On the 26.09.21 i was inside the club for little over a hour and asked for permission to leave which was authorised by one of the security team as I came back another security worker who was black and short in height with a low fade haircut approached my friend from behind around the neck area, and manhandled her and dragged her cup out of her hand with no verbal communication, that something was wrong I was absolutely shocked. I have never seen such a horrid action take place in such a way. I was speechless initially he then turned his attention to me shouting I’m no longer getting inside the club and as I tried to understand why and under what grounds he continued to go back and forth with no explanation as to why however bragging about his “£50k salary” and that I should put “£50k food on the the table for his kids” The verbal abuse and embarrassment was completely uncalled for and out of order.
