The best restaurants serving Default food in Petersfield Heath East Hampshire South East

So living locally and always want to use local foods, I usually once every so often treat ourselves for a takeaway, this evening was an Indian from the Malabon in Petersfield. Well the only way I can put it, is stay well clear. Within 15 minutes the food was delivered at my door. That itself says something. The food was absolutely tasteless, bland and extremely well over priced, I bought a tandoori chicken starter for my wife and all she got was a cold dried up portion of a leg of chicken for just under £6 ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING. The mains were shocking, 5 bits of meat in a sauce that seemed it was out of a jar. No color no taste. The only place for an Indian takeaway or a sit down meal in petersfield by a country mile is the Paradise. How I've learnt not to stay with a good restaurant.

Four of us ate at Yum Yum Thai in Petersfield. The bill came to £116.65. I did not spot that 10% service was added, so suggested that we make it up to £140 to add a tip of 20%. and pay £35 each. I asked to pay £70 for 2 of us. The waiter entered the £70 on the card machine and then pressed a button to add 10% without asking us, added 10% to the £70 so I paid £77. My friend asking to pay £ 35 was charged £38. Be warned.

Nice relaxed place to enjoy a coffee by the lake.
