The best restaurants serving Greek food in New Romney Coast Shepway South East

After all the glowing reviews I was really looking forward to some genuine Greek fayre.........what a massive disappointment! I ordered Katopoulon with chips and a Greek salad. This consisted of 2 skewers of small, unseasoned chicken chunks, a few anaemic, barely cooked chips and a salad consisting of 3 small cubes of Feta and a few shrivelled olives! My partner's Stifado was all onion and very little beef twinned with a mound of barely drained rice, and my son's Kalamari was fresh from the freezer at Iceland. Even the drinks were no better as our glasses of Retsina definitely weren't! I've eaten at Greek restaurants all over Europe and this certainly ain't one!
