The best restaurants serving Spanish food in Park Tunbridge Wells South East

I have been here a number of times, and I have to admit the food was better the previous times I have been here. I wouldn't say it is authentic Spanish from the last meal I had e.g. torilla fried and the pulpo al gallega was also fried. Picky I know but was left disappointed.
