The best restaurants serving Default food in Welwyn Hatfield East of England

Got to be the slowest staff I have ever seen. The two young lads need a rocket up their proverbials as they are painfully slow. Queue out the door only because of this and undoubtedly losing trade. Train your staff or replace them is the best advice this business will ever get.

I ordered about a month ago and the memories of why I live on the same road and yet I hadn't been here for over a year came flooding back! I ordered 2 medium pizzas & a couple of sides on the app (delivery wasn't an option due to my location - not that I would get it delivered anyway.....I'm not that lazy!). Notification on the app stated my order was ready. When I arrived and the food was placed on the counter, I immediately realised I was a pizza light. I informed the staff and after a look around I was offered an apology and told it would be about 10mins while my ordered was completed. (I'm tapping my finger on my temple) I thought it best to stay rather than leave and return! Within 5 minutes, another patron entered to announce he had been given the wrong pizza - yes you guessed it....it was mine!! To cut a long story short (too late!), I eventually got my freshly cooked pizza and as a goodwill gesture, free cookies. The cookies went in the bin and the app was uninstalled, while I was waiting for said pizza. Never Again.

Been to many a Greggs for a coffee and a bite, but the one situated in 30 Stonehills, Welwyn Garden City was shocking. Odered hot drinks then told sorry no sugar - run out. then no stirrers in the container which was stained and filthy. When we sat down all tables were dirty and the rubbish bin was overflowing. Table stands had not been cleaned for weeks and filthy shop floor and underneath the fridges The place was quiet so no excuses, staff member to busy with his phone. Needs a through deep clean.
