Aladdins (Hayes) in Hillingdon

Food was 4 out of 10 not to my tasting. The worst thing was they had no mayonnaise! Thr kids didn't eat there burgers because of it. The only tasty thing was the 🍟. Toilets need updating they are very outdated.

Disgusted by the behaviour of their staff leaving me and my young child outside in the rain after telling me on the phone he would be out with my food in a minute. We waited 15 minutes and got completely ignored. Disgusting behaviour towards a child. I orderd on two good to go. So I turned up outside the shop ten minutes earlier than the stated pick up time. I could see the staff, but the door was locked, so I called, I was told he would be out in a few minutes After he spoke to his manager. I was then completely ignored and left stood in the rain with my child.

The staff were amazing especially shoaib and the food were even more amazing

Stay away nothing like the hounslow one place is a joke absolutely shocking

First time here and loved it! The two guys were extremely helpful and friendly. I got 3 wraps and wings for a long haul flight. Asked them to double pack it and they did a fantastic job. Flavors were great and enjoyed the wraps at 35000 ft over the Atlantic. Will be back here soon!

VERY POOR, SLOW SERVICE!!!! MAKING MY ORDER TOOK 45 MINUTES. EVEN THEN THE ORDER WAS WRONG, WHEN I OPENED IT UP. ALSO THE CHICKEN AND MEAT WAS COLD AND ROCK HARD!!!! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. BETTER OFF GOING TO THE HOUNSLOW BRANCH!!! Ordered 15 spicy chicken and not delivered. No cheating, I thought costumers who had ordered in this shop seldom checked what they get. They didn’t give food without reason. Next time watch carefully about your food if something missed.

I really liked this place and enjoyed its food, fried chicken with a twist of spice that’s actually crunchier than the usual fried chicken chain on the high streets, with its original theme and low prices. I know it’s recommended to have free range or organic chicken and I don’t think this place offers any of that but I think it’s worth for the try, I’d definitely suggest this place (and did!) it would make the perfect fast-food takeaway.

Not sure what's happened to the usual staff, but the guy taking the order yesterday messed mine and a friends. Tried to blame me and didn't even apologise, then forgot to give me my drink... I'm sure he shook it under the counter because when I opened it, it went everywhere. Sack the guy working on the 10/02/24 at around 8.15pm. Food is normally great but that service was a joke.

Absolutely rubbish honestly please DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! we got fooled thinking it was the franchise of the actual aladins and they confirmed it was but my days we got conned. Food was nasty not worth the money asked for cheese paid extra forgot to put it on and when they did just used a cheap cheese they shredded on and a store bought pitta opposite the road I saw the lady as they had none. waited a good 15 20 mins for the food even though the shop was completely empty. That should have been a sighn when the shop was empty that it's was no good to begin with.

Very bad service , we had to wait for more than an hour and at the end they gave us an order different from the one we paid for.Also we said eat in and the food was served in bags instead of trays.

Ordered on foodhub only to be told their account has been closed. Then why was I able to order through foodhub? I suspect they wanted me to order directly with them as the prices are higher. Message a I received from foodhub: “We?re so sorry but the takeaway has rejected your order. This is rare but can happen for a variety of reasons. Who puts a 1/4 pounder patty in a kids cheeseburger bun? These guys do! You pay for an adult sized burger and get it in a kids bun. I made the mistake of ordering a tikka burger too and it wasn't even big enough to fill up a 10 year old. Oh and their 'large' portion of chips? £4.40 for a half empty bag of chips. Stop being so greedy and charging stupid prices and start giving people value for money. My advice go next door to KFC

Used to be a huge Alladins fan back in hounslow days but since pandemic it has taken a massive dive in quality. Ordered a uber eats MEDI BURGER meal. Burger came without medi sauce instead it had mayo (yuck). Hayes town chicken cottage or kfc over this dive any day (tried 4 times in hope it would improve or get better). Sorry o.g owners of this establishment but thumbs down you, since franchising and pandemic its been a huge let down.

I love the Hounslow branch but this place has ruin the reputation of Aladdin. Paid 28 pounds for 4 burgers meal but not a lot fries. The burgers was not great at all. The burger was mess,very floppy and not put well together. So disappointed. I'm sorry to say I won't be going back. Not worth the trip. Better places to eat in Hayes Town.

Disgusting customer service. I didn't receive my full order and when I called to complain, the staff apologised and promised reimbursement however when I went to receive my claim the owner is mannarless refused to give me my reimbursement stating it was his shop and everything was correctly given. I would say the owner needs training on customer service and learn basic manners. So Disgusted and infuriated also the food portion size is also very small not worth time or money.

I went there at lunch time to have a quick bite and had to wait there for 30 minutes, they call it fast food for a reason! and when I complained about it, the manager apologetic but the food quality was really poor quality, unlike there Hounslow branch. I would not go there again.

Paid for peri fries upgrade, but when I got back, I found they had given me normal fries. The shop didn't take card when I went, so that was annoying.

Worth a try!!! We ordered one Veg Inferno Burger which was reallyyy good and one Chicken Tikka Inferno Burger which was okayish.

Amazing service From this food place. Best in hayes well treated food always fresh and hot been going here since the day it’s opened I have never been mistreated they have always shown nice customer service towards me and my whole family who come here and they treat us well.

Rude staff - Need to learn a few manners. You will not be successful with this attitude.
