I visited the shop recently with my young children and we were all made very welcome by the friendly owners and staff. The food choice is excellent and includes dessert and drinks to take away. We chose a variety from the menu and were all highly satisfied with our selections, delicious, with good generous portions! We shall definitely be visiting again later this month. Thank you Afrodizzishack, keep up the good work. Andrew & The Crew

Spoilt for choice - I chose the Dizzi platter - jammed packed - prawns, jerk chicken, corn on cob, rice and peas, fried dumpling, chips... £12.95 Food was hot and well seasoned. Good chat with other customers while I waited. Worth a visit - will definitely go back

The premises on first appearance is bright, clean and inviting. The staff are both friendly and professional in comparison to some food shops. Lastly the food which is made fresh every day. Both mouthwatering and filling in portion sizes. This is definately the place to be if you want good, wholesome carribean food with a 'dizzi' twist. My favourite is the seafood coconut curry with dizzi rice and dizzi chips A star winner!!!

The shop where this opened had been vacant for some time, we were all waiting with suspense to see what was next, and this place has succeeded expectations! Being where we are, we don’t really have any Caribbean food places, so when my husband and I saw it had opened, we knew straight away where we were going for dinner! When you walk in, on your left you are greeted by their ‘Afrodizzi Christmas pineapple’, kitted out in sun glasses and tinsel. On your right is a map of the Caribbean, detailing every small island - just in case you’re unsure (I’ve discovered ones I’d never even heard of!). There is a large waiting area with a fairly big sofa against a wall of calypso posters, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful in the case you are unsure of anything. The menu is more ‘pan-caribbean’ as the chef described, than traditional Caribbean courses. You can get anything from jerk wings to a curry goat, rice and peas burrito (which may I add is PHENOMENAL!!). Portion sizes are quite big for what you pay too! The food is absolutely delicious, and is definitely needed! Literally everywhere I go, it’s what people are talking about. They even do a wings deal for after school 3:30-4:30 which is great for my son after school. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends as it’s absolutely gorgeous ! I would say to not expect any fast food though, as they are just starting out, and may take a bit longer, but I have been reassured that this will all even out as they get to grips. Even so, they have definitely earned my custom ! Divine !

Came here with a few friends, didn't know a lot about the place but it was well worth. The food was great and didn't cost an arm and a leg!

My wife and our 2 kids popped in to pick up some food after shopping at Ikea... These guys saved us the time and hassle of doing food ourselves when we got home but they also gave us a fantastic meal as well! We will definitely be going back again soon... Try the Dizzi Rice, it’s amazing!

Used for over 35 years ..still the best Samosa you can get .Always freshly cooked. Top quality that never changes. Helpful staff. After moving 300 miles away to Cornwall. It's always worth the trip to
