Custom service shockingly bad. Been a customer for a while now. Ordered a donner and chips WITH NO SAUCES OR CHILLIES. They put coleslaw on and when I complained the manager said “the salad comes with coleslaw on”. It doesn’t. They put it in with the salad. Completely ruined my food with no offer of a replacement meal or refund. I will NEVER go back there. They are pleasant enough whilst taking your money but not interested once they have it.

Wouldn’t feed the pizza that has been delivered to my dog! Staff and manager really rude! Waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for it to come and food was freezing!!! Straight in the bin!!!

Ordered a takeaway on Saturday evening from this establishment, delivered quite quickly for a Saturday , sorted out the kids and wife’s burgers first which seemed warm but when opened my mix kebab on naan after a motjdul I realised mine must be sat there as it was stone cold. Couldn’t reheat as it salad on it, so basically my Saturday evening ruined. Complained to food hub who processed the order and they’re a waste of time too , keep fobbing me off and had the cheek to offer me a £3 voucher, joke The cans of drink were actually warmer than my kebab. Won’t be using again.

called in here as i know or knew it to be good value for money, ordered a kebab on pitta, side salad and side sauce, was charged 50p extra for what i don't know of, and a skimpy pitta bread with a few slices of cold kebab meat. this is one place i will not be bothering to visit again, had to heat up in microwave, what's the point in ordering hot food when you have to heat up yourself. Abdul's have lost my custom now from this.

Had a mix up with my first order (my own fault) but got in touch and these guys sorted me out! Amazing service and 10/10 food will definitely be returning. Staff are so kind thanks all at abduls xxx

Ordered for the family . Took over 45 mins to arrive and the order was wrong and food not good . When we rang , the staff were unhelpful and almost accused us of messing up the order ourselves . They wanted the incorrect order back so customers beware !!! The replacement order I didn’t trust for multiple media as-well as instinct reasons . Won’t be using again.

I ordered takeaway from Abdul’s food was so cold naan burn and rock hard pizza no cheese on top cold and hard donner kebab looked old no taste and missing my drink l call and ask my drink is missing he said its gone be half an hour

Food was cold when it arrived considering the time I ordered on a Thursday and live 1 mile down the road! Wasn’t a lot of chicken on the naan. Disappointed as this place was recommended !

I ordered a 14" pizza at 20:25 and was told it would be delivered at 21:30. At 21:40 i phone and was told they had not even started it yet and it would be at least another 20 minutes. This has made me consider ever ordering from here again. Not acceptable.

The food is very nice, it's just a shame you don't get the food you have ordered. Out of 4 orders only 2 were right. We have paid extra for the flavoured naans and didn't get them. We have ordered chicken and lamb kebab, then ended up with donner and chicken. We ordered a popcorn chicken meal and there were 7 pieces of the popcorn chicken in it. The chips which we usually like we're stale. Basically if you pay for extras don't be surprised if you don't get it. Then again don't be surprised if you don't get your standard order. No idea what goes on at this place but they cannot seem to follow instructions. Giving up now and going elsewhere.

Excellent food and although early arrival it was only estimated delivery so was very happy it came early and the kebab was massive (special kebab)

I always struggle buying from Indian takeaways because there's never much vegetarian options , but I loved the opinions here. Mushroom Masala was beautiful! delivery time was early but that's fantastic and popadoms were still nice and hot. definitely ordering from here again 🤗

The kebabs from here are usually amazing, last night the Donna was dry and was although it had been sat in the pot all night and there was hardly any lamb or chicken compared to usual, I normally enjoy the kebabs from here but last night it was a waste of money

Always perfect with good portions and actually read he comments that you leave. Only Indian I know that isn't stingy with the amount of sauce they have with the curry also!

Food arrived within 20 minutes, but was not as I asked. I requested plain donner and received a standard kebab with all the sauces. Phoned up and was told only the first half of my note was received and that they could send me the right kebab for a price. Eventually they agreed to send the right kebab free, and was delivered quickly once again. Tasted great, was just a little disappointed by the service.

Ordered at 7:40pm to be told it was to be delivered for 9:10pm and it never turned up until 10:05pm will not being using again a disgrace not even a curtisty call to say they was running behind

Food was good as normal but delivery guy forgot the bottle of coke and I told him and he said he would bring 1 bk in 20 mins and he didn't come bk so very annoying but apart from that food was great

Food took 1 hr and 20mins to come and then part of the order was forgotten. Rang up and they said they would deliver it in 10 mins. It took another 45 mins so we asked for our money back. Food was like warm and not as good as it normally is from Abdul.

Didn't even have the food as it turned up 45 mins late cold so told the delivery driver to take it back he was nice it wasn't his fault and I understand you can run behind on orders however I had a very hungry 4 year old who wasn't happy. Ordered from here loads never had this problem before however don't think I'll order again because the husband was not happy at all.

In all honesty I have to say that abduls has easily got to be one of the worst in Denton now... Food was cold and greasy... The salad was 3/4 strands of lettuce with a piece of tomatoes and a tiny bit of onion.. Chips was starchy. Delivery time for 2 burgers was shocking really.. The Samosas was the only thing they didn't mess up... Delivery driver was polite enough though but Won't use again

Ordered the garlic chicken kebab and chicken donner. Was told it would be an hour delivery and arrived within 20 minutes! Both kebabs were delicious will definitely be ordering from Abdul's again soon!

Took almost two hours to arrive. Food was tepid and tough by the time it reached us. Poppadums were shattered, no salad with one of the starters, garlic bread was like cardboard. Won't order from here again.

Decent food can't complain, the offer of any pizza any kebab on Pitta onion rings, two desserts an two cans of pop is well worth it proper value for money 👌 enjoyed the onion rings that much that am gonna have to batter the mrs ring tonight !

Didn't have garlic naan bread in the menu!! Food was only just warm. The naan bread was smaller than usual. The service in store is always good and ordering over the phone, however when we order on Just Eat it is never as good....

They were very busy so delivery took 90 minutes but they were very apologetic. Despite being busy, food was fresh and tasty, and nothing had been forgotten - they are very good in this respect.

We tend to stick to the same few takeaway places in Denton and this is by far the best at the moment, certainly for kebabs which are delicious! Delivery time also quick, and they never seem to forget anything/get things wrong.

Ordered from here a few times in the last 3/4 yrs, food has always been nice but the service really lets it down.. Can't remember the last time they got an order correct. Sometimes it's just been stupid mistakes that have been missed off that I've not bothered with but 2night the whole order has been messed up 😁 phoned up to tell them and the service was very poor! Will never order from here again!!
