Delicious high quality coffee. Felt very welcome. Tasty treats too. Great view of the castle from our table. Good value for money.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also sell local crafts. If you're looking for a lovely place to have tea and coffee, I'd recommend here.

Atmosphere is good and lively, my issue was lack of drink choice and toilets were in a poor state

We ordered two meals and a tea and coffee. Only 9 people in there two of which didn’t eat. 45 min wait for corned beef pie and chips and steak burger. The tea and coffee were served in cups without saucers and nowhere to put the tea bag. Food was ok but nothing special. Nicer places about or similar price. Staff nice enough but they need to work on things. The carpet needs cleaning too.

A fairly standard Costa. Service seemed quite slow and the sofa is quite spectacularly stained. Not quite sure what people have been up to on it... Still, when the three year old is insisting on a drink it's almost always open and warm.

This shopping centre right next to the Castle should be somewhere where a tourist could relax buy souvenirs browsing for trinkets. However the reality is far from this. Firstly there is no where to sit, a deliberate act to stop people lingering and encourage you into the shops. So the elderly and infirm can not sit down, not even when they are waiting for a bus. The range of shops is very limited and it is in a general state of disrepair. Not worth visiting unless you have to.
