Absolutely delicious cake made by Sophie for my parents 80th and 90th birthday at the weekend. Couldn’t have been more delighted. Thank you Sophie 😘

Sophie made a load of small cakes and tarts for my little mums funeral a week or so ago. They were delivered to the Mermaid for me and so we did not have to think about anything. Absolutely delicious almond tarts and a mix of cup cakes. Highly recommend for any occasion. Such lovely service and such a tricky time. Thank you so much.

Sue was very professional, i had a sports massage and Sue knew exactly how far to push. Very friendly and provided a range of very useful tips and tricks to help with mobility. I definitely recommend her, and I will certainly be going back.

I've been to see Sue on a number of occasions over the past few years for sports massage when training for half marathons, and from general injuries and knots as well as during pregnancy. I am hypermobile and Sue understands the challenges of hypermobility very well. During the last year, when pregnant and post-partem I have also visited for kinesiology taping. I suffered with pelvic girdle pain (or SPD) and also diastasis recti (seperation of ab muscles). The taping really helped to stabilise my hips helping me feel more secure and helped ease the pain in my hips/back/stomach, which was agonising. Recently I have visited to tape my abdominal muscles to assist the healing of the diastasis and within a week of taping my stomach is unrecognisable - a dramatic visual improvement and I feel so much better. Sue is so lovely and I always feel completely at ease. The clinic is warm, clean and comfortable. Sue listens carefully to the problem and reacts in a pragmatic and supportive way. Massages are second to none and I would recommend her RockTaping to anyone who is thinking of it.

Sue is a very special massage therapist. I have to travel all the world for work and have had massages everywhere, and none are as good as Sue. Her feet sense the knots and tension and she manages to slowly work them out. Whether you want an intense sports massage or a relaxing back massage, Sue is the best. Also she is so lovely! It is a joy to visit, the first thing I do when I know I am coming to Mumbles for a break, is book Sue!

Sue is just amazing. I've been to her clinic twice for different sporting injuries and she has fixed me, which is exactly what you need when you do competitive sport. In fact, other members of Mumbles Rowing Club have had sport massages from her too. Or if you just want a relaxing massage she is great for that also. Her clinic is clean, comfortable and very relaxing and I highly recommend her massage by feet.
