Abrupt staff on check in , Very dated room decir very used ,broken plug socket in room ,shower head loose would not stay up and water temperature very hard to control and radiator on room didn,t work during the night making the room very cold , would not recomend a stay here ☹️☹️

Avoid. Pay abit extra and stay in a reputable accommodation.

Terrible place. Below average service and cleanliness was not good. They told me that maintenance was going to be finished within the next hour and it ended up going for another three hours. I also ended up leaving after one night. I had originally booked for three nights. They still charged me for the two nights I didn’t stay and refused to give me a refund. Then again, I would’ve left early either way. I’m not impressed at all.

Welcoming, courteous, clean, quiet, and safe for females and Muslims, too. I was very grateful my luggage was carried upstairs as I struggled with lifting the luggage and my bags. Highly recommend! Great value for the price I paid, which was less than half of what my fellow colleagues paid at Holiday Inn. Tip: Welcoming, safe, quiet, 24hr hot water

Excellent combination of Afghani and Pakistani cuisine, modern food from karahi, kebab to grilled, Roast leg of lamb and Tawa selections in new menu; worth a try.

Me alojé una noche como estar en Birmingham para una conferencia. Hotel agradable y limpio, servicio amable y hospitalario. El piso de la habitación era chirriante, pero en general está bien. Comí en el restaurante de abajo, tenía el especial de ramadán que tenían ahora. Excelente valor y tantos artículos. Vale la pena una estancia si en la zona.

We stayed at the hotel with restaurant attached, Asian cuisine, also English if preferred, we did half and half, lamb chops and a curry, curry came with the biggest nan bread I've actually seen! We ordered rice to an not sure of quantities, (big!), The meal in itself was fine, just what we expected on a pre flight night, it was also very reasonable, 20%discount if staying in the hotel, so made for a cheap night, this restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, only soft drinks and water, so big tip, take your own, they allow it,

We went to Ababeel for a meal as it is not far from our house. It is clean and modern. As we went early in the evening we did not book a table.The waitress Aisha greeted us and let us choose our table. We ordered our food and Aisha brought papadoms which were free. Food was good and the portions fairly large. Aisha was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble for her. We had a wonderful meal and we will definitely be going back again.
