The best restaurants serving Italian food in Rochdale North West

I ordered a take away via Uber Eats. The driver couldn't find my house and did not deliver my order and I found the driver had said on Uber Eats that it had been delivered. Called restaurant and was spoken to aggressively and told Uber drivers not their responsibility. Will be contacting my bank as to me this smells of a nice scam and they have taken our money for the food ordered. CCTV shows the driver never arrived. Disgraceful behaviour and attitude. Do not order from these people.

Server had no personality, quite abrupt & offered little help when we were trying to order something we hadn’t had before. He decided to clear the table when one of us were still eating, reaching across the persons face! Rude. A larger group arrived, he was very attentive & looked after them. Clearly trying to obtain a tip! I hope he gives a smile if he gets one. The service at this place has been substandard now on a few occasions!

Nice location, lovely views but unfortunately only very average food and below par service. Took far too long to be acknowledged on arrival. Long wait for drinks order to be taken. Waiters were all older gentlemen and they were pretty poor at their jobs; there was no interaction with us, just took our orders and grunted. Made you feel a bit like an inconvenience. One of them practically through the spoon at my friend for her pasta. Food was no better than what I could make at home. No vegan or dairy free offering. Nobody asked about allergies.

Food was disgusting! Ordered a spaghetti carbonara, garlic bread, and hummus with pitta. The whole bag and the contents was swimming in grease, the pasta was over cooked, greasy and mushy, and the hummus was bland. I will not be ordering from here again, carbonara was not edible. Extremely disappointed
