We were met by a very abrupt waitress who made us sit on a table for two, which had other occupied tables located very close to either side of us. There were several other empty tables where we could have sat without invading the existing customers privacy. We did not feel any of the staff were particularly friendly, the food was very over priced, and we took a very dim view of the waitress opening the front door and allowing the cold air into the restaurant on what was a very cold wet day outside. This made most customers feel very uncomfortable. We felt it was like they were saying, “we have had your money, so the quicker you leave now the better”. One customer got up and closed the door, and the waitress immediately went up to the front of the shop and opened the window. For how rudely we were treated, it’s a wonder they had any customers at all. We will not be going back !

Really nice early Sunday morning coffee. Lady working was so joyful and welcoming.

Lovely evening. Good service and food in general, but dessert was very disappointing. Three of us ordered struddle and custard and had the tiniest of custard in a tiny jug. Custard also didn't taste of custard. We were all very disappointing.

Wasn't impressed at all. No outdoor seating, cramped and uncomfortable with chairs that are so high a lot of people can't use them. Rude staff. Hostile attitude to smoking even though the food there is all fatty, greasy or sugary. If you want a nice cafe in Westbury try The White Horse Cafe, it's much better.
