We were gifted afternoon tea as an engagement present. We received a very warm welcome from Shania and were subsequently extremely well looked after by Kazi. The vegan afternoon tea was imaginative and delicious. Service was impeccable, all the staff were the epitome of welcoming and professional. We felt so relaxed and pampered. Thank you to the wonderful team tho made it such a special day for us! Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Everything was excellent starting with the service, we had an authentic British Tea Time experience. It was cheaper than the other brands but certainly not "at a discount". This is why I recommend this place (in French) to tourists. You will not be disappointed. In addition, the tea time as a vegan option is as good as the normal one. In conclusion, only positives.

We have a wonderful time here. The service was amazing. We chose this place because there was a savoury afternoon tea option. Which didn't disappoint. Went down really well with my future in-laws.

The place is very cute as advertised by other pictures. I personally ordered a mocha because I am a fan of coffee + chocolate and I can say I’ve tried more than 50 different coffee shops. This one deserves a 8/10 in my opinion and let me tell you why because it may be a 10/10 for you. I could taste a strong coffee flavor which I love but I am not used to in a mocha, and the chocolate at the bottom was silky so the overall combination was really nice. I would truly recommend this place if you are going to have a chat with a friend, maybe not the best place to study. Great option in Covent Garden. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The building, facilities, comfort, pre and post stay communications and location are all fabulous but, for us, it is the staff who really make this place so special. Nothing was too much trouble and the kindness from everyone on the team we met was wonderful and fully appreciated.

It’s slightly removed from the very busy areas of the city, and coming back to a quiet, less chaotic location was great after long days of sight seeing. Getting to main sights was easy via foot, buses, or the tube, and there’s plenty of places to eat close by and a wonderful restaurant in the hotel. My Airbnb canceled two hours before check in and I was lucky enough to make a last minute reservation here. The accommodations were 5 star, and the staff were very kind and helpful and even helped with contacting a local gym to work out at. I can’t recommend The Guardsman enough. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
