I ordered 3 pies from them, and the dough was distinctive and light.

Delicious freshly baked breads. Large menu of authentic baked items all made fresh to order. Fast friendly service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Yesterday, I tried Shamiyat Bakery for the first time. When I came to the shop, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and patient. The employee asked me what I wanted to order, and I was unsure because there were so many options on the menu. I chose a few types of pastries and asked for them to be made without cheese because we have a cheese allergy. I took the Fatayers home and had them for breakfast. They were delicious, especially the meat Fatayer, which were amazing, and the spinach Fatayer, which was very tasty. This was my first visit, but it won’t be my last. I will visit again and buy from them whenever I get the chance.

I am a regular customer of Al Shamyat. I come to it all the way from Blackpool and Sheffield when I used to live there. It is the real taste of delicious Syrian Pastries. The prices are really reasonable and the taste is unmatched !! The staff are dead nice and always happy to help with your order. It was a great experience at Al Shamiyat Restaurant! The service was excellent, the quality of the food represented authentic Syrian cuisine, and the pictures speak for themselves. They also make their own fresh bread. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit especially Ahmed. What I appreciate most is that the menu offers reasonably priced items, making it a great choice for you if you want to enjoy a quality brunch. And the value you get for your money is great. I will definitely come back for more delicious Syrian dishes. Highly recommended!

I ordered a falafel wrap and Barr Cola. The falafel has pickles, which I was asked about while it was being made. However this made it quite sour for my taste buds. I really appreciated the politeness of the propreitor. It was quite excellent in that manner. The atmosphere is quite alright. It has tables and seats. Nothing luxurious but it is quite befitting of a "hidden gem."

Great food I’ve been coming here for years perfect for the family and great breakfast and lunch spot. Everything is freshly made and made to order which is something I love. I recommend the mixed cheese it’s my favourite 👀

I recently discovered Al Shamyat, a Middle Eastern bakery, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast on the weekends. As someone who relocated to the UK from Saudi Arabia, I had been searching for an authentic taste of home, and Al Shamyat ticks all the boxes. Their manakeesh, falafel, and hummus are all excellent, boasting flavors that transport me back to the streets of Saudi Arabia. The quality and authenticity of their offerings are unmatched, making every visit to Al Shamyat a truly delightful experience. We revisited Al Shamyat on a weekday morning & it was less busy so less of a wait for the food. In terms of baked goods, we ordered a bread topped with cheese & honey, one with mince & egg, as well as a pastry filled with cheese & spinach. We also ordered the fattet humous & falafels again as we enjoyed them the last time. Two thin flatbreads accompanied these dishes. With a tea & an ayran, the total bill was £23. The breads & pastries were freshly-baked & warm. We loved the cheese & honey as it was different from the savoury offerings & the two toppings worked perfectly together. The mince & egg was tasty but we had been expecting cracked eggs with the yolks unbroken rather than the eggs mixed in with the meat. The pastry with spinach & cheese was one of our favourites - very yummy with gooey cheese 😋😋😋😋 The fattet humous was a massive bowl though this time did not seem to have pine nuts but instead had some sliced almonds. The falafels were tasty but not as good as the last time as it felt more loose & crumbly. Overall, we had another lovely meal at Al Shamyat. It's definitely a place which deserves a visit for fresh, authentic Syrian fare!

The treatment was not good at all. After we ordered and waited a long time, another customer came to order and we brought the food to the table before us We, the one who brought the food, called from afar and did not want to go down to the table. They put it on the refrigerator shelf so that we could get it and walked away as if we were begging a beggar. Bad behavior and bad management, As for the food, to be honest, it tasted good.

Oh my good, Al Shamyat by far is the best mederitarian bakery shop in the UK. I have visited many many places to taste mediterranean bakery in the UK including Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Coventry however Alshamyat is the top one. They have a very thin dough that melt into your mouth and make you eat and eat without even noticing. I have tried different options and all of them took me to the heaven. Zaatar and chees is my favourite, you definitely must try it. If you are a Falafel fan, then you have to come here and try the special bread that they sevice with the Flafel. They make it infront of you and you eat it directly from rhe oven. The place is super busy and doesn't have a lot of tables, so no recommend for large groups. Visit eary to avoid disappointments. Also, don't expect luxury tables or chairs.

Horrible service! Rang the restaurant at around 1pm Ordered 30 pieces and informed them that i am traveling away from the city. They said it will take 1 hour to prepare the order, i said 1-2 hours no issues, drove to the restaurant from altrincham after 3 hours (around 4pm so gave them one extra hour), when i arrived they said they haven’t prepared the order yet and that they would start preparing it now and would need 1 hour to be ready. Absolutely ridiculous and lack or respect! Wont get near that place ever again Edit: you can have called me. No excuse for making me wait in Manchester for 3 hours. I mentioned that i was traveling away. I wouldn’t have waited in Manchester.

The food is amazing. The fatteh is phenomenal. This is the best manaeesh place in the whole of manchester. Only down side is the small seating area. But still good enough. The service is amazing Hearing the Quran is a huge plus ❤️‍🩹

We had visited Al Shamyat for takeaway during the pandemic but never dined in. Finally managed to visit for brunch & ordered a number of dishes: - falafel - mutabal - fattet hummus - stuffed vine leaves - muhammara on bread We also ordered ayran & a tea but it was only when the ayran was missing from our order & we asked about it that they explained they didn't have it. So we got a can instead. The place filled up very quickly & they had many orders for pick-up & delivery, so it was a bit of a wait for food. They seem to be known for their pastries & breads so most people ordered those & they were made fresh & very efficiently. The falafels were excellent! Freshly-fried, crisp & light. Very more-ish. Mutabal had nice, smoky flavours but was slightly bitter in parts. The stuffed vine leaves weren't bad & was a generous portion. It was our first taste of fattet hummus & it was interesting, with chick peas and topped with pine nuts, & crispy bits. It's a shame the crispy bits got soggy too soon! The muhammara on bread wasn't bad but the bread did get cold very quickly & we would have preferred the muhammara as a dip. The dishes came with 3 pieces of freshly-made flat bread, which were nice & warm. Overall, we enjoyed the filling and tasty brunch at Al Shamyat but the service could have been improved. We would like to visit to try more of their breads & also their pastries in future!

I sat waited 40 mins for my order and people who ordered their food after me received their order before me and then when we received the food it was cold so we decided to leave and not eat it, not even a single apology for the staff.
