The best açaí in all of London. I’m obsessed. My absolute favourites are the ‘nutty heaven’ açaí bowl with strawberries and almond butter instead of peanut butter & the ‘forever young’ juice. The team are also lovely & always really friendly, especially at the Soho & Victoria branches.

After watching Acia Berry's ideos on tiktok, I thought I would give this place a try. The acia bowl itself was mediocre and not flavourful at all as described. The customer service however? Awful. Absolutely awful. Both staff members were extremely lacklustre and irritated, not to mention the snail pace of customer service, it took about 25 minutes to make 2 bowls, my goodness! All in all, avoid this place!

Honestly one of the worst açai bowl I ever have, nothing like it. And as a food serving establishment, they do not have drinkable tap water, it is a little bit ridiculous.

Visited twice this weekend and the açaí was good but had a bad experience with a female member of staff. An açaí bowl was ordered after viewing the menu outside the store and was then given a completely different bowl and was informed after that the bowl had completely changed and it was my fault for not noticing the new bowl on the inside menu only. I asked if we could get it altered and she refused despite us ordering what was on the menu which they obviously hadn’t bothered to change. She insisted that we had to pay for a new bowl despite their mistake and after going in twice she eventually changed it but left in coconut which we had already informed her that we didn’t like. Wouldn’t visit again for this reason.

My first time trying this place, I was walking past and the coffee smelt amazing and instantly made me feel like one. Coffee is standard London price, expensive! However I loved the taste it was smooth bean and not bitter at all.

My 14 year old daughter went to the Argyle Street branch for a smoothie bowl with a friend last week. She asked if the granola topping had any nuts in it as she has a severe life threatening allergy to cashew, pistachio and brazil nuts. The young man serving there said it may contain 'trace of nuts' but did not specify or check the ingredients on the packet. There was no signage on the products to indicate nuts either. My daughter took one mouthful and instantly started to react. She phoned me, panicking, and confused as she had been told there were only trace of nuts. She immediately took her Piriton and phoned 111 for an ambulance and guidance whether to use her Epipen (she doesn't go anywhere without these) I phoned the cafe myself and spoke to a lady who checked the ingredients on the label when I said I needed to know EXACTLY what the granola contained. Guess what, CASHEWS WERE THE FOURTH INGREDIENT! My daughter became VERY poorly and we were at least an hours drive away. Fortunately there was a very kind lady in a shop who helped her when she was vomiting in the street as her body went into shock. They got into a black taxi and went straight to University College Hospital, who rushed her in to the Resuscitation area of A&E. The team at UCH were truly amazing and undoubtedly saved my 14 year old daughter's life. I've telephoned the cafe and emailed the head office but got no reply. Please avoid this chain at all costs if you have allergies - it could cost you your life!

The freshest berry treats are so Delicious that it will make you come back for the seconds . The choice of various berries individual layers or multi layers in a tub will please your senses . The well prepared healthy snacks can be any time treat for all age groups . The prices are higher for theses treats - the topping will cost you extra . The five layered berries will cost you around £10 and single layer with toppings will be around £8 . Bit expensive for a family but once in while to indulge it is great ! Service great . Take aways are common . Location excellent .

I'd never tried this type of food before, but with the help of the server and an open mind I tried the recommended bowl. It was absolutely delicious.

Good location, great decor, great service. The acai itself is good, but a bit expensive. Think I paid £8.50 for the big bowl. (I can understand the high prices based on location). Regardless, - the product itself is high quality and good tasting. Would go back for more.

Although the acai bowl I had was good, the price I paid was a little too high. That said, I can understand that it is Carnaby street and the place clearly has margins to think about.

Tout est dans le titre ! Tout y est bon et frais, mais les prix sont exorbitants ! Le açai est une matière première qui coûte chère, mais ça ne justifie tout de même pas le prix de 6,50 livres le smoothie !

I head here each time I come to London it’s a treat . I love the açai bowls very nutritious but expensive but you get what you pay for . You have to choice different ingredients to add all healthy like goiji berries , flax seeds , nuts etc and fresh fruits . Kingley court in carnaby street is a great find vibrant and different with a 3 levels with many restaurants and a lovely eating court yard in the middle definitely worth a visit
