but this place has ruin the reputation of Aladdin. Paid 28 pounds for 4 burgers meal but not a lot fries. The burgers was not great at all. The burger was mess,very floppy and not put well together. So disappointed. I'm sorry to say I won't be going back. Not worth the trip. Better places to eat in Hayes Town.

Disgusting customer service. I didn't receive my full order and when I called to complain, the staff apologised and promised reimbursement however when I went to receive my claim the owner is mannarless refused to give me my reimbursement stating it was his shop and everything was correctly given. I would say the owner needs training on customer service and learn basic manners. So Disgusted and infuriated also the food portion size is also very small not worth time or money.

I went there at lunch time to have a quick bite and had to wait there for 30 minutes, they call it fast food for a reason! and when I complained about it, the manager apologetic but the food quality was really poor quality, unlike there Hounslow branch. I would not go there again.

Paid for peri fries upgrade, but when I got back, I found they had given me normal fries. The shop didn't take card when I went, so that was annoying.

Worth a try!!! We ordered one Veg Inferno Burger which was reallyyy good and one Chicken Tikka Inferno Burger which was okayish.

Amazing service From this food place. Best in hayes well treated food always fresh and hot been going here since the day it’s opened I have never been mistreated they have always shown nice customer service towards me and my whole family who come here and they treat us well.

Terrible service by this restaurant. Made an order for collection and when we got there they said we have not received your order. The manager was rude and said that it is not their problem they had not received the order. Staff was coughing at the back and one of the staff were picking their nose. Alot of chit chatter and bad customer service. Not professional service at all. Went to KFC instead. Would definitely not recommend. Poor service.

Absolutely digusting . Me and my partner spent £14.65 on both meals and when we took the food home in my tikka burger box there was a dead fly. We took it back demanding a refund and the management blamed us! He stated that the kitchen doesn’t have any flies etc. I explained that the bin is open full of food, the door open. You lot don’t do your job right. The staff that deals with food not wearing any hairnets etc it’s disgusting. He was so certain it wasn’t their fault but managed to get all my money back. Never will I eat from This place again. I would give them zero stars.

Don’t be fooled this is not like the Hounslow branch, Very unorganised and they don’t have a clue what they doing, don’t order with uber eats coz this restaurant use their own driver and they only have one, waited for over 2 hours for cold tasteless food, rang the restaurant many times and they kept lying that the food has already left, fix up or you guys won’t last long!

Not as good as Aladdins Hounslow. Ordered a half pounder inferno, which was not as spicy or nicely filled as Hounslows Branch do it. Can do with some work to keep consistent quality. Otherwise it’s ok, just be prepared to taste the difference/deal with the quality.

Edit September 11th 2022: The last 2 times I've eaten from here the chicken burgers have been overcooked. I did mention this to management and I was assured last time that the first time was an anomaly, however after this lastest disappointment I'm afraid I can't recommend Aladdins in Hayes. I don't know where they've gone wrong but I've spent close to £40 in the last 2 visits combined, and on both occasions their signature fried chicken burgers have not been nice at all. We also had a quarter pounder. Specifically asked for onions, lettuce and mayonnaise and despite the staff writing on the box there was no onions. The beef also tasted exceptionally bland. Very sad to say I won't be coming here again as I don't like the idea of gambling with my money. Management and staff are great, they've just dropped in their quality.

Service was absolutely shocking, 40 mins for an order, (medium sized) it is obvious they are severely short-staffed, no one on the serving aree had any food in front of them, I just hope the taste is still as good as it used to be

Had Aladdin’s Hayes just because we had aladdins in Hounslow which was very good long time ago Gave it a go burgers were not meaty the patty was tooo thin Peri peri chicken strips weren’t spicy enough we asked for hot Popcorn chicken was really good Portion size but not yummy it was bland Chips on the other hand were very good crispy portion size was good but overall I don’t think I would go again there are lots of other places doing fantastic burgers and peri peri items

The food at this place is good can't lie about that especially the wings, but the people who say it's cheaper than nextdoor KFC are straight lying through their teeth or have never even eaten at KFC. I brought their inferno burger meal which comes with chips and a drink at around £7.50, whereas a KFC box meal is the same price but you get chips, drink, Piece of chicken and a side for the exact same price. So, tell me you deluded people who are saying it's cheaper, how is it cheaper? Have you seen their Uber prices? They don't even have meal prices it's pretty much individually priced items baring 1/2 meals. This place could be really good, but they are so stingy with sauces. NO chicken shop I've ever been to even charge for sauce, but these lot charge 10p for an extra sache of mayo or ketchup. Like how stingy do you have to be to charge for packets of sauce? What am I going to do with 1 mayo packet for 3 pieces of chicken, 3 wings and chips ffs sort it out.

Ventured out as a new restaurant in Hayes. Ordered a half pounder burger and a chicken wrap. The bread in the burger was stale as had to be left. The wrap was mediocre. French fries were okay. Nothing to write home about. Was a great disappointment. A one time go.

Very affordable and yummy!! They have great lunch offers too for school kids and everyone really. Don't knock the food because of how cheap it is... it is super tasty. The place is also clean and the staff are nice!

Friendly staff, I had Tika Burger which was spicy, it had a mix of sauce and green chilli under the burger. Overall was nice, the peri chips was below average for me also was soggy, Alot to choose from in the menu

Very slow service and chicken quality is not like before when was in Hounslow. Always says 10 minutes but takes 30 for grilled chicken.

So happy to find that they opened a branch in Hayes. This has been my childhood and the fact that they opened a branch close to home is great. Chicken is amazing and they’ll be seeing me often!! Hospitality is 10/10 and the food quality matches its brother branch.

Tried it once never again end up in the Loo most of the night stick with kfc.

Arrived fairly close to closing but service was still good and chicken excellent. Much better than the KFC next doors, much less dry chicken and with actual good spices and flavours.

I am very happy this place has opened a branch in hayes, this is a new branch with new staff working hard and I can see they are trying their best to provide the best customer experience they are growing professionally everyday, I work in customer service and i know how challenging it can be so keep it up. Firstly I can see the owner is dedicated and remembers his customers if they have been before. The staff are polite. I come here few times a week. The food is affordable and you get decent amount for what you pay. I would highly recommended the cheese burger meal and the two piece meal (meal 5) if you are really hungry. The decor is appealing and fresh.
